Yes you can but your brother must write a letter explaining the relationship he has with you and also making it clear that he will be responsible for all your fees in the UK. He should take the letter to court to get it stamped, sealed and signed. When his account is up to 28days, scan the letter, your brother's passport data page and his bank statement and send to the school. And also upload all your brother's documents when applying for visa. Make sure you have paid your deposit to give you a better chance. Only your brother's bank statement is enough if the money in his account is enough.

Its as if ukvi use admistrative review to torment and frustrate visa applicant...its almost like they dont like revisiting their error, so they want apllicants to get frustrated and reapply

.they can add extra jàrà by providing accomodation, flight, and visa fees...but dont expect all that for a care job...

Dont worry u'll be fine...admission interview is a walk in the park....know your course amd modules..dont sound generic, have plans for the future linked to the degree

The complete tuition fee and tuition deposit is on the conditional offer. Well, I called the school yesterday to follow up and they said they’ve received the conditions but they have a lot on their plate and that’s why they are yet to get back to me . I also asked if I can go ahead to pay the tuition deposit and they said yes I can.
I was curious and asked if I will get an unconditional offer after paying the tuition deposit but she said she won’t be able to give me any information on that question. I’m just skeptical, that’s why I brought it here ..

If they've given you a form of invoice and where to pay....then no wahala, especially if you are using form A....lets hope all goes well so u dont have to request for your money

And I’ve submitted them already…

So why do u want to pay before fully securing your admission?? Do u have an invoice from the school or u just want to pay by whats on the school website?? sometimes, the two isnt always the same..... there are cases where the school can demand for higher tuition deposit than the one of the school portal....

I experienced similar situation when I applied for one of my junior ones earlier this year. Her first application was denied in 2021 (June). Applied again earlier this year but her passport came back empty, no visa sticker.

She was asked to submit her passport back to TLC application center after I did a paid email to them on her behalf.

Has he gotten the visa...how long before tgey asked her to bring it back and getting the visa
