@collzsam before you take the advice of this guy, check his previous post. He is a well known MBA scammer, he was one of the key arrowheads who led many into this ponzi. That is the same way he kept urging people to ignore our warning and join whatsapp group where they can be properly scammed with nobody to blow their cover.

He is probably one of Maxwell's paid agent on this thread.

Per religious belief, I dont celebrate christmas but I appreciate the offer.

However, I reiterate that Bara will most likely tow the line of MBA forex shortly after MBA is confirmed dead early next year.

Ponzi is a game that works on confidence. Once you strike the shepherd, the sheeps will scatter.

MBA is the biggest in the game, once its scam becomes apparent early next year, the drop in confidence will mean there will be a temporal drop in contributions across all ponzi (as people take a wait-and-see approach), but because these ponzis largely recycle cash, there will be delays across many ponzi schemes early next year. These delays will then lead to a further drop in confidence across all schemes operating along the same ideology, creating a chain reaction that will cause most of them to fold up.

I am talking from careful observation of happenings during the last major ponzi (mmm) and an analysis of the current one.

As with my analysis during the "good" times of MBA, some heard d whistle and escaped it, today some are trapped, wailing and depressed.

I wont be joining issues with anyone on it, its just an advise.

Dw arerben officially admitted to ICU, I told you guys some weeks back. As Mba forex forex falls, it will take the other forex ponzis with it.

I can see Bara is also at the hospital already, lets hope it will not be admitted to the ICU soonest.

A real business may recover from ICU and be discharged to live many more years, but when a ponzi goes to the ICU, its only of "when" not if "it" dies soon

D ponzi call MBA forex ended way back in October. Maxwell Odum seeing d game was in its dying minutes, decided to play a fast one by orchestrating an imaginery sale of MBA forex.

Let them continue to wail, their wailing has just started.

I advised people here to come together an start recovery way back october, many shunned me and instead followed the paid attack dogs here. Now Maxwell Odum has gone incommunicado, the story is nearing its end.

The government is presently fighting mba, not because it is a ponzi scheme but because they have collected customers from banks.
So they placed a limited amount of transaction MBA can pay their customers per day..

1. Oct 2020: MBA, a supposed forex business "sells" 90% shares to an otherwise unknown travel company

MBA: don't be alarmed, there is no financial distress, we are repositioning to serve you better

2. Nov 2020: We will stop payment to "offline" ~~investors~~ Victims (who make up d bulk of mba victims) until they migrate.

MBA: your money is safe, we are repositioning to serve you better

3. Dec 2020: offline and online are not paid, migrated or not. Only a few victims with ROI of less than 100k.

MBA: nothing to be concerned, your money is safe, just request for it youll get it.

MBA paid trolls: Bank froze MBA a/c. Bank reduced the number of transfer MBA can do in a day

There are monikers paid by Maxwell Odum operating on this thread. Their work is to ensure victims do not take any action against MBA forex until it becomes too late. Since I started calling them out, they have become quiet and deliberately avoided that topic grin

If they are not uploading fake alert (one even uploaded 7pm alert by 2pm the same day), they are gathering 70K alert to upload on this thread or telling you MBA Bank a/c has been temporarily frozen by one bank and they will continue paying ROI once the account is unfrozen

Dont be surprised, there are some paid MBA agents operating on this thread, probably even passing info to Maxwell Odum. Each time we turn on the heat on MBA forex for being a scam, they respond too.

Initially they respond by sending attack dogs like redscorpion, drakapa,50nizzy and the likes (that hasnt worked and these monikers have largely become dormant or surprisingly cool).

They then move to paying in trickles (less than 80k) to try to make our assertions appear false, and send another moniker to start gathering the alerts and posting it on this thread (he has to earn his pay as an agent of MBA)

But if you know, you know. The former thread was a major headache to MBA forex agents, this one would be the consciene they lost when they decided to profit from their fellow humans loss.

I think its down to cost, steel is far more expensive to erect and subsequent modification may cost more.

Moreso, the physical properties of steel makes it an overkill for a typical bungalow or one storey apartment that litter most Nigerian town.

A lot of the high rise building are made of steel and composite materials

Lastly, its up to the mods to help sanitize the investment section. Check this section and probably 9 out 10 "investments" here are scam. Why will nairaland run an investment section if it will not take agressive steps to sanitize.

Dear Seun, lalasticlala, please move this thread to fp and help victims get notified so they can recover their money and hold people accountable for this fraud.

This thread can be used as an example to let others know that nairaland does not condone scam. Once it is dealt with here, others will pack up and go run their scam on some other blogs

For those arguing that MBA has an MOU that restricts the attaining any remedy in court. I tell you again, he who comes to equity must come with clean hands..

I'm no lawyer but what that means is, you cant on the basis of an illegality enforce an agreement. Same way I cannot sign an agreemnt on how to share yahoo proceeds and claim the court will side with you if the case gets to court.

All what the victim needs to prove is that although Maxwell collected money to invest in forex, he largely ran a ponzi. That is the basis upon which the court will set aside that MOU and allow recovery to take place.

By next year, you may not find Maxwell Odum anywhere and it becomes lost monies. Also, here on nairaland, there are paid agents that worked to sell this scam here. I have seen this same pattern where several monikers come together to attempt to give credibility to a scam.

Get a court injuction to have nairaland submit their details (even the ones that think deactivating hides their past deed, nairaland can always retrieve it on cloudfare). Some of them foolishly peddle this scam, but some are also paid agents that Maxwell Odum hired to perpetuate this scam.

I am not a victim, so its is out of my place to start any action. But I'll advice the victims to come together and start a class action as soon as possible, Nigeria is not this lawless

But there's intense wailing on twitter, people are stranded by this scam, depression and desperation has started setting in. Some are too ashamed to even admit they fell for the scam online, billions have been lost to a venture that had no discernable substance.

And yet, some people here on nairaland because they hoped to keep raking in ROI said we should allow the scam keep operating, its not our business. One even boost he is a youngbuffet grin

Abeg, they are all the same.

How many banks did depositors lose their funds in? Probably less than 1%. And that was when the CBN failed to do their work. Even when banks go under their are adequate safe guards to ensure depositors do not lose their funds. The likes of polaris, skye, oceanic aboit went under, which depositor lost money?

Its mischevious to even attempt to compare a ponzi to a legutimate investment.

As for airsaylongme still playing Maxwell Odum's agent by giving them hope by suggesting Zenith Bank placed a lien on mba's account, stop rubbing salt on people's injury.

No bank will take action against Mba except ordered by a court or any of the regulatory agencies, and should that occur, it will be out in the open.

The banks themselves are a major beneficiary of the scheme because the cash moves through the banking system and they were making a massive killing in COT and other charges.
