Amarabae:This auxiliary nurse don come again o. Are you doping on morphine and other opiates in your hospital? Desist from it before it finishes your life. I quoted someone over an unrelated matter and you are here fvcking up. Please stay out of my mention. You remain in my bad books. Mind your bloody business. Whatever I post, never ever quote me. See this ill-mannered thing that one unfortunate man put at home o. |
Osasnidas:My brother, the main issue is an airport says a lot about a country. It's the window shop. MMA has too few seats. I guess it is so because it's Nigerians who primarily use it. So our authorities like to torture us and make life as uncomfortable for citizens as possible. When I travel to other countries, I get to sit in comfortable chairs in their airports. They are not making me a demi-god but just providing a good service because they know what they are doing. They want me to come and spend more money in their country next time. Countries like Morocco & Tunisia with little resources are better developed than Nigeria. They have carved out a good tourism niche for themselves. EU and other Western citizens can pick up their passport, buy a ticket and go spend the weekend in Morocco & Tunisia. No visa needed. But Moroccans & Tunisians need visa to visit EU. In so doing, Westerners frequent these countries and spend hard currency. The cost of a Nigerian visa alone is enough to travel from Frankfurt, London or Brussels and stay two nights in Morocco or Tunisia. We must banish this defensive mentality and unnecessary pride so that we can use sense & good customer service to extract hard currency from Westerners. NOT just oil & gas that will run out someday and even pollutes Niger Delta, costing livelihoods. A big economic sector can arise around tourism. Just provide more security & infrastructure nationwide. And tourism will help further reduce poverty and unemployment. |
Good. For those of you quoting and insulting your generations, I was quoting someone over job advert. Unrelated. Rip to the poor guy. |
chiboy1116:Abeg do not tell me about ocular genetics or anything about eye. I have looked into more eyes than the average person would do in 200 lifetimes. That's settled. All the blue eyes I saw in 9ja were over 20 years ago. So all those messing about with fake blues eyes now were not even born yet or won't even have these cheap Chinese products in the dark days of military regimes. A family of relatives had even two or three of the kids with blue eyes. So not everyone is an Indomie kid. Black people can have different eye colours. Rihana has green/hazel eyes, Jesse Williams has blue eyes, Tyra Banks & Natalie Cole both have green-hazel eyes, the wife of Will Smith (Jada) has amber eyes, Stacey Dash has blue-green eyes, James Earl Jones (the King of Zamuda in coming to America) has blue eyes, Chris Williams has blue eyes too. These are big celebrities and easy to believe their eye colours are fake. While some clearly have European ancestry way back, some do not. Waardenburg syndrome is the major reason for blue eyes in black people. Especially type Waardenburg type 2 (OCA2 gene) . Because it is a genetically autosomal dominant condition, only one gene mutation is enough to cause it. |
KINGOFTHEEAST:SW do not really mean restructuring. Only some intellectuals support it but are powerless. They know the importance of it. But their alliance with the North won't let them support restructuring. Their elites who benefit from oil subsidy and political loot and oil blocks from the centre are deceiving them. |
[sub][/sub] Wiseandtrue:Nor mind that guy. Parasitic elements will always show themselves. What they refused to grasp is that with this monthly allocation collection from Abuja jamboree, fight for central political power will continue and no progress will come. We tried regionalism before. It worked far better. Western Region, despite political issues, was one of the best administered parts of Africa as a whole. The guy wants them to write letters to Aso Rock and NASS and wait till 2035 without any reply or action. ![]() The idiots at the helm of affairs are callous people and do not understand and civilised language. ND knows that too well by now. |
tstx:Abi o? Nigeria never disappoints with bad things. |
litdutchboy:Plus he has not even told us how much PDP spent on something similar (adjusting for inflation since then). So we can compare. Edo Sate cannot afford over £14 million (fourteen million Pounds) on gallivanting per year. Not possible. |
Online4u:OK. |
I think it is we Nairalanders that are slacking here. When will form Nairaland Progressive Zombies (NPZ) to go to Aso Rock and pay solidarity visit. Like play, like play, Bubu's Cabals will settle us with some millions of Naira. Part of "Nassonal Cake" share for us. ![]() |
