Does anyone here have experience with Cydia repository development?

I got to develop this for someone on fiverr, but he keeps getting a "404 packages not found" and "some index files cannot be downloaded" error when trying to install the repository in Cydia.

I don't have a jailbroken iPhone device, so I was limited to troubleshooting on my browser environment, and I know the URL is very much correct, and the Packages file exists but it still doesn't work in Cydia.


What else can be the issue since the Packages file exists?

You will never go through a PHp tutorial without the presenter parroting the MVC system. But when you actually try it, it completely falls flat on it's face. It is impossible to move the variables, from one file to the other, how can session work in one file and when you pass that it to another file, be it via include, require or require once, the session simply throws away the variables and returns empty handed? The stupid array returns empty. And there is simply NO solution. But when I do everything in one page, the whole thing works flawlessly. It is all complete garabage. As a programmer, it's quite common to spend almost all day working on the PC.

How do you manage the eye pains that come after a prolonged time of writing code?

Is there any type of glass that can be used to reduce the intensity of light?

Note: I have tried different options like changing all apps/software I use that support dark mode to dark mode.

I have also downloaded some softwares that tweak the kind of light emitted from the screen,

But I still sometimes feel eye pains after working with the system.


What do you think can be done to reduce or eradicate the pain completely?

Someone once scammed me on Nairaland too using another person's moniker.

I was about calling the person out, but I saw good reviews about the person.

Then I searched for the phone number the scammer contacted me with, and I found out the number is known for committing fraud on Nairaland by impersonating other people.


The best thing to do before doing transaction with anyone is to ask them to quote you with a particular statement you give them.

There are too many scammers on Nairaland.

Note: I'm not saying he is not the scammer, I'm only saying he could have been impersonated.

That was very long ago, they said for 1k, you can get your own website where you resell all the things they sell.

The website will be valid for a year.

Well, I paid the 1k, but I didn't get any functional website.

I called the customer care, a lady picked it and she seems lost.

I just had to let it go.

Haven't bought anything there since then.
