dmz: Lmao. Okay bro you win. I didn't see the show just made it up to feel among. I will go and watch it again, maybe I will be thinking of you when I do so I will have the same reaction and emotion as u. Since there is only one possible outcome after watching BB.Ah ha! Or are you being sarcastic ![]() BB was griping. N'uff said. |
dmz: I borrowed the DVD collection from a friend and at no point during my 'binge watching' did I feel the need that I REALLY had to watch the next episode. It was kinda slow paced to me, not edge of your seat (or bed in my case) suspense may be it's cos I already had the complete seasons. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it for me to finish it but I wouldn't describe it as a 'must watch'.Breaking Bad is a must see in my books. Yeah the first season was a little slow but after that the show was on fire. |
koonbey: Yes, I downloaded Everything via Torrent. Now that's something! You are someone to get in touch with. I hope you like to share. |
The early part of this thread is weird, the later parts are outrightly hilarious. ![]() |
No self respecting black man will drink that. |
RayMcBlue: Dexter concluded last year with it's 8th season. He got away in the end by faking his own death. His sister, Debra died though.Dexter was no longer interesting after the second season, the show didn't need to have 8 seasons. The show's writers messed it up big time. |

Kudos to the mods for deleting comments saying Ebola is a hoax. Thanks for this service to humanity. People who are spreading the hoax rumour ought to be forcibly removed from our midsts and locked up for good. |
OP come and ask this question in Abuja first. All the people saying 20-30% will not survive in Abuja. |
PhockPhockMan: Stop celebrating your naivety here. MTN,u AIRTEL And ETISALAT are all foreign companies, yet they in possession of personal information of millions of Nigerians including you, if NSA want any of the information from any of them, including Glo, an indigenous company, its a matter of pinch of button.Pinch of a button eh? ![]() |
It will be interesting to see how the government plans to protect the interest of the populace they are monitoring. They should also make known the measures they will put in place so that system is not abused. |
avuekwe: But my main attraction to the Asus Transformer is that I can detach it and carry it like a Tablet. Can Dell product do the same cos I would like to get Dell if same is achievable? The Dell 11 3000 is a 2-in-1 computer. You can fold the screen way back and use like a tablet. Same thing with the Lenovo Yoga 11s but they might not be as light as a tablet as they weigh slightly more. |
The Asus T100 and T300 are not exactly the same devices, yes they are both hybrid computers but the T100 has a screen size of 10.1" while the T300 has a 13.3 " screen. From the several reviews I have seen online they are "ok" budget computers, they will serve fairly well if all you want to do is browse the web, email and watch videos, basically simple stuff that won't require considerable processing power. It runs on an Intel Atom processor which is just fine for simple stuff and not heavy lifting like Photoshop, CAD, 3D modelling and the likes. The T100 seems to have been well received especially because of its pricing and its battery life. It has a 64GB memory and 2GB RAM. Not a bad buy for the casual computer user and you would be hard pressed to find a Windows 8 hybrid that is cheaper than its ~ N58000 ($350) price tag. There are several other hybrids and 2-in-1s out there though with stronger processors, more storage space like the Dell 11 3000, the Lenovo Thinkpad 10. Thing is they cost more and you may have to wait for sometime to have it shipped to you as they are available overseas. |

Till better distribution methods are adopted any attempt to battle piracy will prove futile, pirates have been ahead of the curve for too long despite all the measures put in place to check them. |

