If you want to build a p2p service because you want to learn something then its all good but if you want to build an alternative to torrent, then i wish you all the best. Besides how will p2p work via bluetooth? |
If they were nt lacking, why didnt GEJ do His medical check up there?..Why did He have to come to London for check up? Why was Suntai flown Germany? Chime un koh ..Guy I know you love Nigeria but take sense do am..
National Hospital is not good enough for them |

Afam4eva: The only online businesses that make good profit are those that sell virtual products. Here in Nigeria, we have not imbibed the culture of doing non-virtual transactions online. So, it will take some time for us to get there. Companies like Jumia are just doing ok but not fantastic. The best way to make money off the web is to offer free services like nairaland is doing and then charge companies for adverts just like facebook and google are doing to a greater extent.I think the major problem to online business in Nigeria is a lack courier/post culture. I also think Nigerian developers should embrace the bigger picture i.e when building a product, don't think of the Nigerian market alone except you are building Enterprise apps. http://startupschool.org is a good resource for every aspiring start up. |
Witty07: Do you seriously expect people to read and comprehend what you wrote up there? Please write legibly. I don't think you are being charged per letter, or are you? Even typing on phone is not an excuse.Oh boy i wonder why people find it hard to write properly |
NessaFresh: All these valentine threads are really becoming silly and boring....just 24 hours and people want to kill themselves over it..what happens after the dayStock taking |

freecocoa: Omg 2buffFreecocoa only you one person on top all this bros(es)? Abeg who is your dibia? |
OP whether you resign or not don't follow him to South Africa! |
thelastPope: You are criticizing because you are a bigot! You just want a Yoruba man back in power! Your friends from the North like lacasa just want a hausa/fulani back in power. It has nothing to do with making Nigeria better or good governance. Just partisan politics. You and your kind started criticizing GEJ from day one even when there was no reason to criticize him.I'm from Delta state and i think GEJ doesn't deserve to be a local governement chairman. If you believe people who critisize GEJ are Yoruba's and Hausa's them by you own logic, the only reason you support GEJ is because of where he is from and not what he can do. For that i say SHAME to you. Nigeria does not need your kind of people. |
Let him do what he likes as far as we are invited to come and chop iresi |
MukinaFaso is already supporting her team |
Omexonomy: .Its either you are a paid agent or a complete failure. So this is an achievement to you? Solve what? You'd probably come and tell us later that building a wall like the minister has said is a good idea. |
4 Play: So what policies unite these disparate parties. . what's their unifying ideology other than a vehicle or quest for power?Nice question |
manny4life: You hold GEJ today, did you hold the previous administration who couldn't prosecute DAM for not performing her duties? Yes, I've always blamed DAM for the subsidy tripling, and the EFCC has so far exonerated her even after she was suspended, so NO, I do not suspect foul play unless you can prove otherwise. Please don't come at me with the unconfirmed rumors of the so-called $20million ABJ home or the series of junk in the media. When was DAM suspended? ifihearam: Small pikin sef.....and who did OBJ prosecute in looting regarding the decayed state of the power sector before he became president.See who is calling someone small pikin. If thats your best reply then why the Bleep are you posting GEJ achievements? What has GEJ done that OBJ did not do? GEJ is building roads, OBJ built roads GEJ is claiming megawatts, OBJ built the NIPP power stations GEJ is building universities, OBJ licensed private universities GEJ is accumulating debts, OBJ paid up. |
manny4life: So now it's the spending money of his cabinet member of work they previously budgeted before? That's why i'm holding GEJ responsible. Dieziani was minister of works, she cried in public yet nothing was done about the road, years later she is in charge of the petroleum ministry and subsidy payments tripple and you don't suspect foul play from Dieziani? |
ABAKA72: y didn't you do your analysis when Obasanjo was the president, when 16 billion dollers was wasted on power without anything to show for it, baba Iyabo was busy selecting his tugs as Governor eg (Alao Akala)and other public office holders, a PA to the president (Andy Uba) alone amassed over 1trillion naira from Government coffers, when desenting and opposition politicians including Bola Ige were being murdered everywere in the country etc. I didn't see you do your analysis, maybe you were an illitrate then, now suddenly you have gone to school and can now do analysis, or maybe becouse GEJ is not an omo Odua. I don't hold brief for the president but even if his performance has been below your expectations, at least you should acknowladge the ones he has achieved. Why do we have people who reason like you? If OBJ spent 16 billion dollars on power with nothing to show for it, why hasn't GEJ prosecuted him for looting? |
manny4life: Answer you what?GEJ is spending money on things people in his cabinet had supposedly spent money on before and you don't think its a problem? |
tomakint: Try it first, then we shall know whom to blame! When in doubt dodge the question. Tactic or Abati, Okupe, Reno et al |
a·chieve·ment 1. The act of accomplishing or finishing. 2. Something accomplished successfully, especially by means of exertion, skill, practice, or perseverance QUESTIONS for the OP 1) The above is the definition of achievement so how can ongoing projects be classified as an achievement? 2) On road construction, Dieziani was once minister of works and its on record that she cried when she visited the Lagos-Benin express road and a contract was awarded(not 100% sure). Tony Anenih was also a minister for works who was in charge of this so called roads you are claiming as achievements. Now one is a current minister and the other was just appointed to head the NPA. My question goes thus, If two people who have failed this country in the past are currently members of GEJ's team how in God's name do i believe what you have posted above?
SincereNigerian, ifihearam, manny4life, Taqahra please answer me |
tomakint: The rots in the Police Pension office, oil sector (subsidy scam), Pension office, judiciary are facts that Jonathan's government has revealed to us which other administrations have never gone that deep despite trying to prove that they are fighting corruption (especially Obj's inglorious 8 years)! Are you ok now? Please and please don't mention the subsidy scam at all. If i forge your signature and cash all the money in your account, who would you blame, me or the Bank? |

