Rubby1: Good Evening all. Thank God is Sunday, I was with a top FRSC officer yesterday, who told me that the new Chinese traffic lights in the FCT (Abuja) are not just to direct traffic but a means of generating IGR for the Government, any time you go against the traffic lights, it will record your PLATE NUMBER and it will show in their database and a fine will be attached, so when you are ready to renew your license or papers it will show your accumulated fine and if you are not ready to pay at that time your car will be impounded and start Demurrage from that day, pls let us respect the new Chinese traffic lights and know the type of people we give our cars to and advise everyone too.

Buit, I thought Buhari did that a week or so to his retirement.
He assented to bills requesting for amendments to the 1999 constitution.
The bills signed by the president altered certain constitutional arrangements by devolving power from the centre to the federating units, or states, as they are recognised in the constitution. One of these bills moved the item “railways” from the Exclusive Legislative List to the Concurrent Legislative List. With this, the states can now build and operate railways.
A similar alteration also devolved power to the states in the energy sector, allowing them to generate, transmit and distribute electricity in areas covered by the national grid.

The legendary "off your mic" episode.
The NDDC plays a vital role in ensuring the peace and security of the region and 90% or more of the resources of the country come from there.
If you close it down in totality all you will have is chaos. You will have a lot of, not just militancy, you will have a lot of insurrection.
So it is important that people who have gone to court, people who genuinely did jobs should be paid for their jobs. For me, I am not against it because, of course, who are even the greatest beneficiaries? It is you people.
I just told you that we have records to show that most of the contracts in the NDDC are given out to members of the National Assembly.
UK investigated the guy and exposed him straight..
Yep yep
A NIGERIAN billionaire being linked with a takeover at Sheffield United is facing questions about his airline company, according to reports.
Dozy Mmobuosi wants to buy the Championship club for £90million.
But The Athletic claim there is no evidence a Tingo Airlines flight has ever taken place.
The company is registered in England and declared a share capital of £1billion in August 2019, but there is no evidence of assets or published accounts.
Mmobuosi was registered as the sole shareholder.
Tingo had a registered address in Hertfordshire, which was lifted in December 2019 and was said to be "invalid or ineffective and was forged."
Mmobuosi's bid to buy the Yorkshire club is currently being looked into by the EFL.
And the English Football League are hoping for answers to discover where his money has come from.
According to BBC, United current owner Prince Abdullah has been in talks with the Nigerian over a takeover.
Sheffield United have so far declined to comment on the matter.
Health workers’ union under the umbrella of the Joint Health Sector Unions (JOHESU) has suspended its 12-day-old strike after meeting with President Bola Tinubu on Monday.
JOHESU National Vice President, Obinna Ogbonna, confirmed the development to PREMIUM TIMES on Monday evening.
Mr Ogbonna said the strike had been suspended due to the progress made during the engagement with the president.
He said the health workers “called a meeting shortly after meeting with the president and decided to call off the strike and gave a 21-day timeline to the government.”
PDP Chairmen have always been disgraced out of office.
Since the inception of the PDP in 1998, only Senator Ahmadu Ali completed one term in office. The other chairmen had witnessed the same fate like the embattled Ayu and were forced out in battles for the soul of the party.
Among factors responsible for their unceremonious exit included plot to control the apparatchiks of the party by occupants of Aso Rock, as well as the struggle for the control of state chapters of the party between governors and the national chairman.
Wale Oke, the national president of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) on Saturday said the church will mobilise 65 million Christians to vote against any political party who fields Muslim-Muslim a ticket during the presidential election in 2023.
Mr Oke, a bishop, spoke on Saturday at the 30th anniversary of PFN in Osun State. He warned that the church will be against another Muslim candidate like Muhammadu Buhari.
“The Church in Nigeria is saying ‘No’ to a Muslim-Muslim ticket. We are going to mobilise the church against such political party. PFN has 65 million people and we will vote against such party,” he said.
“Obasanjo handed over to Yar’adua, Yar’adua to Jonathan and Jonathan to Buhari and who else should Buhari hand over to but a Christian?”

Segedinho: We have got some nodular refineries who can produce some reasonable amount of fuel.....encourage them by legalising it....
Currently, no modular refinery in Nigeria has the capacity to refine PMS.
On the modular refineries, most of us make assumptions and mistakes. Modular refineries as it is today in Nigeria, cannot produce PMS. In fact, I was listening to somebody few days ago on the radio; he was saying government should license more modular refineries in the Niger-Delta for them to refine PMS. Modular refineries cannot produce PMS.
The best they can produce is AGO (diesel). When you take your crude oil, put your crude oil in a bowl and heat it up, after sufficient heating, what you will get is close to AGO. For you to produce PMS, you need a refinery of about 50,000-barrel capacity because there is what is known as fluid catalytic cracker. There is no manufacturer in the world that will manufacture a fluid catalytic cracker for 5,000 barrels. Most of these modular refineries produce about 5,000 barrels per day like the water Smith for example, like the one they are building in Edo State that is about 5,000 barrels per day. They don’t have a capacity to produce PMS. Abroad, they produce AGO. So even if we have multiplicity modular refineries, they cannot produce PMS because they don’t have the requisite unit to do so. For you to produce PMS, you need a capacity of close to if not more than 50,000 barrels per day.
The Edo State government-backed Edo Modular Refinery has begun production at its 6,000bpd plant in Ologbo, Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area.
The facility with its feedstock can produce 50 per cent of diesel (500,000 litres), 25 percent of naphtha (300,000 litres) and 20 per cent of Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO) (200,000) litres.
adebisi00700: I dont think trying other things to make a living is an issue, I know where I'm coming from and I intend to apply as much on business idea that I have, I deactivated the account but I never deleted my post neither did I leave naira land.I have my reasons best known to me, and I have never deleted any of my post. I was just searching for a Job. And when I started my charcoal, I started alone. He pleaded with me and I said let's give it a try! Like I said, we have spoken and God will help me to meet up! Reason why it looks tough on me is that the business is a turnover one, you need to be going to the market as frequently as possible, of you're into business, you will understand.
