Hello house, I am considering applying for an Administrative Review of our visa application as I am not satisfied of the outcome and it appears as though the refusal was on purpose and as far as I am concerned, it was not justified. The facts are set out below:

So my family applied for a UK visitor’s visa last September but they were refused on the grounds that my partner’s bank statements were confusing. The reason for the confusion was that she was mixing her business money together with upkeep money and her salary which ought not to be.

Fast forward to April 2023 (exactly 6 months after the last refusal), I employed the services of an agent who helped with the calculation of what she spends every month and we ensured that during this waiting period of 6 months, she did not mix her side hustle money with her salary or even family upkeep money which all have different accounts.

At the point of applying, we backed it up with a cover letter addressing the issue from the last application and this time around everything was very clean and there were no mix up here and there. My partner also stated on the cover letter that I am solely responsible for the trip. On my part, I wrote a cover letter explaining the same thing that I am 100 percent responsible for the expenses of the proposed trip and I added my company registration documents, property documents and a 6 month bank statement from October 1, 2022 till March,2023 ending.

The budget was 1,200 GBP per person and for 5 people, which includes me, it would be about 6K GBP. Meanwhile, the business account had up to 45K pounds at the point of reapplying and during the 6 months period, there were inflow/outflow with the credit side being NGN30M and debit side NGN26M. Moreso, from the previous application to the last one, the account balance was almost the same (region of NGN25M) which shows that the money is readily available should the visa be granted. However, we got a refusal on the basis of my partner’s account balances at the end of each month (despite stating clearly that I am responsible for all incidental expenses relating to the trip and also, they mentioned that the money in the business account may not be available for the trip. This is disappointing to say the least because it’s the same account I used in procuring my 6 months and 2 years UK visas with no issues. They are also aware that I have 100 percent control of this account because I got a letter to that effect when I reapplied for my own 6 months visa after my initial refusal which I was later granted. Please I need advice on the best way to approach it because reapplying is NOT an option as it appears its deliberate and I need to set the records straight however long it takes.

Is administrative review now allowed for visit visa refusal??

Just go to any joint get a drink for both of you, return the transfer

Just tell her to her hearing that you can't cope with her and wants to end the relationship

At that point, walk away from her

This alone will cripple her that she can't even find her way back home

For the rest of her day she will regret that action

This is one of the ways you can make a woman feel bad for taking you for granted

Its called visa and nationality service: i think its 147£ or there abouts....cant remember...when u get to the website u will see the exact amount...

If u studied abroad like uk, usa, canada...u dont need further evaluation...

If u studied in nigeria...ECCTIS will do the evaluation to let u use your degree as proof of english
