Harrykn: With the way prices of foodstuffs are increasing everyday in our country I doubt 4,000 naira can cook quality food. N800 food in restaurant can barely carry people like a day * 1wk. Considering people who earn 15-30k monthly and family, country hard. If you have the basic food ingredients like rice, beans and garri in your house, you can cook a pot of soup and stew that would last you for the week with 4k. Take for instance, Soup: Ogbono Ogbono: 400 Crayfish: 200 Uziza and Ugwu: 150 Stock fish: 200 Panla: 500 Pomo:300 Palm oil: 150. Total:1900 Stew Tomatoes and pepper: 500 Tomato paste medium size: 300 Vegetable oil: 300 Meat:700 Sachet curry and thyme:50 Bullion cubes:50 Total:1900 The remaining balance use am do transport fare go market Food don ready. Once you cook finish put some for inside freezer, you're good to go for the week. |

My first food was spaghetti. I was about 13/14 then....God! That was the worst meal I have ever made. My dad told my mom never to allow me enter the kitchen again. He also advised me to concentrate on my book, so that, I can have enough money to hire cooks when I am older. Lol! Na eba spaghetti I cook that day....LMAO I later prepared one sharp okro soup to redeem my image in the house. |

You work in Ikoyi and you want to reside in Sangotedo?....Why not move to areas like Sabo Alagomeji, Yaba or even Onike. Transport will be cheaper and you're less likely to experience traffic on your way to and back from the office. You can even get a 2/3 bedroom apartment within your rent budget. |

Why do I have a feeling that this man was murdered by Buhari's and El rufai's kinsmen. I remembered when Sherrif Quadry, invited him to the morning crossfire on Nigerian Info around this time last year, he talked extensively on the ethnic cleansing going on in Southern Kaduna. NBC had to fine Nigerian Info channel cos of what Mailafia said on the show. I still watched him talk few weeks back on Tunde Kelani's YouTube channel about national issues.
Omo this life ehn.....May God rest his soul. |
