Secondly, prayer is not enough to get us good leaders in Nigeria but action, accountability, transparency, enlightenment, fear of God, responsibility, creativity, hardwork etc. You can not pray and later go behind to collect bribe from bad leaders to vote them and expect things to change for good. Such person is only deceiving his or herself.


Lastly if you dont believe in God that's fine, but don't insult others that do. And as for this transformer issue, prayer is not the solution but a responsible leader to do the needful.

I made a post on my Facebook about my accommodation issues in school and how I needed help with a new one.

This guy went to my DM and asked me to delete the post, that he’d help me.

Asked me to come to Umuahia from Calabar, I asked for tfare, he asked me to come first with mine, after all na me dey find help.

I traveled down two days later, got to Umuahia only for the guy to tell me to find a place to lodge and he’d join me later because he had to attend to an emergency.😳

I managed to lodge with what I had which was even a deposit and told the hotel receptionist that my host will balance up when he comes.

He came later in the night with “Nutri Milk and Bread”.😡

He coerced me into having $3x with him based on say I dey vulnerable to his help.😭

4am he took excuse to rush to go for another emergency.

Na so Orjiako Emmanuel Japa from the hotel and left me stranded o.🙆🏽‍♂️

Balance of hotel e nor pay.
Food e nor give me chop.
Transport e nor give.
Money for rent e promise e nor give

Blocked me everywhere and left me in more vulnerable and terrible state.😭😡

Reminds me of 2022 when I paraded some yahoo boys who were looking for a 2-bed room apartment....We finally got to find one and the landlord pinned the house rent down to #850k yearly.....I almost OFF that moment......Money wey dem take buy keke carry give me as higher purchase nai these boys wan splash throway just like that,that was the thought that was running in my mind . Cost of building materials is not really the cause, most of this landlord build their houses 10 to 8 years ago and are still increasing rent to the current rate landlords with new houses are charging, which is very bad. And most of the times the house is not in good shape.

Am a real estate agent, sometimes I do quarrel with this landlords because of this issue. To me it's pure wickedness.
