Kobojunkie:So, because the same people were responsible for the October 1st bombing, the date of the Warri bombing should be changed? Your krase is critical!!! What a fool! The sand between your ears isn't serving you well at all, at al! Maybe you need a chimp brain transplant, they come cheap these days. ROFLMAO!!!! ![]() |
SapeleGuy:How is the bolded possible and whose interest does it protect? Aside from the bolded I agree with most of what you have to say, except that it is not about resource control, but about a cynically tribalistic political purpose. As to the new MEND, thats what this thread is about. Who are they? Why is their email adress fake? Why can they not spell Niger Delta correctly? When did they begin operating in Zamfara? Are they ND or is this a brand new aboki MEND? |
Kobojunkie:This guy! I think you are going slowly crazy ![]() Warri was bombed on March 14, but I guess in your usual loud and stup!d way, you didn't even read the post your referring to (a reference you make without quoting the concerned post in your usual cowardly style). . . .Or do you want to move the date the same way you strenously claimed that Aondoakaa is a Niger Deltan? Abeg, take Panadol and rest, you have fever and you are SPEWING CRAP. Fool. ROFLMAO!!! ![]() |
Gbawe:Is this load of tosh just to dodge defending your weak points? Would you be brave enough toprovide a set of links so that othes can judge? Please answer the points I raised and stop dodging. Tell us how Ribadu is better than Donald Duke and on what grounds. |
Abagworo:I thought you were pontificating very loudly just a short time ago that, Chima Orlu and Ben Jessy were ficticious? Shock! Horror! They exist! What you actually meant to say is that, both Okah and his wife recognised Chima Orlu as someone who had lived with them in SA. Okah has even sworn an affidavit to that effect, this was after his previous stringent denials of any knowledge of both men. Even more dramatic was Okahs "miraculous" revelation of Ben Jessy's telephone number in court! Shocking! Okah suddenly knows both men! Anyways, Ernest Orlu, Chima's younger brother is behind bars with the SSS. |
Gbawe:Oga, anybody will do well with a prepared speech. None of the foremost Presidential candidates speaks brilliantly, Ribadu's diction is by far the worst, while Buhari's accent is totally unintelligible. Ribadu's zeal is 100%, but his articulation is an absolute zero and close to Pidgin English, even when it is in the security area. I am not one to look at surface attributes like spoken English, but the truth must be told. Gbawe:I'm sure I didn't hear you putting down Donal Duke as below Ribadu?! If Donald Duke was in Ribadu's place as AC candidate, he would have caused tremors of a tectonic nature in PDP. Ask if Ribadu is even causing the slightest dent in the PDP stride, he doesn't even seem to be serious. What is his standing with the carpenter, market woman or bus driver? Do they even know him? |
frosbel:I'm sure at this time, Obama will be more interested in a diplomatic trip to Iran to implore that they open up their markets to US business. The days of imperialistic wars in distant climes are over. |
krendo:Can you answer the question I asked you? SapeleGuy has expressed his opinion, whats yours? I recall posting this for your attention: Hello krendo! Please lets look at my aboki / Ciroma hypothesis instead of going off on a tangent. |
oyb:Thank you, run along now. You have no contribution to make aside from wishing you were me; "this is what Beaf thinks, this is what Beaf said, yada ya!" Dude, there's a topic. You're obssessed. |
InesQor:Thanks for swelling my small head! ![]() I wish you the best of luck and if I do make the social network app I mentioned open source, I'll hunt for you. |
oyb:They said the "former" leader. That single word makes a huge difference; there is a reason for past and present tenses, you need to comprehend them. Even if he was a past leader of MEND, would that make him MEND? Olodo! |
oyb:So Henry Okah = MEND to you?! Wonders! |
df2006: SSS blames Warri bombing on Okah |
Don't mind Auwal. As soon as they break away and see huges clouds of almajiri blotting out the sun, they'll run back and apologise. ![]() |
DapoBear:No, it would be wicked and bigotted to make up such numbers. Nigeria lacks statistics, so we tend not to know the true size of some of our problems. The almajiri problem is big enough for a state of emergency to be declared in the affected states. . . .About your population figures for a few countries; the almajiri population is equal to or greater than the population figure of 120 out of the 192 countries of the World. Now, thats some crisis! |
. . .And yet he changed his name to "Abubakar!" Damn funny! ![]() |
2011: My presidential aspiration is not for fun – Saraki Politics Nov 10, 2010 By Susan Edeh Bauchi-PEOPLES Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential aspirant Dr. Bukola Saraki says he is not in the presidential contest for fun or using the campaign to negotiate a seat for himself in the Senate. The Kwara State governor asserted this during a visit to the Bauchi State House of Assembly during which he received the endorsement of officials and members of the House. Saraki who used the opportunity to trump what he described as achievements of his eight year stint as Governor of Kwara State said that Nigerians should vote for a leader that has the capacity of moving the nation forward and not those who go into leadership because of their selfish and dubious motives. “Nigeria has all the potentialities that is required for development, but with a good leader steering the affairs of the Nation, the rate of development in the country will be faster than what it