Very lucky dude. Instead of death, he now has a head looking like an official FIFA football. E nor go better for Bubu's people. |
And short man devil governor is busy cutting Tinubu to size than focus on solving crisis in his state. Cutting Tinubu will obviously increase his chances of getting to Aso Rock. Political ambition is more important to them. |
Yet SW people keep telling us that Jonathan marginalised Yoruba people. Na wa o. |
MayhorE:Lol. |
Pavore9:But let's analyse her submission properly. Many of us may not like it but she has a point. There are serial cheats, both men and women. She clearly mentioned its for men who have the means. Maybe she could have added those with the right intentions, responsible and strength of character to stick to his wives only. In her view, at least men can be with multiple women within a legal framework. It is not different from what obtained traditionally before Christianity took over properly just about 50 years ago. |
ManirBK:It will not increase value anything. A two pronged approach might help: (1) Promote digital economy and secure e-payment. That way cash will be less needed. (2) Adopt Soludo's proposal rejected by Yar'Adua. Simply re-denominate the Naira like Ghana did to Cedis. N1000 should become N100, better still N10. That way coins will come back into circulation. Ghana has done well with re-denomination for close to a decade now. Same time Soludo first proposed it. People value small bills when they have some value. I hardly ever use any bill below N100 and most people are like that I guess. Time was when N5 in your pocket made you feel like a boss. You went to the super market and bought cake, biscuits, capri-sonne and other snacks with a few Naira in your pocket. People earned N100 monthly and lived fine. It was like that when Bubu brought his military coup that paved the way for other coups and our rapid decline. |
I suppose OP made this story up. Because if even half of the story is true OP urgently needs deliverance. Or he secretly has a thing for call girls. |
MIKOLOWISKA:Ok abortion is your problem. I see. Create a topic on that. I know people like you. You're the type that will not use condom. Girls maybe quietly aborting your babies. ![]() You quickly forget that many companies and businessmen donate to politicians because they also back NRA. In your solomonic wisdom the answer to abortion is guns all over the place. Wonderful. ![]() I think most reasonable people would prefer potential killers to find it very difficult to obtain guns in the first place. Not more guns. What if some of the teachers go berserk one day and decide to shoot people at the school? Like a teacher getting sacked or being investigated and faces job loss & economic ruin? |
tussmal:Everyone knew Tinubu did not take the job with good intentions. He knew the trap. Refusal would have been very stupid. Accepting it would allow him play the statesman without really doing anything. He did not even go into APC emergence with selfless intentions. He wanted more central power and control. He clearly failed there. For now. Except, God forbid, Bubu suddenly kicks the bucket. But as for his current "peacemaker" role, he thought the one immediate benefit would be to take down Oyegun. He has failed there. So Oyegun, Saraki and others he would so love to see gone are all still there. Most of those people only ever planned to be in their posts till February/March 2019 anyway. Achieving that against Tinubu's machinations would be a huge success for them. ![]() |
Skepticus:So Oyegun should have been Tinubu's stooge, bah? Now that he's not, he's suddenly Fulani's stooge? Hahahaha! Hypocrisy. They quickly forget that Oyegun was in ANPP, a party that used to produce Buhari as presidential candidate in the past. A party that was popular in the far North and therefor crucial in Buhari's 2015 win. If Oyegun helped Saraki play a fast one to become Senate President as some SW people claim, maybe he/Oyegun too already saw ahead. Akintola, Omoboriowo, Abiola, Akinloye, and others worked with the North against Pa Awo in the past. Nothing new. He should forget his political home and become errand boy to Tinubu? APC is a funny mixture of strange bedfellows. Each with his own agenda. |

CROWNWEALTH019:Crownwealth, come and hear o. Someone has said you're my alter ego. ![]() First thing first. I am very proud of you. Because you must be doing a good job to be mistaken for areafada. You have been hereby adopted as "AreaSon". ![]() Tinubu forgot that Edo-Delta nor dey carry last. Oyegun was washed with Warri water at birth, his head touched Warri sand at birth. Nurtured by Edo & Deita. These are not places to expect a fool raised. Accommodating, get along with everyone, friendly, easygoing, crack jokes and can generally be at home anywhere. But generally pretty fearless. Not easily intimidated. Tinubu must have been stunned by how Oyegun has politely but firmly asserted himself. Smiling each time and avoiding an embarrassing public spat that Tinubu has been gagging for all this while. ![]() |
WisdomFlakes:Dude I am not a coward or chameleon. Even when nairaland mod goons decided to silence me and block me for not doing SW history twisters' bidding, I did not create another moniker. Nothing I cannot say under my moniker. Check my comments back to almost 7 years that I officially began commenting here. I only want my original moniker "areafada" back. Not areafada2 that Seun suddenly gave me after NL was blasted by hackers. Dazall. |
