flyingpig:C'mon! How many Nigerians travel home for Islamic festivals. Even the last Salalah was during the thick of the pandemic. |
Never "developing Covid-19 vaccine is our priority". Begger mentality. Nigeria can't excel at anything with folks like this and boss. |
Chikarata2020:See person resident in Nigeria talking about "most Americans testifying of electoral fraud". It's that America i am now and no one has used the word "most Americans" when talking about the allegation of electoral fraud. Even one individual that came out officially to file a complaint had recounted his tale and refused to sign the complaint form. It's some Nigerians that do not know their left from right that seem to carry this Trump issue on their head like a market "alabaru". |
The "Guy-men"! Business is booming. |
COVID do you need us to gather transport money for you to visit Aso Rock? Nigerians don't mind.
Please send me account number to send my own contribution. |
peacekante:Not just in Ghana. He is adored all over Africa, most especially West Africa. I am one of his fans. He once said Nigeria is still the way it is because Nigerians are still in love of their oppressors. He actions paid off for Ghana today. |
uruba23:Your head need to be examined. Tell me what sacrifice you are referring to. Sacrifice by who for who? |
gidgiddy:Keep your mouth quiet. Which Nigerians supported the proscription of IPOB as terrorist. The sane ones? Or the insane ones? Most of you do not have enough knowledge or experience to make sense of what is going on. |
See some crazy and myopic comments here. Nigerians are not fighting for Sowore. Let them fight for themselves. And that government don't believe in gentlemen approach. If it's violence, then they will listen. The last rage from EndSars is just a tip of the iceberg. The real tsunami is coming. |
NOC1:Your father! You are either a government paid agent or someone bitter about Jonathan loss. Move on, looser. |
You referred to Yoruba creation story about Ile-Ife as folklore. Probably not. Think about this! What does Ile-Ife mean? Translated, it mean the land that expand. And it's where creation started from according to the Yoruba. The land that expand! Now, tell me one thing astronomers that study the universe have discovered about our universe. It is that the universe has been expanding since it was created. Doesn't that agree with belief that creation started in Ile-Ife, the land that expand. "The Universe Is Expanding So Fast We Might Need New Physics to Explain It By Mike Wall" https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.space.com/amp/universe-expanding-fast-new-physics.html |
byinks:You are right about that. But Dangote wasn't the only beneficiary of OBJ policies. It included people like Otedola and few others including igbo and yorubas. It's some stupid (republican) idea bought over from some Americans that creating some billionaires could help jumpstart the economy and job creation. How many of the billionaires have fulfilled their part of the deal. |
Probable, one of the outcomes of lack of proper education. At least they would have learn that an horse is not like an amoeba and it has skeleton; and as such can't fold on top of itself. |
Temptee101:Please don't forget that they have their cooperative and greedy comrades in the south. Without these greedy southerners, Nigeria won't be in this mess. |
fratermathy:Na Aboki wey dey use dirty open drainage water to wash oranges and sugar canes he will send to the public; or worse dey apply rat killing agents to food that will be sold in the market. All these are on video on YouTube. One of these cases happened by the junction of Lekki-Expway and Aging Road, where you have fruit sellers. Funny, I used to buy sugar cane and banana at same spot when I stayed in an hotel that is just a stone throw away. |
HigherEd:So, you are comparing Dangote that earn revenue/profits by offering added value to the economy. Tell me what value does going to church add to the economy, aside from people giving away 10% of their income for nothing in return to some people that offer no value in return. Moreso, they spend more time expecting miracle than doing the hardwork. They pay tithes but not taxes and expect the government to deliver infrastructure. Note that I have nothing against God but detest zealots. Has the increase on number of churches reduce the level of evil people do in Nigeria? |
blizard44:Like you were reading my mind. |
sodiqapril:But the Alaafin of Oyo did. He even put the blame on Buhari. There is a video of him online addressing youths in Ibadan. The other Obas or Kings were quiet. I am sure Buhari will not invite him even though the Alaafin of Oyo is historically the most powerful king in Yorubaland. However, Ooni of Ife is symbolically the spiritual head of the Yoruba people being the lineage of founder of Yorubaland, Oduduwa. I actually love that arrangement. One possess the political or military might historically while the other has the spiritual might. |
