After paying for visa fees and IHS..U have to proceed to TLS web page before u can book biometrics appointment...after booking thats when u can upload any document after choosing self service

U said u TB test is not ready naa...
Just Book ur biometrics for next week Friday or upper Monday.. if it's sure for u that u will get ur TB test on next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Then once u get ur TB test..go back to TLS web page and upload. All ur document and submit
