No. Not the same thing.

Ministers are his representatives for interacting with all stakeholders internally and externally. The PS cannot drive his policies as the ministers.
Why can't they, do ministers have two heads?

Naming them far outweighs having people work for him in unofficial capacity.

Naming a few key appointees comes with some psychological satisfaction.
So if Buhari announces that the most senior director in every ministry is the new minister you'd be satisfied?

In the offing for the next two months? What about the COS, SGF and key advisers?
1) What is the job of a Chief of Staff and SGF?
2) Are you worried that he doesn't have advisers or you don't know the name of his advisers?
3) What is it that a minister can do that a permanent secretary or director in the ministry can't do?

You should not pay anything if you don't have a meter. If the Distribution company wants to bill customers, they should provide the appropriate billing mechanism.

Your answer can be found here
"When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

34Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: 36Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. 37Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? 40And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 42For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: 43I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. 44Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? 45Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. 46And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Is what you are selling what paying for?
Nigerians buy stuff online from Konga, Jumia and the likes so if they are not buying from you, you need to check what you are selling.

PS: If you sell ebooks like "start importing business with 50k", "a guide to sports betting" etc you should not be complaining.

The distrust and feelings of betrayal, accusation and counter accusation have already set in. The seed of discord has been sown.
Please don't tell me you are this naive. Politicians have zero credibility and would betray almost anyone to achieve their goal.
Remember Saraki left the PDP, went against his family just to achieve his own agenda. Do you think the APC believe that Saraki was a 100% loyal?

So pdp's masterstroke is supporting a politician whom the world knows as selfish and hoping his party disintegrates? What kind of masterstroke is that?

Actually you have know clue.

Have you thought of what happens to the PDP if Saraki and the APC kiss and make up?
Politics › Re: Buhari Is A Leader And Not A Politican- Atiku by AZeD1(m): 11:39am On Jun 11, 2015
barcanista:
Convinced "some"? How many... The truth is that APC are looking for ways to blame "somebody" rather than credit the PDP masterstroke. If you observe Atiku very well you will notice that he is more of a liberal politician irrespective of his party. Atiku a PDP man as VP was very close to Tinubu and AD as at then. Atiku a PDP man entertained Buhari in 2011 when the latter ran under CPC. Atiku an APC man entertained Goodluck Jonathan of PdP earlier this year. I wasn't surprise to learn of Saraki's visit to Atiku.

I don't like Atiku's antecedents but I find it appalling that his "party men" still couldn't understand him. Atiku and Yaradua play the same brand of Politics(Maybe it is PDM style). APC love extremists(fanatics) and to APC the "liberals" among them are working against their interests.
A pdp masterstroke would have been PDP taking over the house. No party has the required 2/3 to impeach the house leaders so PDP taking over the house would have been brilliant, not playing second fiddle hoping Saraki does them a favour. It wasn't a PDP masterstroke, it was a Saraki masterstroke.

Politics › Re: Reasons Why PDP Will Rise Up Again By 2019 by AZeD1(m): 8:41pm On Jun 10, 2015
.
MuguliciousMUGU:
1) The election of bukola saraki as senate president
senator bukola saraki as the new senate president brings more hope to the PDP camp, as a former PDP loyalist, he would be working in good terms with his former PDP members. Therefore, there is a probability that the PDP senators can still influence saraki to support them, thereby making PDP back and better.
2) THE CRISIS IN APC CAMP
the crisis between APC members is rising up, with lawan- led factor going to court, this may cause more crisis in apc camp, it may lead to a situation whereby apc senators might start fighting theirselves and therefore lead to defection. Some Apc senators may decide to defect back to PDP. For example, since APC members are against bukola saraki, this may make saraki assume that they are planning evil against him, thereby making him to defect back to PDP, and automatically, if bukola defects back to PDP, then some APC senators will decide to follow him, thereby making PDP to gain the majority seat in the house of senate once again. Just as the crisis happened in the governors forum between amechi and jonathan, it may repeat itself again in the national assembly.
3) TINUBU AS APC LEADER
tinubu has been imposing his men in the NASS, now that he has lost both the house of senate and house of rep, he would want to fight back, and once he tries to fight back, most senators including governors might get angry with him and therefore defect back to PDP.
And more...
#Pdpwillriseagain
1) The election of Saraki favours Saraki and not the PDP. Saraki can tell the pdp to "go and die" and there's nothing legal they can do about it. No party has the required 2/3 majority to impeach him so the only way for Saraki to be impeached is for the APC and PDP to come together which is not likely to happen.
2) The crises in the APC can be resolved easily. With the APC having majority in both houses as well as controlling the executive, Saraki and the APC need themselves. Senator Ike was Saraki's insurance policy.
3) Tinubu is not stupid, if Tinubu was really interested in choosing the Senate president, you can bet he's probably cutting a deal with Saraki right now.

Sometimes you cannot return what you stole
Doesn't mean you are not repentant
It's amazing how this thread is showing the clear double standard in men

As for the fake birth certificates, many were made by the people's parents and it is already on record as their DOB
Some they made themselves
So what should they do?
Return their WAEC and college diploma and ask their jobs to fire them because they gave false records?
Please !!
Its true you cannot always return what you stole and there's nothing you can do about that, but if you cheat on your partner(both men and women) you can and should confess especially in marriage.

As for the double standards, i haven't seen any guy here say only women should confess. The people against your point have said do not build a relationship on falsehood and that works both ways.

So if I had stolen,I should come out in front of the congregation and tell you I was a thief?
How many of you in Nigeria are walking around with their real birth certificates for starters
Please
If you steal, you feel bad and want to repent you should return/{confess to} what you stole to the rightful owner

As to your second question, there's nothing as terrible as self deceit. I use my real birth certificate, i don't care about others.

I'm beginning to believe your "mentality is since others are thieves, i should be a thief".

Why is this madman still mentioning my name?

So you mean to tell me that declining the food from your mother in law to be has now changed culture?

First of all, how old are you? You probably more or less a teenager who just had his first sex and then starts feeling fly.

Immature minds like yours should know when to prove their mediocrity and when not to..

Not every one you see here is a kid like you..

In the marriage market, I can personally tell you that every tribe and their culture would answer the same to this issue..

Declining the food from your mother in law to be is a sign of the ladies poor manners and disrespect...

Once upon a time it was the "culture" in places like calabar to kill twins, does that happen today?
Once upon a time, it was the "culture" in some places to bury the king with his servants, can you tell me if that is rampant today?
Once upon a time, the "culture" in some places dictate that if a man died, one of his brothers married the woman. You tell me how that's going today.
