Alphafarms:Very apt and true. If the refinery is ready, by now we should be seeing massive crude supply to the complex and refined products in the country from the company. You don't hide a crude refinery operation. What will likely play out is what Dangote did in rice. Import whole grain into the country and repackage and rebagged as a local product. Time shall tell. Until NNPC is run like GAZPROM and ARAMCO, Nigeria just the play. Politicians, nepotism, favouritism, corruption are some key factors holding us down |
No issue here bro. That is grandparents for you. That how best they express their love, joy and happiness having a grand kids. You will feel the same when you reach that stage in life. Just call him the name you gave him, update the same on his birth certificate, school etc. When we had my first child, my mother called her Amarachukwu, My mother-in-law called here Toochukwu, my land lady gave her yoruba name - Anuoluwapo, wife called her Favour, me where be her papa call am, Chizita. No issue in the house and she respond when these people call her. She identify them via phone when she is called by those name... finally na me be her PAPA. |

Poor road!!!!!!!!! |
In demography, economics, statistics, science and politics, poverty measurement or calculation based on geopolitical boundaries are never used to accurately determine the concentration of poverty level in a given area. Factors used to calculate poverty level include such variable or combination of: Sex and Age, Level and years of education, Health care, child nutrition and mortality, sanitation and access to drinking water, cost of basic needs, per capital earning etc. |

Beremx:If there is a caveat telling viewers that all characters, places, names, cultures and traditions are imaginary and any coincidence are not real, then no issue. All great movies in the world are always portrays so for entertainment reasons. Great movies in the world abound with diversity. From Historical movies to criminal movies, scientific expeditions to futuristic movies, from religious movies to sociopolitical movies, from sports to academic movies, from real life movies to fictitious movies, from security movies to Alien movies, from Earth movies to Astro terrestrial movies. Though, what make a good movie in some perspective is the criticism that herald such films. The criticism about the movie will only make it more popular. My opinion!!! You don’t need to like or agree. Else, hug a transformer!!! |
Draslo:As an Igbo man, I care less if Mmanwus were used in any form for movie, even my name, my surname name or my village so far there was caveat warning that all characters, names, places, etc in the movie are just imaginary, not real, and that any coincidence are not real. FILM na FILM. |
javaguru:Very true. I can relate. I served in one of the riverine communities in southern Ijaw LGA, precisely at ologbobiri. The enviroment made it impossible for CDS. Howerver, for your case, except there is a special reason, if not extension loading!!! |
I doubt the OP really listened to the question asked and her responses. Perhaps, OP is beclouded by the same parochial antagonism that has held us down as the purported pride of a Blackman. God give us brain to think and reason. Not anus to think and reason with. |
What is SON doing about the sub-standard iron rods manufactured in the country by these Indian, Chinese, etc companies. 16mm rod is like split rod of 14mm, as so on with others. |
Government agencies, ministries and parastatal saddled with the responsibilities of ensuring standards of quality building and construction materials has failed the nation. Recently, I was at steel market to purchase some iron rods. What I saw as 16mm was like haif split of 14mm, and so on. Funny enough, most companies manufacturing iron rods are own by Indians, Chinese, Lebanese. Until these companies begin to face serious legal and financial penalties when a collapse building materials from they company were verified by experts as the root cause of such a disaster. Come to think of it. Why Do Nigeria not have a standard that various sphere of our national lives must adhere to like in US, India, UK. Nigeria can even localized some of these standards like ASME, ANSI, IEEE, BSI, BIS, etc RIP to the dead, quick recovery to the injured until another disaster happens again. |
Can he tell Biden the need for American govt. to make a statement about how true BAT involvement with Drug money forfeiture?! |

I had a smilar issue with quickteller while transfering money to Providus bank from my Stanbic. Visited my bank and the same reason you gave was what they said. No section ID. Let Quickteller reach out to your hubby bank. Do this with all details attached via email, copy the banks involve, cpd@cbn.gov.ng., then wait like 5-7days and you will see your alert confirm. That was all I did in my own case. |
This is when common sense is not common. The environment where the exam is to hold do not allow a particular dress mode - They are right! A candidate believes that it’s her fundamental right to dress the way she wants - She is right! Common sense is needed here....from the pic the OP posted what am seeing not Hijab but Chador. For exam purpose, if am the said girl, I might come with either of Hijab or Dupatta from home, at the gate, remove it and cover my hair with scarf. After the exam go back to what I came with. The exam is not up to 2hrs. However, niqab, Burka, or Chador dress mode is a no no for any venue to prevent malpractice and story that touch!!! |

Not a great place to work. |
Not a good place to work. Zero work culture. Safety = zero. That job vacancy always comes up every 6months or less. If you have a better job. Don't waste your time going. |
