She has the right to trouble your girlfriend because you haven't divorced her, she is still your legal wife. If you want her to leave your girlfriend kindly go to her people and tell them that you are know more interested in the marriage, they should return your bride price! 1. You don't need to be on best terms or in direct contact with a spouse in order to initiate a divorce or have papers served.

2. The man is legally still the father of his children and no one has right to keep him from seeing them unless the courts say so. By running off with his kids, the woman practically kidnapped them and the OP,if he had cared so much to have them back would have reported this to the police and had his wife charged for that.

Won’t it be justifiable for men who sleep around to marry women who do same too?