Morganist99 should be banned for 3 weeks for coming here and making statements he cannot back up. 3 weeks is fair enough, hopefully in that time he would have learned the intricacies of public discourse and humility. ![]() |
eledacedar: You are right on the community issue. However, it is easier for companies with Nigerian ownership to approach the communities and reach a mutual agreement compared with the IOCs.You are assuming that community relations in these IOCs is handled directly by foreign staff or the upper echelons of management. In many, if not all cases you will find indigenes of the community or state in the relations team yet the problems of dealing with the host still persists. I don't think a Nigerian company will fare any better than the IOCs here. |
babestell: I like the way peeps just be running their mouths about economic forces of play that they know nothing about! What's there to like, its pretty embarrassing if you ask me. People who, presumably, are adults and should know better than display their ignorance for the world to see. This forum has more than its fair share of dolts running about. |
Blockus: Joe 4 lifeYou know this chant is getting more and more ridiculous with each passing day, give it a rest will you. |
Billyonaire: Shell is facing corruption and spillage charges in international courts and now they are selling part of their assets to other companies owned by their surrogates. In the end, its just a change of name to avoid much losses after court ruling. I can see through their lies and mischief cos I do this all the time. Crazy corporate m-o-t-h-e-r-f-u-c-k-e-r.Shell selling its wells to surrogates? You must think this is some nollywood flick don't you. Anyway your comment, like many others here, is hardly surprising given that many Nlanders have a poor understanding of the oil industry. |
tivta: . All these are trivial compared to what men made. By the way most of what you mentioned were mere like addons than actual inventions. Why didn't women invent the car that they are so crazy about? Ironing board? Obviously they like house hold chores etc.Enough of your drive by imbecility abeg! |
Engen: Please stop being sentimental, all you all blaming the TV, Media houses, Diamond bank e.t.c...Please blame the parents, bring up your child the way they should and after a while they won't depart from your instruction...Parents chasing money and neglecting their children...with all the successes we're recording among our entertainers and sport personalities 90% of them cannot speak english nor make sense when they open their mouths.People find it very easy to lay the blame on social media, video games or whatever is the rage of the moment while overlooking the fundamental problem - bad parenting. Is Nigeria the only country in the world where social media is popular or did poor performance in schools just start today? |
free2ryhme: Look at who is concerned about the environment. Go and check out the areas we get the oil for kerosene and LPG from and tell how the environment look like. Guy make we hear word jorWhat is the point in being so obstinate? Overall LPG is the better option - even in terms of cost! I'm willing to even bet that you use gas in preparing your own meals but because you are the self styled advocate of the "common man" you refused to see reason. Keep on insisting that people use kerosene, more and people with a bit of sense will go for LPG that cooks their meals faster and cleaner and also won't dig a hole in their pockets in the long run. |
Double post. Oops! |
free2ryhme: You talk of cheaper I talk about accessibility. How many homes can afford gas since u claim it is cheap?. You don't just approve any initiatives that comes from the govt. Large number of homes consume more of kerosene than gas suddebnly they all ran health risk becos lagos state wants to sell gas abi?, what has the govt done to make kerosene accessible to the common man? what have become of all the subisidy and the initiatives to make it kerosene accessible?Everyone is free to cook their meals with whatever fuel they want, LPG or kerosene or even charcoal. For those that are concerned about which option poses fewer health, safety and environmental concerns they will go for LPG.Simple. It also the fastest option and it suffers less from scarcity of supply unlike the others. I will support any drive that moves for the adoption of LPG in homes whether its from the Lagos or Kano state govt. (I don't even live in Lagos) Couple this push for LPG with affordable pricing and this will be a sure win. All your cries about the common man and kerosene are misplaced here - direct it to NNPC or the FG since kerosene is your preferred choice. |
Chibokgame: My mother knows nothing about cooking gas,Loin cloths are also African. Ditch your boxers and go African. |
Awon hungry bloggers strike again. |
free2ryhme: Our ancestors used firewords and some lived to be over 80. They neither had cancer, diabetes, etc . Now lagos state is using health grounds as a strategy to sell their gas as if na mumu we be. Oya the mugus in lagos make una dey buy gas as una like oooThe hell are you talking about? Are you too slow to understand that LPG is way cleaner than Kerosene which many low income households depend on? If you want to remain in the 1800s no problem but don't advise people wrongly; LPG is not only cleaner and thus healthier, it is also cheaper in the long run. This knee-jerk reaction of hating every initiative that comes from the government is getting old and ridiculous. |
naijababe: You don't support piracy but you will give him the details, how have you not supported piracy? It's not piracy - its simply file sharing. |
