If you were financially good, you wont experience most, if not all of these stuffs here..

Why are there heavy presence of Nigerian academics of leading scholars in universities in Ghana and South Africa in the first place? Fix the problem and stop the excuses. Nigeria having leading scholars in Ghana and South Africa Universities does not make the quality of Nigeria University education higher. ASUU is failing Nigeria student who are very intelligent.

If that is the case, he is wicked. Handling over the major security to Muslim North is very bad becus they will always share sentiment with the fulanis. He should have balanced this to prevent sentiment. The core funalis are in charge of major positions in the country and as the killer herdsmen kept on killing people, the security couldn't help. The people saw the security as part of the killers and started defending them selves. That is where we are now.

U can do this shit with minority group but not with a major ethnic group. It doesn't always end well. The herdsmen were really killing people in villages.. My brother-in-law had told us about protest in their village few weeks ago over the constant killings by herdsmen in that village and raping of women. The youths got so angry and staged a protest and warned that they will go self defence if the govt refuses to do anything.

U could see exactly what happened in Oyo state. See, people will react if u constantly kill them and if those who are supposed to protect them show any sign of compromise.

Oga, calm down. This nonsense started when people were getting killed at will in their farms and getting raped. Don't twist the truth. People complained, lamented, they were chased away from their lands. Ur security men who were mainly led by Northerners refused to act. They were obviously sentimental towards the fulanis. That was the Genesis of this problem. Injustice breeds violence. Nigeria is so sick that she can't learn from her history. Fulanis were and are still killing people.

Look at benue now. The people are shouting, the people are calling on FG to help them but security heads who are mainly northerners are not acting. Over 70 people slaughtered even in IDP in that state. When the people now carry arms to fight, una go dey talk nonsense.

The mistake Buhari made was making the security heads of this country northern affair. These heads will surely be sentimental towards their own. U don't do that in a fragile country like Nigeria. Buhari messed up.

Healthcare professional retention is a big problem worldwide and Lagos state is no exception.


It was in this same Lagos state barely 10 years ago under Fashola when doctors went o strike and Tinubu advocated sacking them all

We continuously fail to focus on Human development and develop a "project" obsession.. The quantity and QUALITY of healthcare professionals is a strategic choice not one that can be fixed by a new shiny building.
If you buy an MRI machine that is great but WHO is going to interpret the scans? How many qualified Radiologists are there in the WHOLE of Nigeria

How many qualified Paediatricians are there in Lagos state or Nigeria as a whole. Nigeria had less than 500 paediatricians in 2011. How many are being trained and how will they be retained. That is a lot more difficult than awarding a contract for a building.

Where are the experts?

People , qualified people are more important than concrete and steel

That is partly why both Germany and Japan despite the near destruction by bombing in WW II quickly rose again to become economic powers

Let me paint a simple picture Julius Berger have been in Nigeria nearly 50 years. Since they arrived Nigerians have been born and gone to study civil engineering in different place but any major JB project is headed by white people. How come they have not developed OUR PEOPLE. ? Because our politicians don't tell them to. They continue giving them expatriate quota exemptions. The Chinese operated differentl and put knowledge transfer clauses in when they awarded major contracts.

People development is more important than shiny projects that can be burnt or bombed overnight

How many of our Nigerian feminists take their man out; pay for house rent; feed their families - even if they can afford it, they still won't do it for long without complaining. You wouldn't see a man complaining about such things because by nature, it's their responsibility. For women, however, it's an anomaly.

The western culture, in recent times has been the bane of Africa(feminism isn't our thing). Divorce cases seems to be on the rise because of our misconception of feminism. Women no longer know there place.

A man and a woman can never be equal. The superiority of men comes natural and it would be an attempt in futility for y'all feminists to go against nature. Seeking parity with your men counterpart isn't a prerequisite for a better world w'all seek.
