It’s 48 hours since allegation was raised against Brabus and the simple request made was that the complainant should tell us how it happened.

I purposely asked so that I can know how to respond to the allegation.

Here’s my account (I do not have all the detailed information on the transaction here but I’ll give a brief account)

- Truly we were engaged to construct a fence in Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos state.

- We moved to site immediately we were mobilized.

- On getting to the site, I realized the land has not been cleared and I requested that it should be cleared so that we can know exactly the area we are working.

- The client engaged people to do that and we commence the fence work.

- We started with the right side (when facing land). However on getting midway, we found another old fence which shows someone has done something around that area before a very long time ago. This created a very useless piece of land in between the land we are working on and the old fence found in the bush.

- When we got to the back, we found another fence.

- I informed the client and we continued our job. We proceed to the frontal part of the land.

- As we were about getting to the point we were shown the land ended, some land urchins (omo onile) came to the site and stopped the work.

- I informed the client and he told me one person will come.

- We will get back to site, the dreary guys will accost us in the bush and send us away again and again.

- This continued for a very long time.

- Accessibility was a major issue on the site as we can’t get heavy truck to get to the main site, so we drop granite some distance away from the site.

- For every time we were stopped and left the site, we will notice our materials has been stolen before we got back to site.

- I used NextHome Dump Truck for the delivery of sand which was gotten at Okun, Ibeju Lekki Lagos. I had to park down the truck for weeks awaiting a permanent resolve.

- Whenever we get to site, a faction will tell us the land is here. Another will come and tell us something different. So completing the last side became almost an impossible mission.

- At a point we started digging a place and they told us the land was beyond the line.

- Sigh!!!

- Eventually we did the blinding and raising of 3rd side and the issue wasn’t resolved. The land wasn’t fully cleared. So we left.

- Months after I got a call from someone on behalf of the client and guess what it was DSS inviting me for fraud.

- I went there and they said the client said I collected his money and didn’t do his work. I smiled.

- My client can use DSS against me but can’t provide ordinary vigilante or police to protect us when we were being disturbed in the thick forest. What an irony!
Well, we are first Nigerian before we travel go obodo oyibo land.

- That I got a contract to construct a fence, does it automatically invested power of attorney in me to act anyhow on the land?

- My question has always been “What should I have done?”

- To continue working on the land when I’m not the land owner, not the surveyor, nor member of the omo onile family?

- To stage a serious fight against the omo oniles because I want to impress my client? If I die, I’d be given a state burial abi?

- To park my granite, sand and other materials in my bag and take them to safety until all issues are resolved?

- When the client asked for refund, I asked myself. Am I supposed to tell the granite supplier that “Sorry o! we didn’t use all the granite because omo onile stopped us so the client need a refund?”

- For anyone who’s familiar with Ibeju Lekki land urchin, you’ll know how dreary they are.


Let me stop here. Let’s hear from the other side.


Can I ask my Oga if all these claims are lies?

While we were on this project, my client made a double payment of over a million naira to my account and I called his attention to it and transferred the money back to him.

Part 2: Communication Palava

A lot of people in diaspora do one funny thing I’d like to share. They’d use a line no one can reach them on to call their contractors/family members/friends etc so anytime there’s something urgent and important you have to wait for their call.

It’s the most useless thing I’ve ever seen. Please don’t work with people you don’t trust. Work with your family members or trusted allies and make communication as easy as possible.

Life is not difficult if we chose to live simple.

Isn’t it shocking that I just got to know the userid my client after almost 5 years? In fact, the userid just followed me 2 days ago and we were working together on multi-million naira project.

none. but I charged based on the prevailing economic conditions at that time, this month makes it a year I'm supposed to have received payment. the suppose money can currently afford half of what it's supposed to have afforded 12 months ago. does that mean he can withhold the payment till 2050 when it's would probably be worthless and still be justified. if it was the other way around whereby I withheld his funds for the 12 months, and abandoned the project, if I request for more funds and he refuses, can he take legal action against me since no contract was signed, just gentleman agreement.

Sir, recession and covid wreck a lot of havoc on so many projects last year (especially big contractors).

I was on the site of someone here on project inspection in the last quarter of 2020. I can remember his contractor came to request for variation on the roof project he was handling for him. It wasn’t a small amount as the project is very big.

The lockdown wrecked a lot of people who were sitting on monies but couldn’t get their orders fulfilled because most companies aren’t working in full capacity. No one want to tie down their monies in midst of uncertainties.

Between last December and this moment, the price of aluminum sheet has gone up by nothing less than N300 per m and most manufacturers who do 10 coils have scaled down to 7 coils and even lesser.

