That was one of the best projects in the history of Nigeria but GEJ and his husband Patience were bent in keeping Rivers State Bound.

They support GEJ who diverted their Oil wells and hate Amaechi for fighting to get it back.

We have done this before and folks like u lost. Amaechi in 8yrs, amassed about $24bn and had little or nothing to show for it. He ran an annual budget of $3bn same budget with a country like Rwanda.. Now compare Rivers with Rwanda in terms of infrastructural development.. Mind you that Rwanda pays for its defence, intl obligations and some other things.

It clearly says that " the monorail project" will be completed by 2015". The monorail project comprised of phases A and B and they will be all completed in 2015...
1- You admitted that the monorail project is not completed, therefore abandoned.
2: You have not stated any mount that was expended on the project to support your claim that the cost is not $1bn..
3: You have not cited any credible source to back up ur claim.

Capital budget is at 30% as budget in this budget while a typical Naija of N4tn with capital budget of 25% with another 75% from stimulus bill would have put back the country on track.. We need govt spending to spur growth since companies aren't spending.

GMB is a guy who doesn't have the intellectual rigor and vision to put forth a plan on how to execute his ideas.. He lives in his " good intentions" utopian mindset..
I was hoping that GMB would propose a typical Naija budget of about N4tn AND then propose an economic stimulus bill of about N2tn, that will be focused on infrastructure and job creation