And this one wanted to be president of Nigeria? Which kind brain God give these sets of politicians? He doesn't even know what the story is all about. He could've go online to read it. It's nonetity like him, Trump, that is trying to stop the counting of electoral votes before election is concluded. I guess one of Trump great grandparents has the blood of a Nigerian politician. |
When did security vote become personal money that goes into the pockets of the governor and his deputy? God help Nigeria o. And Nigerians help thy country. |
We need to go check the blood line of Trump. Maybe his great great grandfather was a Nigerian politician. |
I just watched the video about an hour ago and I was hoping that justice will prevail. Hopefully it does till the end. |
rossoki:Imagine if the hostage victim is a black American. Surely the hostage rescue won't happen or even the kidnap will not take place because the criminals know USA government don't place high value on black lives. I want to believe the kidnapped guy is a field intelligence officer. What is a 27yr old young man doing living in a desert land of Niger? I think he is probably a spy. We know Islamic terrorists control that area. |
Let us be honest with ourselves. Why did Trump and US media paint a picture as if the kidnap happened in Nigeria. I was reading a story that started with a kidnap rescue in Nigeria but then Niger also come up saying that victim has lived in Niger for 30 years. Be careful of western propaganda. They are always looking for terrible stories to sell once they choose the target. I guess bad news of Nigeria will sell faster. Or should we say Trump does not know the difference between Nigeria and Niger? |
Peterjnr123:Zealot. Watch this video of a very tiny meteor hitting Russia. Maybe you will get sense to understand why God didn't give you the brain of a fish and the need to seek knowledge always. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRrdSwhQhY0 |
Gangster Tinubu press boys are out in full force trying to discredit anyone that go after their boss. We all know who the criminal and gangster is. Bode George may not be the best advocate but he is right on the fact that enough is enough and he has a Lagos native has a lot more stake in Lagos than the gangster in town who have turn many youths of Lagos to hoodlums and thugs. It's one of these boys that took the staff of Oba of Lagos. |
A people with no shame. Where were you all when politicians were nurturing and using these boys as thugs. I learn one can't even walk around the streets of Lagos Island anymore once its late. Days when we used to roam the streets during AM hours having fun. They have turned all the boys to gangsters. The same boys are the ones that invaded the palace. It is the monsters you helped breed that came back to hit you. |
Daughter of a looter who looted public funds. People no get shame. I guess Nigerians love their oppressors, so they can come out to display what they have achieved thanks to your common wealth. At least the daughter was/is a beneficiary of her father's theft of public funds. God know how much her father kept in a bank account in her name. This man was in court for several years in corruption cases. But this is Nigeria. |
Public officials and their lies. What's the purpose of lying here. Can you people tell the truth for once, so that you can take responsibility and be able to address the problem. Sweeping things under the carpet does not mean that the things you swept under the carpet will miraculously find its way into the garbage bin. |
adioolayi:You really don't know what you are talking about by comparing apple to oranges. Let us use this analogy. Let's say a very benevolent individual handed your neighbour a food item to give to you. But your neighbour rather than hand the item to you, went to go hide it in a store and locked up the store, while he go about looking to possibly resale the food item in the market. As all this happen, you are probably jobless and hunger threaten you and your family. As this go on, another neighbour inform you that the food item meant for you is secretly stored in the storage room. What would you do? Will you and your family choose to die of hunger or break the door of the storage to get the food? In some countries, stealing of food by the poor is not a crime... https://www.google.com/amp/s/theculturetrip.com/europe/italy/articles/in-italy-food-theft-is-not-a-crime-if-youre-poor-and-hungry/%3famp=1 |
swiz123:Thanks to so called leaders that came much later after him. Generation 1999 - current. Leaders are supposed to build on achievement of those before them, rather these destroyers of a leader brought down all the achievements of the leaders that came before them. |