Hotfreezer:Kikikikikiki. ![]() Unless the guy is not a true scammer. If he is that money has grown wings by now. By tomorrow that money could already be a wig on a girl's head, credit unit in a girl's phone, etc. Na today? Even sef nor be proper scam. A case of an error. Since he details are known, he would be caught. Assuming the details are genuine to begin with. |
Hotfreezer:Kikikikikiki. ![]() Unless the guy is not a true scammer. If he is that money has grown wings by now. By tomorrow that money could already be a wig on a girl's head, credit unit in a girl's phone, etc. Na today? |
Chai! Na wa o! Too many fake things abeg. Documents from NYSC to school cert, fake. If you catch them on video taking millions of dollars in bribe, APC claim it is fake, doctored & even "pharmacisted". If you catch them on audio revealing how utterly useless & hopeless they are in government, the call it fake & doctored. Who exactly did 200 million Nigerians offend to deserve this purgatory? |
EVILFOREST:Ol' boy, the way one "over-religious" girl like that was forming accent, I just tire. This girl has never left Nigeria. Did not go to American school in Nigeria. I just hated her from there. After my travels to many countries, one local girl forming ajebor come dey fool herself with fake accent for me? Shioor! |
cococandy:Madam Grammar & female version of Patrick Obahiagbon, make you "lecturer" us na. Since we nor sabi book. ![]() Are you saying there is no better way to get the man off her back? How about blocking him? Assuming it's true that she's a saint that wants to make a potential "he-goat" get some sense, why show his wife's pictures? Does our "willful ignorance" also explain that? If you want to be a Senior Advocate Amebor (SAN) without pay, first ensure you are as wise as you think. Lest the bandwagon feminism of a thing blinds you into "oversabidom". |
Not knowing when to stop doing shakara nor good. She could have been his wife now. Maybe the guy she was hoping on has dumped her. If the man is truly worrying her and she's not interested why not just block him? Seems like she's on a revenge mission because the guy moved on. ![]() |
ClearFlair:Do you know how killing our democracy robbed of economic growth, prestige, FDI and plunged us into poverty and near anarchy years later? Far worse than stealing. In any case, until an opposition party eventually takes over, we won't know of the grand theft currently ongoing. Then Buhari's jobless son will have to explain his source millions of German motorbikes. ![]() |
OVA200:I guess she meant many women go under the knife and do all manner of expensive enhancements to have her curves, which she herself got free from mother nature. ![]() Although it can also mean that her curves make her in demand in her acting career. |
Slynation:God always has a purpose. Just forget govt and look within your inner strength. Therein lies the only fortune currently. |
Slynation:I'm telling you. But already knew that in 2015. They will not play gentle like GEJ and hand over if they lose. If we were suffering now and seeing the benefits in near dangling in front of us, no problem: like a world class solar energy complex in the North, a massive IT hub being built in collaboration with multinationals, wind farms growing along the cost of Atlantic (like commitment to rely 80% on renewable energy by 2030) and produce 100,000 MW by then, reduce dependency on oil & gas to under 40% by 2025, total reliance on locally refined fuel by 2021, education & health care to be given 25% of national budget combined by 2021, unemployment to be below 12& by 2023, recurrent expenditure to be under 35% of budget by 2022, and such targets seen to be clearly in sight, it will be fine. But no, all parameters of development are going down rapidly and they want more of same. Fighting corruption but citizens going hungry to bed. Expert in security as former General but military funerals occur frequently and hundreds still missing. |
Slynation: ![]() I even want Buhari to win. So that more of those who lied and schemed against GEJ can get what they deserve. People like LIZARD of Ubima, Okorocha, Liar Mo, Tinubu, etc. They will see the true colour of Buhari. He has given Tinubu a taster in the first two years of this regime already. ![]() El Ruffian will probably move from Kaduna to Aso Rock to scheme against the commissioner. ![]() We that they lambasted as Tanoids and Ipob when we warned against Buhari's insensitivity and incompetence are prepared for 8 years of Buhari. But come o, why is nobody chanting Buhari! Change!? Oh now they have realised that Bubu's accent didn't make them understand the he meant CHAIN. ![]() |
