MarieSucre:Look, the woman cheated. I have not heard even any of her relatives deny it. I may be wrong, so send me any link to correct me. Supposed because people who both know them dispute it, while some of her relatives say he was. why did both of them leave the company on the 8th & 10th? Why did she go to Abuja with Kayode after they both left the company? Why would a married woman call another man "eyitemi" on phone? I'd prefer not to say these about a dead person, but all look very fishy. That said, if the man killed her, depending on the circumstances, he should be done for minimum manslaughter. Murder if pre-meditated. It is you guys who already convicted the man of murder, probably panic-stricken and at large then. Before even a single evidence was analysed. We have seen too many things now to believe "every woman is automatically innocent". They get up to too many things these days. It's about time for men to do baby daddy only. Like David o & co. Too much marriage hassle. Last time, a lady lawyer butchered her foreign based hubby in Ibadan. Being from a rich family, I believe she's sipping a cool drink in a mansion somewhere right now. |
Well, let us hope the blogger's account was hacked by a sick person. I wonder if a serious blogger would post such a sick thing, knowing the consequences. If not, he/she should be jailed for this false alarm. |
Jazzlite:People just cannot imagine that a man can be innocent. GUILTY is all they see. He might be guilty. But let us put everything together first. Some say he's violent, others say he's not. I guess the landlady who lives near them should be a reliable source. The children & live-in relatives too. Obviously a cheating wife, a supposedly violent man (disputed), frequent quarrels & maybe a bit of economic challenges. These are serious ingredients for wahala. But hopefully, autopsy results including toxicology will explain cause of death. If her family suspect autopsy foul play, they can commission their own autopsy. |

anwe:To be honest, one expected more transparency from Buhari. I think Buhari never expected to win. Because in 9ja, sitting presidents don't lose election. At worst they rig it. Hence the silly agbero threat "we will form a parallel govt if we lose". ![]() So those 150 cows pre-election stuff, he thought there will never be any need to declare it later. |
AngelAhnie:You must be very endowed dear. |
FohowNigeria:Abi o. Let the woman kukuma confess what she has with the man. Such behaviour is more than just fish brain. This is the disaster when couples keep secret. |
Good to see many vehicles. But any need to first display them instead of sending straight from factory to various FRSC divisions/Commands? When citizens see many FRSC cars doing good work on the roads, they will know. This centralisation & everything to Abuja first is too much. By the way, Dr Chukwuwa should not rely on guvt patronage only to grow. Except he hasn't got the capacity to produce enough cars yet. He needs to mass produce 5 passenger family sedan cars, under 2.5m Naira. And work with a respected financial institution for financing/hire purchase options. Ojo LGA or Alimosho LGA residents alone can buy more than these cars in a week. If cheap, durable, easily financed and good after sale service. |
D2diff:Let me make a medical analogy. Anybody, including kids ( retinoblastoma, leukaemia) can have cancer. But still, cancer is a disease of old age. Many lay people will of course dispute this but it is a fact. Research figures and experience clearly show that. People do die of thunder strike, but the chances of dying from a road accident are far higher. Anything can happen anywhere, but we are talking of prevalence, consistency and reproducibility. The thread was about a cheating fiance, if you start a thread on a cheating fiancee, we can then dissect that. ![]() |
D2diff:You mentioned Nigerian women especially cheating and I mentioned to you that Nigeria is a conservative society before I talked about infidelity being more common among the poorer and less educated 9ja women as you already alluded to. Conservative society means that the social consequences of adultery are severe. If poverty was less, our conservative nature means far fewer women would take that risk. How many bank workers or telco workers are caught snatching cellphones or wallets from commuters at Mushin or Oshodi? Virtually none. Poverty has social consequences across the board. To begin with, when chosing a partner, a Nigerian female bank manager is already more selective than a lady selling corn by the roadside. Because the corn seller needs every economic help she can get, the bank manager far less so. Now regarding non-African women like the Swedes, dutch or Canadians, would you say they live in conservative societies like 9ja? Even if they cheat and divorce , they will still get child support, alimony and other social safety net provisions from the state if needs be. |
D2diff:Dude, we're advising a lady whose fiance cheats. Nobody has said some ladies don't cheat. Remember that in a conservative society like 9ja, women cheating is mostly linked to poverty. And an educated woman is more likely to have a better job and earn more money than the uneducsted. The educated lady is also more likely to marry a better earner too. On the average I mean, female infidelity is for some pecuniary benefit: employment/promotion, money, grades, gifts, all paid trips, etc. |
queenoflafia:I'm a guy that finds cheating too stressful, too expensive, time-consuming and of no point since if you switch the light off, no difference between women. Just pick one. But after seeing the most gentle guys with the most amazingly nice and pretty wives still cheat on their wives, I gave up. I concluded that the vast majority of men are polygamous by nature. But when you say so, the ladies here want to skin you alive. Truth is hard to say these days. |
I think it's Mr Gentry that needs to see that. ![]() |
Hmmmmm, practicing for political office, nice one. ![]() |
In a fair election without rigging or vote-buying, Ize-Iyamu will beat Obaseki. Because most of Edo South (67% of Edo State population) won't vote Obaseki. Deep historical reasons behind it. Obaseki will have to win 90% in both Edo North & Edo Central to win. Attempt by Oshomhole camp to manipulate things will cause huge wahala during this election. |

