Unfortunately ...its you who is naive here. 1. Yes he's in a University environment and I presume there are no cultists there right? Or the cultists there are the friendly ones? 2. Banks do not issue out POS devices to individuals except they have a registered business name and business location 3. Shoprite and Fuel Stations are legal and registered entity not one random guy sitting in front of an ATM without known identity. What happens if your transaction was declined and you were wrongly debited? How do you complain to a bank that you transacted with one mallam (pardon me) in front of an ATM without a business name? I can see he's not giving his customers the stubs for the transaction sef. May be you should do a search on how people's card details are stolen even through an ATM talkless of a POS device. 4. I work legally for my money so its not from illegal activity. This man may actually be doing a reverse money laundering the owners of the money cannot take it to the bank for some reason and are probably using the registered POS to deposit the money and from there it would be withdrawn back into use like its genuine. In Eastern Europe, they don't mind charging your card but not drawing the cash because the target is your card numbers which they will end up selling on the dark web for people involved in card frauds. Not yeye questions if you care to know. have a good day. wellmax: Your questions are so naive. 1. He in a university environment. Reasonable security. 2. How else do POS works if not connected to bank? You do not understand this POS thing at all 3. Is Shoprite, fuel stations and other outlets using POS stelaing your info? 4. Ahahahah, how are we sure the money in your pocket is not from illegal activity.
Yeye questions. |

Good business idea but my fears are as follows: - 1. Who is backing the guy up with security to have gotten the liver to sit there with all that cash? 2. How did he get the POS device connected to a banking system without having a fixed address? He's clearly simulating a purchase transaction on the POS and using the cards to deposit into an account. 3. How sure are we that he is not also stealing your card details to clone? While this is a good insight, people need to be careful with this. Remember when it was reported robbers now go about with POS devices to rob people of their cash? I hope this is not one them. 4. How are we sure the physical cash he's dishing out is not a proceed of an illegal activity and he's trying to circumvent the system to legally lodge the funds into his account? May be a stash of naira some politicians are try to now lodge genuinely into the banking system without raising suspicion? Someone needs to blow that whistle now ....something is amiss here! |

Hmmm why not add both names together ....it will pay you on the long run Isabella Peter-Philips not bad to me sounds like a royal you know? Meanwhile all these feminists crap is getting to me joooor. We are being enslaved by the feminists any more than they think they're helping us. We should not begin to see the male sex (or anything involving the male sex) as an enemy ....they are not! We should learn to accommodate them and chose what is good for us. The issue of change in name after marriage is a decision left at the discretion of the couple although during submission of some official documentations, you may have to go at length to prove you two are married. Most times, change of name is the best and concrete proof to that. TheUpsetGirl: It still baffles me why women have to change their names because of marriage, who introduced this tradition? ,for instance my name is Isabella Peters and I want to get married to Mr Phillips, so after marriage I'm going to change my name to Isabella Phillips or Isabella Peters Phillips??. This has to stop, I keep wondering why feminists don't include this in their agenda |

Possible transmission through contaminated N100 naira notes cannot be underestimated Gangster1ms:
World Health Organisation on Wednesday warned Nigeria and 15 other African countries of a listeriosis outbreak that started in South Africa in 2017, confirming its support for their preparedness and response to the disease. The other African countries are Angola, Botswana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
Listeriosis is a bacterial infection most commonly caused by Listeria monocytogenes. It can cause severe illness, including severe sepsis, meningitis, or encephalitis, sometimes resulting in lifelong harm and even death. Listeria is ubiquitous and is primarily transmitted via the oral route after ingestion of contaminated food products
According to WHO numbers, nearly 200 South Africans have died since January 2017 as a result of contaminated ready-to-eat meat products that are widely consumed in the country and may also have been exported to two West African countries and 14 members of the South African Development Community. South African health authorities recently declared the source of the outbreak as a factory in Polokwane, in the country’s northeast prompting a global recall of the food products.

Come on ....a foreigner going for a meeting would not dress this way. Its a well known dress rule that you don't wear sleeveless dress without a jacket. If we want to copy foreigners, then we should do it correctly. Was it not the other day pictures of a woman in see-through leggings with red pants went viral? A white lady would not dress like that but would rather try to conceal her panty lines but here in Nigeria (Africa), its all too correct to allow same show. Yet you have some others who would rather dress up in bikini and to take photographs in their living room forgetting that bikinis are meant for the beach. You also have those who will wear bikinis and still tie wrapper .....for God sake, if you are ashamed or shy to display your curves, then don't dress that way. Look at the dress the lady was even wearing with images splattered on it for an official meeting on behalf of an International organization ooo! Haba For those who would be looking forward to bash or insult me ...please look here first https://www.pinterest.com/fabuliss/womens-corporate-executive-style/?lp=trueStr8talk21: Is it because she is a Nigerian? what if she was a foreigner, what would have happened? Obviously nothing!
This and more is why this country is regarded as a shithole. |