is now. I am not just concerned about becoming president for the fun of it, but it is because of the future of this great nation that I have at the back of mind that I am contesting the seat of the presidency come 2011.” “After being governor for eight years I could have settled for normal life as minister or senator, but because am concerned about the progress of this nation and I feel this country needs change,” he said in rebuttal to claims in some quarters that he was using the campaign to seek a senatorial, ministerial or high office in the presidency after his eight year stint as governor. Saraki, who is the outgoing chairman of the Nigerian Governor’s Forum disclosed that he transformed Kwara State and has made a difference in the eight years of his administration. Among his achievements, he claimed was the provision of uninterrupted power supply in the State. In his response, the Speaker of the State House of Assemblyy, Alhaji Abubakar Fago said the people of Bauchi state are aware of Saraki’s developments in Kwara and they as such have no doubt he is the most suitable candidate in the 2011 presidential election that would turn around the fortune of Nigeria at this crucial time. “We are not only pledging our support and votes for you during the PDP primaries, but we will work hard to convince others to do the same .We also believe that honour should be given to whom it is due. Judging from what you have done for your state and your recent appointment of chairman of the governor’s forum, we are convinced that you are more than capable to take this country to a great height”. Faggo said. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/11/2011-my-presidential-aspiration-is-not-for-fun-saraki/ |
DapoBear:Its the official figure. This figure is easily backed up by the by a census of almajiri's in Kano state in 2006 (5 years ago). The number of almajiri's in Kano alone from that census was 1.2 whopping million! The only census ever taken was in Kano state, which found in 2006 that there were 1.2 million Almajiri in Kano alone. One researcher working with UNICEF estimates that 60 percent of the children never return home.http://articles.cnn.com/2010-01-07/world/nigeria.children.radicalization_1_religious-violence-religious-clashes-kano?_s=PM:WORLD The CNN article is one you should read. Here are the words of the Minister of State for Education (2009), Hajiya Aishatu Jibrin Dukku: 10m Kids Beg In The North – Minister http://www.leadershipnigeria.com/index.php/news/cover-stories/8792-10m-kids-beg-in-the-north--minister |
alj harem:Ol' boy! 10 million almajiri's no be joke o! That is like 30% (or more) of the core Northern population. |
mikeansy:Ok, Ateke Tom is a criminal born off Odili's employment of thuggery. Now where exactly does that live your personlised argument? Dude, its a very lazy way of detracting from issue's in an argument that isn't going your way. Leave it to the less mentally able, you are well above that. |
Abagworo:Somewhere on this page, the word "hypothesis" is written. You people keep talking about non-issues like personal "credibility" because you cannot engage in logical discussion. What would you say about your own credibility? I recall you were one of the loudest making the claim that the SSS had faked the names, Chima Orlu and Ben Jessy, only for the man you suddenly love so much to make it known to the SA court that both Chima Orlu and Ben Jessy are his acquaintances. Keep to the topic, defend your arguments (if you've got some) and forget about credibility, you will not do very well on that scale. |
It isn't surprising that a leech like Bankole would put the billion Naira, opportunistic generator import business above the unquantifiable suffering of the Nigerian masses. |
krendo:Hello krendo! Please lets look at my aboki / Ciroma hypothesis instead of going off on a tangent. Do you remember when there were loud and ignorant arguments that Ben Jessy and Chima Orlu were fake? Well surprise! Surprise! henry Okah has both given witness in court as well as signed a sworn affidat to the effect that he knows both men! It would please you to know that both these bombers are not members of MEND (of course, they might be members of an aboki version though). |
No, capitalism is not on its last legs, but the exploitative version that is practised in the UK is doomed. Capitalism will from now on be more regulated with the greed of the powerful being supressed. It is in this that the UK govt is making huge errors and trying to protect the rich at the expense of the poor. What sort of government cuts housing benefits, raises tuition fees etc without creating any opportunities for businesses to grow and start up to take up the slack? |
Donmeca:Funnily, that is exactly what the PDP constitution recommends for for sharing out offices after the President has been chosen. You would imagine that those trying to twist zoning in their favour would come from the Northwest like Yar Adua (RIP), but they are from elsewhere (aside from Gusau); therefore from their actions alone, zoning is a fraud that will never produce a minority President. Like all minorities in the country, the Ciroma's see Middle Belters as mere tools. |
Exploitative capitalism is on its lasts legs as it feeds on its own remains. Capitalism needs to be people oriented, not feed on the people. |
