Religion.
(Bigotry and quota system gone. Excellence will be enshrined)

2. Individuals 1 week old and younger from that day henceforth, without federal government approved birth certificates and families with more than 4 children will pay for any national services as alliens. These will include tax, school fees, healthcare costs in government hospitals, etc. (Population control)

3. Imposition of 100- 500% purchase tax for generator sets depending on output. Highest tax for heavy duty generators that are NOT used for production purposes. Another 100- 500% tax for generator usage/ pollution charges which will include production sets.
( The rich will then become serious about fixing power sector)
