Nigeria's problem is not about the leaders but the masses. We are all responsible for the state of Nigeria today due to our way of doing things.

Just take look at European citizens how organize they are and how they handle issues with wisdom but our case is the opposite.

Those societies went through much strife with their white skin: civil wars, world wars, revolutions, beheading of monarchs, etc.

The only thing I see is this: the West had to learn through trial and error. But we have successful systems to learn from now. Unlike them those days.

Adamawa State alone has far more than 64 ethnic groups, sharing around 60 languages. Even some who have come to speak same language over time have different ethnicity. Like many speaking Hausa but are ethnically not Hausa.

Nigeria has at least 500 ethnic groups.

Even the fairly homogeneous state like Edo with most related tribes (Benin, Esan, Afemai, Akoko-Edo), it still has others like Ebira, Itsekhiri, Izon, Ika/Igbanke, etc.
Delta State has over 20 ethnic groups.
