This makes me remember the house I was born and lived in for 14years.
Just in front of the house, there was a mosque with their PAS facing our apartment with their “aluwala” early morning by 5:00am. The mosque has a church just beside it
Beside our house and apartment was a CAC church with numerous midweek programs, crusade and vigil running on loud sound system. The Church also has another church (Anglican) beside it (at the other side of the church)

These 3 churches and mosque intentionally made sure they competed for the loudest noise maker.
When one complains to the pastors, they see one as being used by the devil, whereas the reverse is the case.

We got there before these churches and mosque began. Thank God we left there.

I have a self contained Flat that's giving me 165k every year. But I want to sell the place to invest in business that will give me 120k to 150k every month, because I'm married now, responsiblites will spring up. and dont want to depend fully on 180k salary.

Could this be good or bad idea?

For clarity sake, cos of building a house is skyrocking everyday,If you sell that house today,you go need double or more amounts to build another one tomorrow. House is an investment that doesn't depreciate,im giving advice based on my experience cos I was once about to sell my house at a ridiculous price around 2020 when things were not moving well for me but I didn't later get a buyer,I later finished the house last year and rent it out around 400k last year,this year now,that apartment alone is 600k. So pls don't sell your property to start a business,You go regret am later.look for business money else where...this business you're about to ventured into now,you don't know how the future go be,it never get stability. No start wetin go give you sleepless night and depression ooo

You need to set clear boundaries, otherwise people will use you (or continue to use you). The same way they sent their younger one(s) to you, you also need to send her back with a clear message letting the older siblings know that they are now responsible for their younger one(s). It’s time for them to also partake of the “blessings” too by helping their siblings.

The most annoying thing about these bunch of ingrates us how they go to social media to brag about how they "trained themselves" after all the family "abandoned" them without ever acknowledging the family members that were there for them. That's why I no dey do pass myself when it comes to extended family matters

My candid piece of advice...if you like your family and loved ones, don't mistakenly take them to LASUTH. There's a lot of politics playing out there. Rather proceed to LUTH. Na Tinubu people full LASUTH, including his diagnostic centre which he hijacked from the hospital and named BT ( Bola Tinubu) Diagnostics. I wish humans could live forever. Smh!

This is so true. They drained my friend and his wife still died after spending about N10m within 21 days in the Intensive Care Unit. A night is N150k (Aside medication) and when he couldn't meet up again with the bills, they excused him and removed the life support machine and she died.
They seized the corpse till now for the remaining uncleared bills.

That was how one scooped water at airport Busstop ikeja using a bottle and poured the content on us as he alighted there and ran away due to a rancor with a passenger. This was at 5 AM. Imagine being dressed for work and your attire stained and day never break.
The driver apologized to us and said he's not his permanent staff.

Your husband could have answered the questions the doctor was asking. Some times, questions are not to learn your secret but to find out if you know what you are doing!!! And if your husband answered him well, that could have made the doctor see your husband as an expert and that will bring more referrals