Because to get a serious guy nor easy. Marriage na big commitment for a guy. |
kingzjay:Lol, mortuary job is a very respectable job. They do not just employ people anyhow. Much less people without paper. Corpses are treated with far more dignity in the West than millions of the living in Africa. As for farm, most immigrants gravitate towards cities where there are no farms. Eastern Europeans already dominate seasonal harvest in farms. Depending on the country, most will end up in services: shops, restaurants, etc. Or factories. Those who avoid having criminal records may eventually get security jobs. Those who want to study may also combine studies and security jobs later. In any case most who cross to Europe in such a desperate way had little prospects in Nigeria. If they avoid crime and are not deported, over 90% will have a better life in Europe whatever they end up doing. Only the very few who sold their valuable assets or left reasonably good social circumstances behind may end up regretting it. |
plaetton:If the stories really happened or not only God knows for sure 100%. But my question is: if the story was that 2000 years ago, one 15 years old Calabar or Ibadan girl got pregnant without having sex AND gave birth to a messiah, would Africans believe it? How likely is it that Europeans (who claim to only believe in science) and others will believe that story? From the prevailing world religions today, why did none originate from Africa? Is it that, like all the good ideas & resources we have had in Africa, we just refused to package our traditional religion attractively to interest others without African ancestry abroad? Take for example, many Hollywood stars are now Buddhists or practice some Eastern religion. People across the world now eat "sushi" (raw fish Japanese food). Ethiopia has an old cuisine of raw meat. But it never caught on or interest other people. Las las if you package your ideas, philosophy, beliefs & way of life attractively, persist & persevere with it, soon enough others will sit up and notice you with respect. The Queen of England has visited Hindu temples, covering her hair & removing her shoes. Hindus of India have more gods than Africa as a whole. Offering food to them in shrines like a babalawo or dibia would do. But nobody dare call Hindus pagans today. That is reality. Call your fine clothe a rag and others will help you to use it wipe the floor like a rag. |
ExAngel007:My dear, it still depends on where, with what and how he touches you o. That is not totally wrong. Parents were just "coding" with the word "touch". ![]() |
RIP. |
I think Omotola is bigger than such petty stuff no matter how much ladies like to beef. She has too much going for her to beef Genevieve. I hope the media misconstrued the whole stuff. |
Dpharisee:Even earlier great players were there: Kadiri Ikhana, David Adiele, etc. Both were in 1980 AFCON winning squad, dominated by Enugu Rangers & Shooting Stars players then. Bendel Insurance v. Enugu Rangers or v Shooting Stars was the top match then. Insurance v NNB was one of the biggest derbies of Nigerian league. With very young Henry Nwosu the only NNB player in AFCON 1980 squad. Thompson Oliha, Friday Elahor and others were in Eguavoen's group. Later Aghahowa, Odemwingie and others played there too. With 3 FA Cups, 2 League Titles, 3 WAFU Cups & 1 CAF Cup, among others, it was very successful and one of the longest in the First Division (Premier League) before relagation about a decade ago. |
ifihearam:Lol. There are many passports with benefit of these countries BUT without the poential risk when travelling widely in he world. Especially in unsafe corners of the world where Western countries are not popular. Neutral Switzerland and fairly neutral one like Austria. Then Luxembourg & Monaco. Passports that are not common but powerful. After Brexit, British passport will lose some steam regarding ability to work in 27 developed European nations (EU). |
Partly or rather mostly true. |
tellwisdom:I wonder o. Kini big deal? Any guy who does not know that by now must be living in Cuckoo's land. The guy should be joyous that breaking up with her was the right thing. Would he have preferred her to bring him a baby from another man first, quickly marry, divorce and be taunted that the kid is not his? He should be popping champagne. |
tesppidd:Hahahahaha! ![]() You have forgotten so soon that APC even sided with Boko Haram, Buhari saying GEJ was killing Northerners by fighting Boko? You forgot that Buhari 2015 victory was media lies victory against Jonathan? That Lai Mohammed never stopped fibbing and complaining? If Anything, aside FKK & Fayose, for too long PDP was too silent over impunities of APC/Bhari. Funny how people sorry from selective partisan amnesia. ![]() |