Am i the only one that sees it from a different angle? I'm an android fan but as a developer, i see this as an opportunity. I know the phone will come pre-loaded with apps developed by africans so i see this as a way for Nigerians to build something cool. |
Maxymilliano: What we need is sincerity of purpose from our leaders, Goodluck is trying a lot in this department, it is left to be seeing if his road map in the power sector and other facets of our national lives come to fruition before 2015.Except you are GEJ, how can you tell what is in his mind? If someone calls you a paid agent now, you'd say the person is a hater. As for Orubebe's interview, the Ministers for works during OBJ's time are Tony Anineh and Diezaini, one is a current minister while the other was recently appointed by GEJ. If GEJ has sincerity of purpose as you claim, he should ask them what they did with the budget when they were heading the ministry of works. |
God bless you with the line 3. Trust me ALL these MIL haters are very oblivious of that FACT. Their potential DILs will definitely hold the same view about them.
On point. A person who man who kills with a cutlass will not allow a person with a cutlass stand beside him. A person who thinks in-laws are bad is definitely going to be a bad in-law. |
liberty300: Great move GEJ, its about time. No country shld have the right to execute nigerians. They shld bring em bak to Nigeria for trial.Drug peddling in Indonesia carries the death penalty and those foolish Nigerians refused to behave. They should face the music. |
Brilliant article |

Maxymilliano, taharqa, ifihearam You guys can defend GEJ all you want but the facts remain the facts. 1)If OBJ, FFK and El rufai are as corrupt as you people say, why has GEJ not put them in jail? Is fighting corruption not part and parcel of his job? 2)Like OBJ said GEJ is the chief security officer of the country and he takes the blame for their lapses(boko haram, kidnapping). Was OBJ lying? before you tell me OBJ is corrupt read question 1. 3)Dr Oby asked for an account on how GEJ spent certain monies and Abati/Reno/Okupe/Laptops guys have refused to answer the question why? 4)A year after subsidy issue, nothing has been done and you tell me GEJ is working? Do you count sleeping and eating as work? 5) If somebody uses a fake signature to withdraw money from my account, i'd fight the bank and not the person. Using that Analogy why would GEJ, Dieziani and NOI tell me a "cabal" is responsible for the subsidy fraud? Were they jonzing when people brought "fake" documents to register brief case companies and collect cheques without supplying products? |