We (manufacturers, service providers, homeowners, tradespeople) are going through a lot at moment and it’s wise for any contractor to allow the owners to provide them all the materials needed for a project or otherwise get their hands burnt.

In December last year, I paid for a roof and when we were about to go and pick up in Lagos, we got information that price has increased and that they’ll refund our money to us. My closeness to system allowed us to get at old rate.
My roofer wanted to collect the money and I told him “Don’t ever try it. We will never get it cheaper elsewhere and if we do the money won’t be complete again. Let me speak with Leon.”

What I’m trying to pass across is at times some issues happen not because a contractor have evil intentions but because we operate in a chaotic business climate and no one seems to care.

Aluminium profiles is another crazy materials to watch. As at today, any smart window contractor must first confirm the market price before he gives quotation to his client. If not... it might end in tears like my friend michlins always say.

Most people don’t pay attention to the orientation of their building in order to maximize air flow.

I do not use ACs in my house because I took into cognizance the shape, height, orientation and planning of my building to take advantage of natural ventilation.

Buildings must be positioned in relation to the variation in the sun’s path

Immediately I finished The Reserve by NextHome, two clients approached me to share the design with them in the same area.

One of them said I want exactly what I’m seeking here. Let’s try and replicate it on my site.

The picture below shows the challenge we went through during the modification of the plan.

The time we spent trying to modify the design to fit the clients land could have been spent working on a fresh design.

This is just one part of the too many challenges of the project. I’ll try share the structural issue and how a project in the same area ended up costing almost thrice the price of the first build.

I have countless example of projects like these that I can share. It’s worthless picking up drawings online. You’re better off with custom designed homes.

300k would seem a lot but it’ll be worthwhile investment in the long run as it’ll save you headaches and unnecessary challenges.

Too many.

When you buy plans, there’s every tendency you buy inferior plans that do not include all the information necessary to safely build your home.

Unlike the architectural design, structural drawings are not and cannot be designed for universal conditions.

No design can be perfect without input from the homeowner and knowledge of the site.

I can give 3 good examples of projects that I’ve worked on that other people tried to replicate on their land A lot of challenges were met during the construction phase (expensive cost of foundation, wrong building orientation, building size vs land size etc).

We digged septic tank and Soakaway for 6 flats. 3 flats with one septic tank, the other flat with one Septic Tank. And one central Soakaway and we channeled the bathroom and kitchen water to the Soakaway. Within 6 months. The two septic tank Got Filled and the Soakaway. After, we discharged the Septic Tank. We disconnected, the bathroom and kitchen water of 4 flats. But, to my surprise. Within 4 months the septic tank got Filled again.

What could be the problem

One thing I notice about houses built in Anambra state is that the houses always looks beautiful from outside but when you enter the house, the internal designs/plan aren't always good.

Please I'm not trying to critic ur project. I'm only stating my observation

So the works of God's Holy Spirit is to energize God's servants so that they can do God's will despite their imperfect state {Act 2:4, 4:31} when God's Holy Spirit is at work you will notice the fruitage in the gathering of imperfect and sinful humans {Galatians 5:22-23} note that for now no human can exhibit all the qualities of God's Holy Spirit even though we were created in God's image, but where God's Holy Spirit is active in the gathering you will see all those qualities in the BODY as a GROUP! Ephesians 4:12


[4]Gifts are in all forms of GROUPS even occultic groups you mentioned earlier have GIFTS so it takes divine wisdom to distinguish between the GIFT of God's Holy Spirit and the WORKS of DEMONS today!

So how do i know that the JWs have the gift of tongue?

Well what was the purpose why this gift was released back in the first century?
It was released so that the good news of God's Kingdom may go round since language barrier may hinder the message from reaching other lands {Act 2:7-12} today JWs speaks all the languages on this planet so God's Holy Spirit is still doing it's WORK as usual!

If you're not guided by born again Christians you can never figure out the differences between the agents of light and the agents of darkness.

So i'll leave you with just one simple illustration, i don't know where you're or your nationality but you can observe these two countries to grasp what we're saying here.
China and Nigeria!
China is a communist nation so they don't carry professional titles on their head but Nigeria is a Capitalist nation where everyone wants to be addressed with titles.
Nigerians have Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Physicists, Mathematicians, Geographers, Agricultural Scientists and all of them with first class grades yet Nigerians are lacking in all those fields because all those professionals title holders only go about with paper qualifications they are not performing!

I'm a contractor and i deal with CCECC, i only know Chinese performing here and there in all fields nobody knows their qualifications yet the whole world can feel their impact!

