Hmm, you're in my diary of VIPs. But what do you feel about Jay-Z? |
@lalaboi chei!! i will die for hia oh!Omo, go die for your papa house o, no be for here ![]() comparing football (Rival) matters to yahooze! wetn rival yahooze? ![]() Even though this statement is not clear, let me assume you mean football solidarity is different from that of music. Fine, but I'm just showing you the flaw in your argument. Though some of you guys are ready to die for your clubs, me I don't have that do or die attitude *remembers how some peops were reportedly killed in Lagos after the Man U/Chelsea clash* I don't have to die for some club which fans have millions of dollars while me I still dey hustle for my own dough That I'm not a gunner does not mean I should't jig to a nice song/beat. That's where you are the weirdo here ![]() repeating a word a million times is ability, it is skill, it is creativity!!In this case, yes na ![]() i rest ma case! none of us will agree to eachoda even though there a bit of sense in it! (not talking about what u said oh)Weak conclusion, Durella wins again!!!!! |

Why me o You dey try me o You don see mugu *hisses - rubbish* |
ibkaye:ROFLMAO ![]() You just spoke like an oracle ![]()
|
Take me to school ![]() I understand you anyways ![]() |
You dey take this thing really personal o. By "Skills" I mean musical skills, prowess, abilities. D'banj can be recognised but we all know the reasons *remembering ruggedman's track "Big Bros"*Saying "I'm a gunners for life" a million times in a chorus can be skills na, you don't know - that's where creativity comes in. Listen to Ying Yang Twins' "Whisper" and get back at me dawg ![]() same with shayo! and i like that song oh! bt i wi talk tru!*Remembering Modenine's "Contradiction"* Dude, I'm not a gunner yo *Man U for life*. So I must be a yahoo boy to like "Yahoozee" ![]() You're seriously deluded. |
Known as a sex icon? *whatever that means*Aiight, maybe he should stop the music thingy and face this your newly suggested profession - Sex Icon!!! ![]() *hisses, oshisko* |
@Mustay I think you and these presenters have personal issuesNah, dawg. The guy(s) no ![]() And of course, who no o like womanYes but morbid likeness is a disease ![]() Kemistry didn't 'change' - it entered her blood!Na you talk am o! ![]() There's just one guy on cool fm that vexes me with his accent He presents one show like that at night - not olisa o! C an't remeber his name (because I don't want to )Em, "Personal Issues"? Dj stupidity plays nigerian songs nah Bams*thinking to himself - Oh, so Mustay also endorses that name * I said how much of Nigerian content does he play? He does, but how much? 5%? ![]() And wazobia fm - their news is hilarious!Well well ![]() |
Yeah I spoke to Wildchild. The accent? He was trying to sound foreign but his igbotic origin limited his ability to do that crap Actually, it's his attitude I dislike. He's got an air of arrogance around him *but he's a wussy, sucka for women* ![]() You see now, even Kemistry with her 'yankeed' background doesn't fake it *well, maybe she changed cos they were on her case, lol* ![]() |
Dat Nigga Raw and Lord Of Ajasa'Marriage' between Eastern and Western Nigeria ![]() |

Mustay, what's up? Nice to hear from you again ![]() Really I'm trying to be as objective as can be. I used to be glued to Rhythm before but now, I just don't like that station. I can only pick out peops like Kemistry as a presenter and DJ KLM as a DJ. I've never worked @ Rhythm before but personally, I've met Wildchild, DJ Humility and DJ Tommy at public functions and believe me, those guys are just too fake for my liking. They form oyinbo levels too much. You see when God grants you the opportunity to be in the public eye, you need to be careful about how you behave. You never can tell who's watching you. Used to like 'em but they all pissed me off with their fake and self-conceited ways. Plus they tend to carry it over into their work. Listen to DJs Tommy and Humility on the turntable and Wildchild presenting. How much of Nigerian content do you hear? Very little. But listen to KLM (I've never met him before but I believe I'll like him when I do) - so much Nigerian content. So does Kemistry and when I met her, she was cool and natural, no forming. *Even a woman didn't form, so who the hell is that Wildchild with his ogo potruding behind his head? *So you see, I dragged those guys into this topic cos they don't promote Nigeria at all, nutin more - no personal issues. So you work at Rhythm? I like your cool poise sha with all the vituperations *oyinbo!* I had to check the dictionary I've poured on 'em so far ![]() |
