Most people are quick to talk about how wicked a female boss is.

If you have ever been a woman boss in Nigeria, you will realise how vulnerable you are as a woman in power in Nigeria. You could even become frustrated. You do the same thing a man would do and you are called wicked. Some people think that because you are a female boss, you should not even talk with authority. You are supposed to be a friend. Some even don't take you serious and would only take you seriously when you have maybe taken them through disciplinary actions. They say horrible things about you. Tell me, who says horrible things to a somebody or even male boss and gets the best out of them?



I have a female boss and I get along so well with her while some other women believe she is wicked.

Let me quickly share this, where i was working before now, my boss i report to, a man, we always get along so easily, and work was going on smoothly, no beefing, everyone goes abt his/her work. Later on, my boss got more responsibilties, so he has to hand over d dpt to another of his colleague, which is a woman. When she resumed office, she told us reporting to her that she is a devourer, i tot she was joking, she really devoured most staff working under her. Within the space of one month, 4 of my colleagues resigned. I thought i wld be able to work with her, but i was mistaken.

What she does is to sit her big ass in her office, jist with her clan abt peeps, drink her coffee, issue out query letter,suspends staff at will, debit staffs salary, look for one offence or the other, and d list goes on.

Myson lives in Germany but will soon have to move to Austria because of his job. who knowa what posting comes after that. The head office is in Germany so he will probably end upback there.