abumeinben:In the UK, accepting stolen goods is a big offense. Some of the so-called high number of Nigerians in UK prisons are there for that reason. But here you are with UK banks and companies keeping Nigerian stolen money and they still laugh at us as fantastically corrupt. And Buhari takes it meekly. I can see why they rigged Nigerian pre-independence census to favour the North described by the British as " a bit foolish & backward". |
Pavore9:Yep. No more election to fight, nothing much he'd need the Congress for. They do so in the last few months in office, like Bill Clinton about 16 years ago. Clinton still found time to be pictured with poor people in a village near Abuja. His visit would have been symbolic around 5 years ago. Not anymore now. All he has to do now is bring gay sermon. |
Daminaj1:Really? Lucky dude. May God heal him completely. |
SwiftyCool must be a busy tycoon by now. E don disappia. ![]() |
ogbevireo:Good points raised. I have followed hotmass's passionate farming posts here for years now. I'm sure he will respond succinctly. |

Joblessness is a big problem. Why would anyone make himself a potential bullet catcher? |
Sometimes I wonder it is that same God we're worshipping. Because things that are happening, you wonder if people even remember Jesus in the whole equation. |
They should ask him if the supposed charm involved human ritual killing. That maybe more serious than just burglary & theft. A guy who can poo in a person's house can also molest women. They should find out well. it shows how poor our crime investigation is. The guy was pooing & leaving DNA behind each time, yet no forensics. |
chimkaire:He has no choice. She gave him the job & and she's her boss. Refusing her invitation is no option. He can decide to have only juice when they go out. Then ensures he's punctual and always do his job diligently. If she still acts funny towards him, then that would be another matter. |
SafetyFirst:Ol' boy, OP's leaner-hood is a hopeless case. A lady basically treating you as a husband. If you're not ready to date this lady, start looking for a new job fast. SMH. |
Gizer:If indeed that is their prayer, maybe that is how they think 9ja will move forward. Rightly or wrongly, maybe no fuel, no light, high inflation is not their idea of a better Nigeria. ![]() |
germainediva:Now, this is more like it. Honesty is very good. You see most women forming saint, doing as if only men cheat. Which we all know is not the case. Because, a very large number of kids, even more of firstborn kids, belong to another man outside. From DNA/paternity test figures. I guess in the future, open relationships and confirmation of fatherhood after paternity test might be the way forward. |
greatgod2012:Those ladies that lay in bed like a log, with all their sexual taboos longer than the book of Moses, you wonder about their effrontery to even compare. If not because konji na bastard, they are nothing to write home about. ![]() |
Poverty na real bastardo. |
