saintneo: have you used yahoomail on outlook or windows mailI have used other mails on outlook but not yahoo. |
saintneo: i started w/ yahoomail(Yahoo) and i have used googlemail(Google) and hotmail(Microsoft). I've used other email services providers such as mail.com where you can select different mailer names eg aa@engineer.com, ee@email.com, ff@president.com.I think what you intended to say is "Off-browser" and not "offline". And you can use any email on Microsoft Outlook and not only Hotmail. It's only Gmail that i know that offers a feature that can be termed offline. They can send your inbox messages via sms. |
uj_sizzle: This is so untrue. Have you checked ur Spam of late? The only thing gmail does is give you the red light indicating the mail i from scammers and telling you if it was sent to multiple accounts at once. That's security enough though, which ia more than yahoo offers. Both of you are saying the same thing. Spams will always come but it now depends how the spam is handled by the Email provider. |
2s£xy:Simplicity is the key and that is what has won Gmail a lot of new users. The theatrics of Yahoo is woo much. |
CFCfan: Lloyd, world’s renowned insurance organisation, has said Arik Air realises about $10 billion annually from its operations for Nigeria’s economyThis sounds soo unbelievable. What's the Net Worth of Arik? |
I forgot to add that Gmail is more responsive. |
CFCfan: Yes. A draw would be enough for the Super Eagles to advance to the playoff round. Then we're in a very good position. I just hope that doesn't get to the head of the team cos they might be gunning for a draw instead of an outright win. |
That Malawi coach is trying to play on our psyche and i hope our team does not fall for it. I hope we're prepared to beat these guys. Btw, do we qualify with a draw? |
So, that's what they call twerking? It's a very dangerous dance then. |
ujchief: Bia, Afam, why did you lock the ogun state winners chapel attack on tax collectorsTwas a mistake. It's undone now. |
This one na ogbanje Christianity. |
kennybelle: The Government job is more of a family inheritance than it should be. Since it happens that a family member of theirs is @ d top, they did nt suffer to get d job, SSCE certificates, low IQ n etiquette, they are never scared of d ‘sack palava‘ like we have in d private sector. Ur chances of reduced ego increases more when you come across women especially. They‘ll treat you lik a piece of ‘trash‘This is sooo true. I forgot to add that majority of those that possess these rude disposition are Women. |
Kingjames: Every organisation has the right to set their Red line. The same way Jonathan removed fuel subsidy and people cried foul? An organization should consider their loyal clientelle before taking a decision. |
Waspy: You call it Rude?...tis like you've been outta naija for a while. Its the Naija attitude. Thats while the few ones that are still clutching to their sanity keep complaining abt the levels of ethical, social and moral decay, the levels of impunity, nepotism and corruption in virtually all the system of government. Nothing is working in AsyllumlandI understand that the average Nigeria can be rude but these people take it to a whole new level. You rarely see this rudeness in private companies owned by Nigerians. It's mostly in public corporations. It means it goes beyond them being Nigerians. Something is definitely wrong somewhere. |
It looks like a Piranha |
If Gilbrata is between Spain and Morrocco like you say then i can bet my balls that there are Nigerians there because they're in the Mediterranean where Nigerians and other Africans pass to enter Europe. Is there any country where you don't find Nigerians? |
I have been to a lot of government parastatals, from NITEL to NEPA to NPF to WAEC to Immigration office and the story is the same. Their staff have a very bad customer service. These people have no regard for human beings. They just speak to people anyhow they like like they own the person's life. There was a day i went to passport office and the way they talked to me, made my self-esteem to drop. Those people are very wicked and bitter lot. I've always wondered why they're like this. I can understand the NPF to some extent because they're not well paid but i don't think staff of other government parastatls are badly paid. So, what's the source of their bitterness? |
You called him a content thief and here i was thinking that he stole the content of another website. I also don't think the use of the term "Ogbonge" is misplaced cos that term has been existing before i was born. It only become an issue if he use "Ogbongebloginfo" which includes the full name of Jide's blog. |
ighoosagie: re u saying Christianity is a flexible constitution, dat 'd change along with d tins in vogue. What bearing does that have on the name you give to the owner of a church. Since according to you, God saying he's "yesterday, today and forever" implies that things have to be how they were then i'll like to know why you speak English in church instead of Hebrew and why you dress the way you dress now to church instead of wearing what was obtained in those days. As times change, Christianity is advanced and not necessarily changed. The tenets will always remain. |
lahchi: So what are the functions of the overseers of the church?Overseeing the church. He acts as a Manager or a CEO. It's his |
I'll tow the path of the poster above me. While setting up a school is very profitable, i don't think the problem in Nigeria is the lack of schools but the lack of quality schools. We need people with the passion for education to setup of schools and not business men because they will always comprise quality in the process. |
lahchi: Why wasn't the need for this title given to anybody in the Bible or were they not learned?Because people in the bible never owned churches as big as we have them now scattered all over the world. Nobody has said the term is biblical. From the meaning of "general Overseer", it means it's the person who's in charge of the church nationwide or worldwide. |
I think this pope is taking it too far. He should have just left it at his previous statement but shouldn't not assure people who have gone against the tenets of Christianity. |
No, it's not. It's just another word for "Managing Director". You don't expect Pastors to use "MD", do you? That will sound too business like. They need a humble title hence the need for "General Overseer". |
This is why people are jittery about using these online ecommerce sites in Nigeria because of the trust and efficiency issue. Before one creates an ecommerce site site, it's pertinent that the person or company put simple things like customer support in place, so that people don't start having a second thought about the ecommerce outfit...I'm also surprised that an ecommerce site will tell someone to make a deposit at a bank and mail the receipt before a transaction can take place. I think that's mediocre. The world has moved past that. |
pazienza: Yea, those Ndoki people in Abia wish they were in rivers state, i have a friend from Azumini, and had visited Azumini and Akanu ndoki, the locals wish to be in rivers, seeing as those ndoki people in Oyigbo seem to be better off than them, economically, as all the oil fields in Ndokiland is located in Ndoki rivers state.I infered this from their facebook page. Majority of them prefer to be added to Rivers state and they're always fond of highlighting the fact that they have some Ijaw blood in them even though majority of them use the Igbo tag which i think may be discarded if they're added to Rivers state. The way i see this whole Igbo denial thing is that, people don't want to be associated with failure and that's the pure unadulterated truth. Igbos have achieved a lot as individuals but collectively, we've achieved almost nothing. The day Igbos start competing with the Malaysians and Singapore, Igbos won't be the ones inviting Ikwerres, Ogba etc. They will want to be part of the Igbo umbrella. That's even too far. Let's have an Igbo president first and you will see a tip of what i'm talking about. |