Student protest over fees turns violent Protesters smash windows and get onto roof of Tory HQ as estimated 50,000 attend London rally Paul Lewis, Jeevan Vasagar, Rachel Williams and Matthew Taylor guardian.co.uk, Wednesday 10 November 2010 17.19 GMT Article history Protesters smashed windows and waved anarchist flags from the roof of the building housing the Conservative party headquarters as the fringe of a vast rally against university funding cuts turned violent. The scale of the London protest defied expectations, with an estimated 50,000 turning out to vent their anger at government plans to raise tuition fees while cutting the state grant for university teaching. Protesters who broke off from the main route of the march occupied the lobby of the building at 30 Millbank, in central London, where police wielding batons clashed with a crowd hurling placard sticks, eggs and bottles. Activists who had masked their faces with scarves traded punches with police to chants of "Tory scum". The exchanges were recorded by broadcasters' helicopter-mounted cameras and protesters' mobile phones. Meanwhile, those at the front of the march watched videos and heard impassioned speeches against the cuts. Footage of the deputy prime minister, Nick Clegg, promising to scrap tuition fees was greeted by abusive chants. Clegg, who deputised for David Cameron at prime minister's questions today, came under sustained attack in the Commons over tuition fees. Meanwhile, one student won an unexpected concession from the coalition as Cameron, on a visit to China, said raising tuition fees for UK undergraduates would mean there was less pressure to charge very high fees to overseas students. In answer to a question from a Chinese student, the prime minister said: ""In the past, we have pushed up the fees on overseas students as a way of keeping them down for domestic students. "Yes, foreign students will still pay a significant amount of money – but we should be able to bring that growth under control." The huge protest was organised by the NUS and the lecturers' union the UCU. Both unions have attacked coalition plans to raise tuition fees as high as £9,000 while making 40% cuts to university teaching budgets. The higher fees will be introduced for undergraduates from 2012 if the proposals are sanctioned by the Commons, with a vote due before Christmas. The NUS president, Aaron Porter, today condemned the actions of "those who are here to cause trouble." He tweeted: "Disgusted that the actions of a minority of idiots are trying to undermine 50,000 who came to make a peaceful protest." The NUS president said the march was the biggest student demonstration in generations, telling protesters: "We're in the fight of our lives , we face an unprecedented attack on our future before it has even begun. "They're proposing barbaric cuts that would brutalise our colleges and universities." This "miserable vision" would be resisted, he said, imploring students to take their protests to their constituencies and adding: "This is just the beginning , the resistance begins here." Protesters who attacked the Millbank building used their banners to light a bonfire in the outside forecourt. Police drafted in the Territorial Support Group riot squad. Liberal Democrat sources indicated that the party's headquarters, in nearby Cowley Street, had not been targeted. At PMQs, the deputy Labour leader, Harriet Harman, said she hoped Clegg would go and tell the students protesting outside parliament how "fair" the government's plan was. The Liberal Democrats fought the election on a manifesto promising to phase out tuition fees, and the party's MPs have signed a pledge to oppose any rise. The coalition agreement allows them to abstain in a Commons vote. Harman said: "In April, he [Clegg] said that increasing tuition fees to £7,000 a year would be a disaster. What word would he use to describe fees of £9,000?" Clegg claimed there was "consensus" across the parties about the need to reform the system. Harman replied: "None of us agree with tuition fees of £9,000 a year." She said the rise in fees was not part of the effort to tackle the deficit, but was instead about Clegg "going along with Tory plans to shove the cost of higher education on to students and their families". "We all know what it's like: you are at freshers' week, you meet up with a dodgy bloke and you do things that you regret," she said. "Isn't it true he has been led astray by the Tories – isn't that the truth of it?" Clegg insisted the government's plans were a "fair and progressive solution to a very difficult problem". "The proposals we have put forward will mean that those who earn the least will pay much less than they do at the moment, those who earn the most will pay over the odds to provide a subsidy to allow people from poor backgrounds to go to university," he said. Last month, the business secretary, Vince Cable – whose department includes universities – told the Commons the Lib Dems' pre-election pledge was "no longer feasible". He said: "The roads to Westminster are littered with the skidmarks of political parties changing direction." http://www.guardian.co.uk/education/2010/nov/10/student-protest-fees-violent

oyb:How can someone as dark as Jonathan have a red nose? |
oyb:Thats a funny way of admiting that you lack any abilities to reason intelligently. You are the only person on this thread to come to the wacky conclusion that Abubakar = Hausa. I'm trying to find out how; is it due to a low IQ or is it due to mental deficiencies or character shortcomings. The challenge remains open. Point out the words that made you think Abubakar = Hausa or shut up and admit you are a cheap lier. There is a topic that you are cheapening and derailling with your disgraceful gutter attitude. |
oyb:So the phrase, "tribal instincts" translates to Hausa to you?! What a dunce. The challenge remains open. Point out the words that made you think Abubakar = Hausa or shut up. If I were you, I would give up trying to put words in peoples mouths and actually discuss the topic (if you have the ability, that is). |