WisdomFlakes:Hahahaha! ![]() Nor be only alter ego, na alter owo abi alter kudi or alter igho. ![]() So any reasonable non-Zombie is areafada2 in disguise. Very honoured to be associated with avid non-zombie-ism. ![]() |
A very simplistic submission from Hope Uzodinma. It would make sense in saner climes but not in 9ja. I do not think SW supported Buhari only to hand possible 8 years to an Igbo man from 2023 to 2031! Tinubu & co expect to mount the saddle in 2019 or latest by 2023. But the North could still play a fast one in 2019 by choosing a younger Northerner in order to get another 8 years. Buttressing what Uzodinma just said. If the North decide to play a fast one, can SW & SE bury their differences and to let SE go first? I doubt. This is why I prefer a single 6 years presidency. Rotating from South to North. If we had that, by now it would have been Ndigbo turn already. |
WORLDPEACE:Question is English was taken to various corners of the world. From there people developed own unique versions. Americans, Australians, NZlers, South Africans, Caribbeans, etc. They now own their own versions of English. It is we Africans whose versions are still considered inferior. Primarily because we ourselves consider it inferior. Nelson Mandela once addressed this issue. He said their many "Englishes". I have long advocated for pidgin to be made official language alongside English. So how 9ja music has exploded since our young singers became confident rapping in local languages & pidgin compared to the days of Alex "O" trying to be like Michael Jackson. ![]() |
All about 2019 election. Basically reaching out to aggrieved APC members. Nigerian masses are totally irrelevant. |
Newpride:I wonder o. They think a person hell bent on taking down many people cares about dying? He knows he will eventually be shot by the police. Most even intend to kill themselves after killing as many as possible. He can even take down the teacher or whoever is most likely to be armed first before killing others. I think money just always trumps in American politics. NRA members/lobby & their backers just have too much money that politicians need to win elections. |
frenzyduchess: ![]() Weyrey. |
afroniger:Oyegun is 78. Few at that age hold any relevant political position. He'd be ready for retirement after his tenure. ![]() If not for silly 9ja political system Buhari, Oyegun, Akande, Tinubu, Lai Mo and several others should have left the stage for the Fasholas, Fayemis, Dogaras and such of politics by now. |
E be like say Tinubu fit use his opolo eye kill someone there. ![]() |
SpecialAdviser: It was an obvious trap and Tinubu knew it. He would have sat with Bisi Akande and those around him to discuss it before accepting. He knew the trap well. Refusing would have meant saying he had no interest in unifying the party. In fact publicly implying that he was divisive himself. Something no "national leader" can afford. So he decided to accept and appear to be busy rallying people and travelling everywhere. So that he can later claim that he did his best BUT the national chairman made his work impossible. He saw an opportunity to take down Oyegun, something he has wanted for about two years now. His power in SW diminished long ago. Because 9ja politics is all about power at the centre. Everyone has been sucking up to Buhari, including Tinubu's erstwhile boys now in Buhari's cabinet. Ajimobi even got Kemi Adeosun into finance minister position ahead of Tinubu's Wale Edun. Akerodulu doesn't even want Tinubu in Ondo as a peacemaker. Since his former boys are all comfortable in political positions, with direct access to Aso Rock, Tinubu is currently like a local chieftain. That can change of course depending on political dynamics. Getting another alliance that will propel him very close to Aso Rock might be difficult post Buhari. So he's secretly livid but patient. He knows getting Osinbajo to be president might be his only joker and can only happen with massive support of the North. His pain is that he has invested his political capital in Buhari's govt, yet he has little say in FG affairs. Failure of the govt would be his failure too. |
balayoflife:What of Dubai visit visa for elderly people? |
Little wonder kidney problem and other illnesses are on the increase. |
gurunlocker:And vile shameless bigots to boot. |
greatcrown:Tor! Nothing will happen. We now have mediocrity and anomaly ingrained. |
xendra:A female friend's marriage crashed within 2 years. Because of sexual incompatibility. After all that quick no sex church courtship. She's a broken young lady trying to rebuild her life now. The lady might be wiser than you think and certainly knows what she wants. |
At least the silly lady is honest about escaping poverty. Many girls want something along those lines but too shy to say it boldly. |
mkoabiola:Abi o. Just grab one. Married or single man. ![]() Actually lots of women date married men for years. Why not just make it legal. I see only hypocrisy. Marrying two women is not easy sha in the day and age. |
Samata104:Just thank the dude for helping mop up an extra single lady. He just reduced competition for men a bit. ![]() |
MrRichy:Ah! Ah! A married woman? That is serious. The issue of maybe she's with one boyfriend is out of the window. I hope they find her soon. Still her location where she disappeared from is the least that they should make public. It could jolt people's memories. |