That's the difference between JWs who only get to work and misinformed Churchgoers who keeps big religious titles whereas they only bully people around them, their impact is not felt even in the midst of those following them!

Surely you will say China is working because their GOVERNMENT has put things in place!
So whenever anyone ask you why are JWs performing here and there throughout the earth with the same kind of spirit and zeal everywhere? Remember the little group overseeing the activities of JWs globally as they call themselves The GOVERNING BODY of JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES!

Whenever you see people converge in one place for a purpose know today that spirit beings (angels) are involved, so what makes it occultic is the aim and objective of the gathering. Well established occultic Organizations comprises of lots of imperfect humans and the same is applicable to any other organized group out there.
Now let's address your questions!
What makes JW Organization different from all other groups?
Of course the relevance of any group largely depends on how far they're able to meet up with a certain purpose for which the group is form, therefore each group will say sweet things to woo new members into joining them.
But JWs first tell an interested person the good news of God's Kingdom and it's richly blessings for all those who will make it, then we present the challenges a member will encounter when he becomes one of us {Matthew 10:34-39} secondly we will tell him the tenets that he must keep to remain part of us {Matthew 16:24} then we will make him understand that since we're all imperfect there's always room for correction whenever a blunder is committed {Matthew 18:21-22} (this is where occultic groups differ, because for each error a grievous penalty awaits the offender) JWs will be prepared to win our brother/sister back into the fold by reminding him/her the tenets we all vowed to keep but if the offender insist on shifting blame {Genesis 3:11-13} then we will remove him from our midst! Matthew 18:15-17
The only benefit of occultic groups is to shield a member whenever the person commits an offence worth been punished by outsiders, they will never allow none members to witness how their member is humiliated publicly for any reason no matter how grievous the offence. In fact occultic groups will find a scapegoat outside their group who must pay for the error committed by their own member when such punishment involves the public. But when it's an offence committed against the brotherhood it's the offender (default member) that must bear his punishment!
So for this reason there is no occultic group that's not connected one way or the other to the authorities because they must always shield their members from facing public shame. JWs have nothing to do with Politics or nationalism, they don't vote neither contest for public posts so how can they shield their member from facing punishment? John 15:19, 17:14-16
if anyone tells you JWs are occultic, ask such a person if there is any occultic groups that has no influence on the authorities?

Interesting to see that according to your interpretation the bolded prevents from you from partaking in voting.



PRACTICAL APPLICATION must come in if there is going to be any benefits so you don't have to take all groups that works on practicality as occultic, what matters is the benefit of what they are PRACTICING! Galatians 5:22-23

Relegating mode of Salvation?

Jesus Christ came and preach a completely different way from the on the news knew and were told off by their fathers. He came with a whole different Covenant, complete with Laws, Blessings, Curses, Seal, Burden, Ritual, and Promises - an everlasting package separate and complete on its own. Why this business of "relegating" mode of salvation? What in the world does that even mean?

For your information, they knew God's word inside out and they can teach Jesus' foster grandpa but they only have head knowledge of what's written in God's word they don't have the PRACTICAL APPLICATION that's why their teachings doesn't benefit those following them, just like you too, you can read the Bible and think of how to twist what is written inside to accuse others whereas the first thing Jesus did was to apply it to himself so that everyone can see how PRACTICAL God's word is, that's what i've been doing since.
JWs don't just use God's word to accuse others, the Organization looks at the mirror first to see if we are meeting up with the prophecy, and we try to invite others to come and enjoy the benefits of the right application of God's word!
You are just quoting to accuse, why not first apply it to your group and see if there is any similarity between your group and what the first century Christians were doing back then?

All the churches of Christendom out there are doing the same thing, they don't apply the Bible to their group first so that onlookers will not see their flaws. Whenever any impostor wants to open his own Church he will quote some verses for gullible ones in the society, use the quotations to accuse existing Churches then sugar-coat his words to woo the fools so that they will start following him/her. By the end of the day instead of publicly debunking the existing chuches as he did before gathering the fools, he will later change his tactics and start referring to the churches he once condemned as other denominations of the same religion.
Kumuyi did that, he left a church before forming Deeperlife on the basis of heresy but today he is no more saying anything again publicly to prove why he left his former Church. WHY?
Because there is nothing to write home about the group he formed, there is no difference between his group and other existing chuches!

But JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES like the first century Christians were applying the word of God to themselves FIRST to help observers realize the fulfilment of Bible prophecies in the activities of their group. Act 2:16-18 compare to Joel 2:28-30

So instead of quoting the Bible to point accusing fingers to JWs why not first apply the WORDS to your own group let everyone see how fitting what your group is doing with what is written in the book? James 1:22-25
