^^^ its a good read (if thriller is your thing). not one of my favourites though. if you want to fall for his works, read titles like watchers, false memory, dragon tears, phantoms etc. stay away from titles like coldfire, the mask, winter moon etc.

Stotle:
@ poster! The complete story
We had a little quarel and since then we had not been taking as wife/husband. I did eat then. After some weeks, she move to other rooms whre she decide to install a fan without my knowledge and this fan has caused serious quarel/argument b4 which she packed and keep inside the room whre her sister is living. note that we have 3bedroom flat.
On dat day, I went to give our son to her for feeding and get to knw dat she has installed d fan in the room whre am planing to use for mysef as library. I told her to leave d room dat she can go and install/stay in d room with her sister if want to. But she said no and I removed the fan control. she if i destroy d fan that she will destroy the TV. I only removed d fan control frm d wall not to destroy it.
To my greatest suprise she went inside and took hammer and nag it to the TV and our Son is in the sitting room. I just tank God dat the TV was not a tube type which can kill someone. So i quickly took d TV outside mysef.
since den we have not been doing as husband/wife.
lol. This all sounds very petty; you remove her fan controller and she smashes your TV.

Your son must probably be amazed at the kind of behavior his parents are displaying. You people need to resolve this issue, it's shameful.

Another nauseating display of sentimentality.

This is my first Dean Koontz novel; I stumbled across it by chance and just started reading it. So far it’s holding up to the 50 page rule – if after 50 pages and I’m not captivated then I’m dumping it.

For one’s wife to destroy one’s TV is totally unacceptable. Sue her for punitive damages man! grin

Reminds me of a friend’s girlfriend who after a spat went outside to smash the guy’s windscreen. Unthinkable horror!!

Poster, please, ask Seun how to change your username. The evilspirit you already bearing will always make you to be afraid whenever the issue of marriage comes up.

Now, to answer your quest, this is my candid advice for you.
Marriage is based on LOVE and not money. I will explain. Have you ever come across multi millionaires that has marital problems? Do you always asked, why are these people in shambles concerning their marriage? This is the first thing you must know before veering to marriage. My dear, money does not make marriage rather, it is love that make marriage to work. Any body that marries for money sake will vacate the marriage, when money is no longer there.
Again, marriage is for the matured mind not babies. Have you ever noticed that, in spite of the fat that some people are over 45 years of age but, still behaves and conduct his or herself in childish manner speaks of immaturity. You must be mentally OK before you think of marrying. This is the more reason you see a lot of people ENDURING their marriages instead of ENJOYING it. Hope, you understand me.
Contentment is another successful marriage keys. Stop looking at what other people are earning, stop comparing yourself to others and stop imitating others in considering the outcome of a successful marriage.
Your 120k per month is far more than required for a successful marital life, where the wife is not working. Look, if you are a self disciplined person and a reasonable spender, you will be able to manage the resources as meager as you are looking it.

Presently, my annual salary after tax is N752,555.60. I have two children and though, my wife is working but, her salary is nothing to write home about. In fact, she earns less than 20k a month. We are still able to live a normal life, at least, my boy is in nursery 2 while her sister is just 7 months old. We still maintain 3 hours generator light everyday. We don't have a car yet but, we are still able to pay for transportation to our places of work, pay house/electricity bills, my child's school fees and still able to feed.

Poster, you don't have any excuse. Follow your heart and stop being afraid. This is my advice for you and every other person on this CROSSED road. Stay well.
Talk about hard knock living. You guys are made of stern stuff.

I feel your pain. If you are in Abuja there's a PS3 repair man at UTC, Area 10. In PH there's the all popular repair man Allen in Rumubekwe. In Lagos? head on down to the computer village (with your console receipt o before you are harassed by the hungry cops there). Good luck smiley

Started playing Naruto Shippuden Ninja Storm 2 (which I abandoned for sometime) and unlocked the last hidden character. I was surprised to see it was Lars Alexandersson from Tekken 6! Dude has nothing to do with the Naruto story, he is a curious addition. BTW I noticed Madara wasn't in the cast of characters, too bad.

OWOLAYEMO:
That should be OK

N40k for House Allowance
N40k for your personal monthly allowance, afterall na u dey work the money sad
N20k for  your wife as personal allowance(encourage her to get a job very soon)
N10k for her phone & BIS
N10k as additional home allowance .This nornally come towards the  end of the month for some strange reason

Over 80% of married men/women dont earn more than N120k. I hope before the end of the year, she would have pick-up a job to support the family.

However, this projection require serious sacrifice and understanding from your partner. One thing is sure, the God that created the home will definitely  provide for you. Have faith and it shall be well with you.

See you married!
Na wa o. So the OP should blow his full salary on expenses eh?  shocked No savings at all. Thats a very dangerous way to live I tell you.

MW3 = MM2 with bigger maps & more guns. Nothing else.

Ohh and another underwater mission like MW2  grin
Possibly. The ingredients Activision and Infinity Ward use are pretty basic yet they alone seem to be able milk it to the max. Someone once joked that millions of people will buy a blank disc with Call of Duty printed on top. grin

They claim that they are bringing the combat to the heart of various modern cities i.e. London, New York, Paris etc while BF3’s arena seems to be the Middle East. Activision say MW3 is a continuation of where MW2 left off with Task Force 141. Is the BF3 story a continuation of its prequel or a new one?

Here's the recently released trailer for COD MW3, its not as lengthy as the BF3 trailer nor is it actually game play still.

I think the BF3 trailer is more appealing though.

ragdollz:
If Genevieve makes Bond Girl. . .if she even makes it on as a frigging EXTRA - I will renounce my citizenship and claim another nation. I mean really!? I love Gen but talk about quantum leap grin grin grin.

The Bond franchise has been so jealously guarded by all levels of white supremacy. It took a while for them to allow a black girl to be a Bond girl, and they've been spreading rumors of a black James Bond for a while. But so many veteran Hollywood actors would kill for a part in James Bond and will never get it. Now you're saying a Nollywood actor has a shot?

HAHHAAHHHAAA> I love ya Genny but don't get your hopes up babe. Start small, do some South African series like Stephanie Okereke did, then go on to act in some small-bit Hollywood movies before even DREAMING of a mega-million dollar motion picture part
I don't think thats true. This is not about appeasing minority groups or so that the various segments of society are represented. It’s about keeping the story in line with what Ian Flemming created. If some people feel they are maligned nothing stops them from creating their own super spy franchise. Even though I’m black I’d hate to see a black James Bond. It just doesn’t sound right no matter how one looks at it.
