European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Adebayor Celebration Courts Controversy by baslone: 3:51pm On Sep 15, 2009
Your comedian F.A will never arrange their final table like that. Well just reading this

"Referee Mark Clattenburg has advised The FA that he did not see this incident, but has confirmed that had he done so, he would have sent Adebayor off for violent conduct. The player has until 6pm on Wednesday evening to respond to the charge."

The Togolese striker is also facing a charge of improper conduct, for sprinting 90 metres to taunt Arsenal's fans after scoring City's third goal in the Eastlands win. This caused outrage in the away section, with a steward being knocked unconscious in the ensuing melee in the stand.

"The Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have written to The FA with their views on this incident. A separate date will now be arranged for a commission to consider Adebayor's goal celebration.

"We have also asked the GMP and the clubs to identify those supporters involved in any violent and aggravating behaviour. The FA would like to see anyone found guilty of such behaviour face action through the legal system and banning orders from football.

That Adebayour is just another stupid African[s][/s]

McKren:
I will not be suprised if Adebayor comes out of this without a Ban A warning fine should be enough

The British Media are very eager to convict foreign players but if its an English Boy they will spin the hell out of it.
At worst they will say 'he did not need to do that' and it will be end of story.
You mean matured players like Adebayour. The EPL dramas are getting
so easy too read out this days. Unfortunately
what Adebayor did on the match day was very unprofessional. Both the foul
on Persie and the wild Celebration. I don't think he's going to be the first player
to leave a clubside. In as much as I like Adebayour I think he should just be fined
but in the premiership that won't happen. The English F.A will definitely want to
get him out of the way for their trip to Old Trafford.

That league is just another home video.

Politics › Re: Can Nigeria Police Be Reformed? How? by baslone: 5:29pm On Sep 03, 2009
NOT POSSIBLE!!!

Every policeman in Lagos wants to ride in the yellow danfo's picking
up innocent people. One in every 5buses in Lagos is packed with
armed kidnappers claiming cops. Each squad has a daily target they must meet and
return to the DPO at the station. Increasing the salary will only cause
more harm to civilians.

Most of the displaced touts at Orile Iganmu and Amukoko
ended up
joining the police force. A former class mate of mine that was jailed 10years for
cultism was realeased when he agreed to join the police force. Although he died early this
year, he was a self confessed murderer. Imagine such a character.

Meanwhile someone should tell them to respect themselves and stop smoking weed in
uniform at the Okada park of Alaka end of Bode Thomas broad day light.

My friend, tuface is not a public appointee.
Well, if you were at the Tuface's 10th anniversary concert, I personally
saw D'banj Leaving the show- he had two police vehicles in his convoy.
Another fully uniformed policeman was sitting in his jeep beside the driver
while he sat at the back with two others.

I suppose, also, that other banks that do not charge a Kobo for withdrawing on their ATMs, do not run their machines on air either, which is absolutely free by the way.
Like I know my GTB does not charge me for their machine.

Of course they are entitled to government security. The option of them going to the private sector for their security needs is simply not feasible since security guards from private firms are not allowed to bear arms.
The evil that men do,

What are they afraid of?

Seroius Issue!!!!

Extra 100,000 policemen to join the ones
tormenting innocent nigerians daily.

Please he shouldn't send them to Lagos where
every cop no longer wants to be left behind the counter.

He had always given props to those he met in
the game. So you mean if he eventually got issues
with Dre, he should just turn his face away because
he even mentions Dre in his sleep.

Nah I don't think so. So let him keep the beef cracking.