Business › Re: CBN Unveils Regulation On Bills Payments by bigtt76(f): 7:35am On Mar 19, 2018 |
They should goan sit down jooor! Their direct debit or automated mandate system that works on a paper to paper basis... Is that what should be touted in this time and age? Ar weak sef Nkemakonam62: The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has unveiled a regulation for bill payment in the country.
The central bank stated this in a circular titled: “Regulation for Bill Payments in Nigeria, 2018,” that was posted on its website at the weekend.
It explained that the policy was developed in exercise of the powers conferred on it to promote sound financial system in the country.
The regulation covers bill payments on various payment channels and any payment platform that seeks to integrate the payment side of commercial activity and merchant aggregators in Nigeria. The payment methods include cheques, cards, direct debit, instant payments, andautomated clearing house, etc.
It described a payment service provider as a person licenced by the CBN to provide services involving direct interactions with the payment, settlement and clearing systems and payment system arrangements, as the Bank may authorise from time to time and may include a bank, mobile money operators or other financial institution connected directly to a biller without any service intermediary.
According to the regulation, payments shall be final and irrevocable and be consistent with the provision of the circular on the Statement of Payments Finality.
Also, it stated that requests for refundsor recalls shall be via a dispute resolution system or other supplementary rules that guide the operations of the relevant payment method.
“Service Providers shall make an automated dispute resolution platform available to facilitate seamless resolution of complaints. Disputes arising from Bills Payment transactions shall be resolved amicably amongst the parties in line with the provisions of the guidelines on Operations of Electronic Payment Channels in Nigeria,” it added.
The objectives of the regulation, among others include to document the minimum standards that must be complied with for the processing of bill payment transactions; and to identify stakeholders in Bill Payment system space; ensure achievement of the vision of a ‘nationally utilised and international recognised payments system in Nigeria.

Too much grammar there! The question is ....is Yes or No ...she begin de para  anyway lets take it that the answer is NO! Oya bloggers unto the next fabu  Reportmusic: Singer Chidinma has spoken about her relationship with Kiss Daniel to Punch saying it is left for those who want to believe they are dating to believe, and those who think they aren’t dating can also keep to their belief. Speaking about what brought herself and Flavour together and her relationship with Kiss Daniel, Chidinma says;
I was never signed to Flavour’s record company and I wasn’t in a relationship with him. However, I have been involved in some projects with him because we have a good chemistry. Working with him is fun and less stressful.
And about Kiss Daniel. I don’t like to speak about my relationship or love life in public. There is nothing to talk about me and Kiss Daniel; people can say anything they want to say. Whether I am in a relationship with him or not, everyone will get to know later. I find it weird that I am always linked to one musician or the other. At times, it takes extra effort for me to convince people that certain reports about me are untrue.

What would she invest the money in to, in Nigeria? Abegi una free am jooooor! This is just propaganda by the Nigerian marketers skyrocketing the cost of acquisition of the cars for their own benefit. She's only trying to cut out middlemen PurityPhils: Diana Chen, the chairperson of CIG Motors Limited and a dealer in GAC brand of automobile, is exploiting lapses in Nigeria’s business environment to perpetrate gross atrocities against Nigerians, ALEDEH has gathered.
CIG Motors Limited whose 90 percent shares are owned by Chen, signed a pact with Guangzhou Automobile Group Motor Co Ltd (“GAC Motor”), to establish and manage distribution network in Nigeria, West Africa, a situation which was believed to be of great benefit to Nigerians, but suddenly snowballed into a “Chinese affair”, sources tell ALEDEH.
Chen, a Chinese national, ALEDEH gathered has edged out several Nigerian automobile dealers from importing cars from China especially GAC brand of automobile.
“She is trying to monopolize GAC brand of automobile”, a source who is familiar with her dealings told ALEDEH, “she has blocked Nigerian dealers from importing the vehicles to make it cheaper for us”, the source added.
Recently, GS8, a product of GAC Motor was awarded the exclusive honour of “2018 Top Safety Car” among 7-seater SUVs from C-NCAP, the highest national recognition for automotive safety.
Speaking on the development, a source familiar with Chen’s administration in Nigeria, told ALEDEH that despite the high demand for GS8 and other GAC products in Nigeria, the Chinese automobile distributor might lead the brand into extinction in the oil-rich West African country if her excesses are not checked by GAC Motor.
“Although GS8 manufactured by GAC Motor is a good car with high demand in Nigeria, the company is not well represented in Nigeria by Diana Chen”, the source told ALEDEH, lamenting that “she will lead the brand into extinction in the Nigerian automobile market if nothing is done by the management of GAC Motor”, the source added.
Sources tell ALEDEH that Mrs Chen imports GAC brand of automobile into Nigeria, sells and sends the money back to China, rather than investing it here in Nigeria, thereby stopping Nigeria and Nigerians from benefitting from the Chinese automobile company presence in the country. Chen’s activities are against the trade agreement between Nigeria and China, ALEDEH can report.
“Chen could be into money laundering, she repatriates money to China after making sales here in Nigeria – Nigeria is not benefitting from her so why is the Nigerian government not saying anything about this?” a furious source who is in the know about Chen’s activities told ALEDEH.
ALEDEH gathered that representatives of GAC Motor came to Nigeria late last year to meet with some Nigerian dealers with the aim of granting them ‘dealership’ but upon getting to China; Chen got hold of the information and thereafter blocked the deal in China.
