Which source are you looking for, peoples gazette is the known source for now and they are standing by their release. Obi will go to court to challenge fake audio attributed to him but woe betide him if the audio is authentic which I think is the case since I first listened to it. |

kayzat: Some of the information's in that article are basically different from what you can find from the official website of Transsion.
Tecno's first phone was tecno T201 and not tecno T101 as stated by the article
The second phone was Tecno T100
And their first dual phone to be built is tecno T780 in November 2007. All this informations contradict the referenced articles claim.
And how come we don't normal see our Nigerian owner in most of their launch and events outside of Nigeria or is he a sleeping partner or owner in the company ? He made a post to suit his dream. Even slot knows he is lying about him |

This is one of the reasons the emir of sokoto gave him a book on principles of leadership few days to the election but unfortunately he has refused to read that book or apply the principles. As a leader not all truth are spoken they way they are seen. Be mindful of advise you take from people who have no experience what your problem is. Labour party came onboard, making Nigerians believe that the party will be transparent and sincere in all things but look at where we are now. Just an audio tape that even a child can testify to it's authenticity, campaign team and spokesperson are singing different songs. |

Politics › Re: Section 37: Is Wire-Tapping Someone's Private Phone Conversation Legal? by alizma: 7:33pm On Apr 02, 2023 |
lhordspy: Maybe we should leave political sentiment asides. We all know Peter Obi made some extreme religious political moves during the presidential campaign period by manipulating, exploiting and exploring our religious diversity to his own advantage. But the thing is no matter how interesting the latest finding is and no matter how fulfilling it is for we the progressives. I think it is time we start asking questions about the supposedly 'exclusive-findings' of gazetteNGR of recent. With this latest one clearly violating the section 37 of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of N8geria which state that:
''The privacy of citizens, their homes, correspondence, telephone conversations and telegraphic communications is hereby guaranteed and protected.''
Even though i dont know how these things work entirely. But i have seen some crime movies (for example: TheWire, Sopranos, Power etc) where even the law enforcement agents/agency will have to acquire something like a court-warrant or court permission with enough reasons; a very convincing motives, to be able to secretly wiretap phonecalls of a criminal or any other person during investigation. You have to convince a judge to the fullest before the warrant or permission is granted. Failure to secure the warrant and going ahead to carry out the action make it illegal, a crime with serious consequences which also render the voice-conversation gotten from such unauthorised secret-wiretap inadmissible in court as an evidence.
I think the labour party camp should drag gazetteNGR to court and whoever published that voice conversation should be made to testify as to the real source of the wiretap under oath. Somebody need to start paying for these illegal acts carried out all in the name of investigative journalism. We cant keep operating as a lawless country.
Today it is Peter Obi, it can be anyone tomorrow. I don't even feel safe making phonecalls anymore. Your right seize to exist when public interest is at risk. In order words no individual's right supercedes that of the public. I hope this answer your question. |

Zeal0000007: I and my gal are planning settling down despite genotype not matching , she's AS same with me, but because of medical technological advancements, we visited a specialist who told us that we can still marry if we so desired to be together.
Just that If we can afford the cost of going for foetus testing whenever she's pregnant so as to ascertain the genotype of the child. According to him if the test is conducted and it turns out to be AA or AS, we can keep it, but if it's SS we determate, I have spoken to my gal and we are yet a decide despite this seeming goodnews that we can still be together if we choose to, she really wanted us together same with me. On my part, I have been in terrible and toxic relationship for the past 4years that almost claimed my life but God served from her. And this my current gal came along and she's exactly what I prayed God for, she's really like a gift to me, since she came I have had peace of mind I don't want to loose her because of genotype but thank God for this technically medical advancement , please I want to know if anyone have undergone this treatment before , what's your experience or experiences I will be crude as possible, the only advise you need is to quit that relationship, there is nothing good for both of you in that journey. You can be best of friends. Not all relationship most lead to marriage. Go your way and let her do the same. You guys will be happy in future knowing you once had something in common but had to go separate ways do to circumstance beyond your control. |

He has a point o, because I dont know why Buhari is so eager to have it conducted in his tenure. When was the last census and you think it's normal for us to keep moving without the idea of what the nation's population is? In addition to that, it will add to the respect that well meaning Nigerians have for him. Though it's always easy to criticize a player when you are not playing in the game but some day you may have the opportunity to be the player yourself, then you will understand better. Having said that, Buhari is doing what he is doing so that some days, subsequent Nigerian president, 2hich you may be one, will sit down and open the records and say if the man Buhari could do this, this and that, he deserves some honour and whoever come in his name( his descendants) deserves listening ears. |

Miss interpretation, all it says is that the Abuja is considered the 37th state, and so the winner is meant to get 25% in two third in 37 states, instead of 36 states.
Simple arithmetics. Don't mind some people. the constitution is written in simple language, the statement in respect of the areas to win does not in anyway make Abuja electoral college, also many of the politicians usually travel to their respective constituency to vote during election period so nothing so much about Abuja during election exercise to give it the special recognition the nay sayer are trying to give to it |

Mummytoo: Good morning nlanders
Happy Sunday to u all
I'm eager to know if its wrong to confront a pastor, because all my life I hate going pastors for anything, something happened on Monday, I didn't know who else to talk to ....so I went to the alter to pray and met with my pastor, I explained what happened between my husband and I and he settled the matter sweetly . I was so happy to have peace and joy back in my marriage till yesterday (Saturday) pastor called me out of that plenty congregation and told d church everything including what my husband has been hiding for years, he even added more things that didn't even happen to the story😂. I was just quiet and respectful since I wasn't expecting him to behave like that.
He prayed for me and I just left, he started getting angry that I can't even praise for my healing me or dancing round, I was just shocked at everything happening I left to the backyard and later went in again.
Immediately I got home I told my husband how he's image has been tarnished in church for what he didn't do, we had a misunderstanding and pastor said he flogged me (that didn't happen)
Is it wrong to confront him.... Coz I will act like I'm going to testify and correct that wrong impression he said about my husband
Just one time experience with pastor is killing me like this Save that energy, use the energy to go to your husband and discuss with him. I mean let him know that you love him and never expected you guys issue to be discussed outside the marriage, let both of you see how you can learn from this and 3nsure it never repeat itself again. Then if you have some energy left, get some elders in the church and tell express your displeasure. |
