All hail Bruno |
So Burnaboy na my club mate? Welcome to the club. |
That's what you get when you're gold coast and Ghana at the same time |
lagusboyyy:God bless you sir. |
I've never had so much disgust for someone in my life like I have for this man..... I grim my teeth in rage whenever I hear him speak. |
desiredhome:Send me your CV lemme give you a better job with better packages than what you currently earn as a Buhari social media warrior. My only requirement is for you to publicly acknowledge his failures and I'll double anything you currently earn. Bas.tard |

desiredhome:That's a subtle way to say Mr. Buhari has failed. |
desiredhome:Do you know what leadership means? If you truly do, you wouldn't have question why Buhari is being faulted for the looting and maladministration happening all around him. You can't separate authority from responsibility, but with Buhari and his staunch supporters, that rule doesn't apply. |
desiredhome:Bro, what's the truth here nau... Abi are you in a different country ni? |
allthingsgood:Guy stop nau.... This shit you're spewing upandown is really annoying. You mean things are really fine with the current state of the country compared to some years before this present Administration? Yes, you might be a direct beneficiary but blessed are those who apply wisdom in times of obvious failures. You mean you see nothing wrong with increasing the burdens of the same citizens you're supposed to be alleviating their sufferings? Just write 'na joke oooo' at the end of all your post to avoid unnecessary swear words coming your way. |
JayEntaur:I was scrolling down to see if anyone spotted the above quote and boom! You saw it. Bank erroneously credited such amount and the money sat in the account for 4 years! At this point, I wish am a staff of EFCC. In other news, the church said they spent over 180 million to press charges against the bank! That is ridiculous. Where on earth did they pay the money. It's high time we start telling ourselves the truth in this country.... Everybody na thief joor! Beyond receipt of payment, I'm interested in sighting the evidence of transfer bcuz I don't expect such funds to be paid in cash to the law firm |

Her loss another's gain. Wish them well |
Not again! |
egobetatoday:Okay sir. You win |
dokyOloye:Before I open your eyes to those realities up north, see one of those people from the supposed tolerating religion fighting the Lord's battle. https://www.nairaland.com/6097466/man-kills-native-doctor-anambra To add to that, ask anybody who knows Tafabalewa Town in Bauchi state to tell you about the place as regards their tolerance for Muslims. Come back and tell me about your finding before I mention the next one. Just to add, Google won't be of any help. You need people who knows the place well. |
dokyOloye:I can mention names of places in Nigeria you dare not identify yourself as a Muslim else you're in for a journey of no return. These places are Christian dominated areas and it might surprise you to know that they're in the northern part of the country. Lemme tell you the bitter truth if you care to listen, those guys up north aren't religious tolerant, be it Christian or Muslims. Let it sink in your head! |
This is the height of insensitivity from Buhari led administration. Those increases are unjustifiable to start with and to even talk about hiking prices at a trying time as this is an abnegation to logical reasoning. For them, the citizens foot their bills while they're in office and when they even leave the place. They're never going to feel it. Funny thing is that these guys are playing a well planned script for Nigerians. We know what they're up to. They only want to make it seem like they're on the side of the people and before you know it, they'll negotiate on behalf of the country to a price they've already agreed on. Then the head of NLC will be carried along at some point so that he too will get his fair share of the largees. Black Face said "we say e go better but e worst pass as e bad o" Who else do we turn to for succour in this country? |
MrOjay1:
If it's possible,go with your friend as it will be difficult to defraud 2 people at same timeMy brother, I wish I can create a new thread and share a story about how my 2 friends were defrauded inside the same Alaba international market where we all grew up. My friends and I were born and raised some few kilometers away from the market by parents who ply their trades there. So we know all the nukes and crannies of Alaba. In fact, most of the plazas inside that market were built in our presence. Number doesn't really account for anything if you fall into the wrong hands. My 2 friends went to buy a phone and ended up buying phone casing stacked up with fufu. Mind you, they tested the phone and even took it elsewhere to buy earphone and they tested the phone there too only to get home and discovered that they had brought home fufu....story for another day my brother. I live most of my life within and around the same market but truth be told, our hustling brothers from your side of the country could go any length to make that money even if it means circumventing the last iota of trust. Have you not heard of cases of where those guys at DD line sells transformer to some people from a local town/village outside Lagos and still went back to the same village they supplied it to to steal the same item they sold to them during the day? Funny thing is that the said osuafia guys are made up of multilinguists who would convince you in any language you claim to speak fluently and you'll think you're with someone from your town. I know so many of them that speak my language more than me sef whereas I was there when some of them came to Lagos. Just to buttress this, I also speak the 3 Nigerian languages fluently and I could communicate effectively leaving you doubting what tride I came from. |
It will form part of his legacy. He doesn't leave when the ovation is loud, he leaves when the room gets too hot. |
regal4luv:We can waybill it to you from Alaba international market. Chat me up on 08130303131. |
It's normal for people to have divergent views... Nothing new |
Ladycewhy:I doubt there's any means to beat that for now. But the best I can advise is to make your mandate "Any to sign." In the case of the OP, the best form of instruction will be to have multiple signatories and make it 'ONLY A TO SIGN OR B AND C MUST SIGN IN PLACE OF A.' In the case of such mandate instruction, A will be the Dad then B and C can be the wife and their family head or first child/son. With that, there won't be anyone asking for Letter of Administration bcuz they won't even disclose his death to the bank provided B and C have agreed to sign. |
First thing first, the bank is right to ask your family to provide a Letter of Administration. This is so bcuz the bank needs to have a legal backup for allowing your Mom access to the funds just in case your dad's death is fake. It's a statutory requirement from the CBN on all banks regarding how they treat accounts/funds belonging to a deceased customer. Thus, the bank is acting in accordance with this CBN directive by asking for Letter of Administration. It is also noteworthy to state here that in banking parlance, they'll tell you "death cancels all mandates" and that's the rule that applies in the case you stated here regarding your Dad's mandate instruction. His passing away has automatically rendered that instruction Null and Void. You should only be challenging the bank on the ground that your Dad wasn't educated about all of these while he was appending his signature on such a mandate bcuz the bank has a duty to educate it customers and on that very note, there's a breach or information gap. Mind you, it is hard to prove the above claim bcuz you do not have any evidence to back it up. In a nutshell, talk to a lawyer on how to get the Letter of Administration and follow every other directives from the bank or else, there's nothing else you can do to make them pay out the fund. And those asking you to threaten the bank should also tell you that there's an extent you can go with that or else the bank can sue you on several charges. They have an ever ready legal team on their payroll to handle stuffs like this. |
We got here bcuz of OBJ and Atiku. Which day are we going to celebrate a Nigerian leader or president that really want to alleviate poverty from the land? Is it not possible to reduce tariff and still provide good service? Why should tariffs be increased first before improving power supply and not improving power supply before increasing tariff? |
BabaRamota1980:On what basis plz? I meant no harm sir. Just asking to improve my knowledge. |
fr3do:Exactly! |
Iamdemola:Insurance won't pay Kobo. The state governor has already indemnify the loss and insurance concept is based on returning the insured to the state he/she was before the loss. They don't expect you to profit from your loss. So they can't be double indemnification of loss... One from the government and another from insurance company unless the government is compensating them half of the loss then the property owner can claim for the reminder from insurance. |