What's all these Please remove Nas and Eminem from that list immediately!!! That's an insult to both of 'em, especially Nas. ![]() You can then leave Jay-Z and Kanye West to go for each other's throat. No apologies to all the Hova fans in da house ![]() |
@Winnteam/Poster Our affinity for the western way of doing things has robbed us of our very existence. You are very very right. I agree with you and as you also noted, even Dan Foster who is American tries to pronounce Naija words and names correctly. But I don't even have any problem with Cool FM. My major grouse is with Rhythm FM 93.7 Lord of Mercy!!! those guys can form!!! And they're all aproko o. That slowpoke called Wildchild and all those yeye DJs such as |
Fugees Fugeela Ready Or Not Killing Me Softly Blackstreet Boys No Diggity Boyfriend/Girlfriend Lauryn Hill That Thing *Forgive them Father for they know not what they do (can't remember the title)* Where is this diva abeg? @Esss Wande Coal , is all don jazzy has leftCo-signed. and IkechukwuUhnn, you really mean that? For where? ![]() |
@Lalaboi, I'm not a gunner, yet I like the "Gunner" track from Durella. It's all about skills dude ![]() I maintain that only "Mobolowowon" makes sense to me from D'banj till date. The MTV Base Award-winning song was "Why Me", ain't it? Man, as popular as that song was; I don't digg it at all. It's not about winning awards or becoming an ambassador of peace or even war. We're talking music here. A million awards doesn't translate to skills with me ![]() @coolboyapg I do not feel that not liking your fave artiste's style translates to hating. Personally, I don't hate D'banj. But then I just don't digg his music, got it? ![]() As per the award/endorsement thingy, I repeat; a million awards doesn't translate to skills with me. Only thing he got going for me is his mouth organ skills. |
*hisses long n hard, then exits immediately * |
Haba!!! Igi imu jina sori naw ![]() Who is D'banj I don't care if 9ice released his song yesterday. 9ice is tha bomb! With hit tracks like Little Money, Ganja Man, Gongo Aso, Party Rider, Photocopy, etc 9ice is much much better. I don't even need his full album, those highlighted songs are better than 10 albums of trash from D'banj. 9ice is deep, he's got a message. He does stuff that sages like Obey & KSA do. D'banj has so far impressed me with only one track so far - Mobolowowon *how I wish he could do more of such stuff*.9 - I - C - E all the way!!! Akoka top son, next to none, carry on ![]() |
Ahhh well i'd plan to anywaysHa no o, thank God you let it out o. Would've been taken by surprise ![]() Eldee, you're bad o. Is that what you paid money to see? What am I even saying? *Me I don't know what you're talking about o* ![]() |
Yes na. Seconded. |
Nah please don't. Keep up your style na. ![]() |
@iice rofl Bamsyle am not exactly feminineFrom all your posts, had that impression. ![]() |
@iice rofl. Is it because of my love of rock?Yep. And the fact that I'm always impressed when a truly feminine lady like you *not a tomboy* expresses her love for Tupac. ![]() |
rofl. Yeah i digg him lotsI'm quite impressed. ![]() |
Thanks Sly. And believe me, you do have a life after Nairaland. ![]() |
Is Lil Wayne's hair not tough-looking and unkempt? |
Omigosh! if there was anyone it would be himiice, so ya digg him too? I digg him die, oops sorry, alive ![]() |
I want to see what he has to say about EminemRight on there, my dear Tupac left so many questions unanswered and would have been an authority on so many issues like you noted. I'll pay any amount, infact if you know who's selling tickets tell me oohYeah, the guy lives very close to you *he's in Lagos* At Ikoyi Cemetery. You need the addy? ![]() |
That I'm not a gunner does not mean I should't jig to a nice song/beat. That's where you are the weirdo here
