My elder brother owns a boutique here in forestry Benin city, I manage the boutique business for him because he has other businesses to take care of.

Jaunary 15 this year, a guy came with a lady to my store to buy some clothes and shoe, they love what they saw, they spent over 70k that day at my store.

They even bought a Jean for someone who was at home, so I told them to feel free to return the Jean if it wasn't the person's size and I also promised to look for the person's size, I even gave them my number.

The lady called me that evening to informed me the Jean was okay, it was the person's actual size, she even said her both brothers love the clothes they bought. I politely told her to tell her brothers to also refer their friends to my shop. Infact that was when I knew they were brothers.

Ever since then, this lady has been calling to check up on me, she chat me up on Whatsapp everyday, I got to know she's from Akwa-ibom, she 37 yrs old (10 years way older than me), she's not married, she's a chef, she work in a culinary school where she teaches people how to cook intercontinental dishes. Those her brothers are based in Akwa-ibom.

Sometimes, she comes to my store whenever she close from work, she comes along with her intercontinental dishes she prepared, sometimes I find it difficult to eat it, I will jokely tell her that I'm used to Akpu.. We'll just laugh it off..

So yesterday night, When I came back from the shop I was tired, so she called me and I told her I was on bed, I had an hectic day I want to rest, then she was like who's the girl with me that I don't want to talk to her. She said a lot of things, she said I don't really care about her bla bla bla, she almost started crying.

I was just confused, I don't even know the right words to use to tell her to stop crying or acting up, whether I should use baby girl or my dear or aunty or babe stop crying.. I was just confused

Please how do I tell I'm not interested in the relationship without hurting her feelings? please note, she is a pretty lady, she speak fluently but she is way older than I am. And I'm also not in a relationship currently.

I applied to different European universities last December and my first admission letter arrived about a week ago for a programme I am quite interested in. It's a 2 year programme that starts in August with first semester in Norway, second in a range of European universities and third semester in France.

Now, my current capital of about #4m will barely cover my tuition and travel expenses not to talk of the required funding of the Block account amounting to 126,000 Nok. A mentor has offered to fund this account for me for the visa application but he is concerned about when he'll get his money back.

Peradventure he gets money back within 2 months of my arrival, is this journey still wise to embark on minding feeding, accomodation and other costs I have to settle on arrival.

Switching to another country like Germany by next January, I may have to provide proof of living expenses again. Another option is sticking in Norway for the entire session as the Block account covers that period but are work opportunities available within that time to meet these costs?

I am eligible for tuition scholarships and Erasmus mobility grants amounting to at most €260 monthly but the coordinating institution is tactically waiting for me to confirm my admission with an acceptance fee before further information can be provided on if I'll get these awards/grants.

I'll appreciate inputs from past and current international students in this issue.

I think you actually sound very unreasonable. The people of donbas region had successfully conducted referendum since 2014, unfortunately the Ukrainian government and the anti democracy dubious western politicians, will not respect there wish for self determination. More than ten thousand people from that region has been killed since 2014 by Ukrainian security agencies and most have actually taken refuge in Russia. Where was your voice when all this killings were happening ? So I made a post earlier about how my partner wasn't interested in growing emotionally, well we continued having issues because of his behaviors (complains a lot, petty, prefers to keep malice instead of communicating and so much more). I finally decided to break up with him.

The next day after the break up, he messaged me on Instagram (I blocked him on every other platform and forgot this), he started begging and promised to communicate better. Technically, nobody has the right to take back a gift if not offered except there are paperworks with terms that permit that. If you forcefully collect an item you gave to someone as a gift, you're robbing the person probably just cause you're stronger. Otherwise, an item you gave to someone as a gift is no longer yours.
