Nigerians are mostly never objective. A 14 year girl is still a child compared to a 20 year old who lied about his age. Yes, the girl is wayward and it wouldn't matter if the guy was less than 18, which in both cases they would be regarded as minor with similar mental capacity. The argument here is that a 20yr old guy is seen has been manipulative because he has higher mental capacity than her. Most young girls of her age group in Nigeria without strong parenting background are wayward. My spouse 14yr old neice who joined us from Nigeria was handed a mobile phone and the next thing was her constant visit to porn sites, or chat rooms with "boys" asking her for nude pics. Even after being rebuked, she didn't stop, probably sneaking into those sites. The last straw was a wayword whatsapp chat. Now, she has no phone. What stop your friend from investing in local fish production? I know that not all fish can be raised locally but there is still a huge need for home grown breeds. Importation comes with a lot of risk, especially with constant "policy somersault" of the government. Nigeria has no business importing food. Our people just don't want to do the hardwork. Filling local demands and export is what Nigerians should be focused on.
