State police is a good idea but too expensive how can the state governors fund it that's part of what makinde is saying

There are various ways to fund policing in the state and LGA!
One of them is placing policing on a yearly budget!
Another can be in form of an affordable tax system which could be regarded as police trust fund!
You can also have companies in the state pay a particular percentage or amount called security tax!
Funding for me isn't really the problem!
The real problem that must be tackled is who will the state commissioner of police be answerable to?
Notwithstanding the flaws that will be experienced by the establishment of state policing,it's still better than a central policing system!

I did a 4gb glo sub and I could not even use up to 500mb in a month before it expired because it was extremely slow!

You can take your bath while downloading a 20mb file using a glo 4g network and still come back to see 50% download!
