I just have to give it to France though. They have really tried for African players. There's hardly any French club without an African player though mostly Francophone players. Isn't it ironic that in a country where a lot of women are becoming feminists, you'll hardly see women taking up jobs like these. The reverse is the case in Benin Republic where a lot of women can be seen riding bikes. |

Sagamite: Onitsha does not have the scenery of Obudu. It is too crowded and full of hustle and bustle. It would hardly ever had worked in the value proposition format Tinapa was built for.If you mean Onitsha market then you're right but the outskirts of Onitsha has one of the best sceneries in Africa where something like that can be built and people in the city have the financial muscle to utilize such a place. They don't need to wait for people from outside to do so. |

Majorirt of people who will spend in Calabar or Tinapa come from outside. The people in Calabar cannot spend the kind of money that Tinapa needs. That's why the Cross River state government needs to put something in place that will keep bringing people to Calabar. Something like the Christmas festival. |

Does Enugu have a city center? I think a part of Enugu should be designated as the city center and a very big roundabout with a fountain and a statue with infrastructure to go with it. |

Dis Guy: this first part or the second part?The meaning of "Dike" is lost in translation. of course it sounds weird for someone to say something like that in English but not in Igbo. The meaning should not be seen from a literal prism. "Dike" can often be used in exchange of any prefix though does not share the same meaning with the prefix. What he's just trying to convey when he said he feeds xxxx people is that he can't understand why someone will one to kill someone who hasn't done bad but has dedicated his life to serving people. vislabraye: In Aba ? Tinapa was meant to be a tourist attraction. Aba or Onitsha is not appropriate. Lagos would have been good but its already congested.Tinapa is a business resort with the keyword being business. So, i wonder how it will work in a non-business city. |

Tinapa was a good initiative but was not well thought. The major militating factor is the location. Calabar is ot a commercial city by any standard and such a project couldn't have been sited there. Such projects would have been successful in Aba, Onitsha, Lagos or parts of Ogun state closest to Lagos. 1 Like |
