Many of us here reading this topic didn't just stumble upon it by mistake.. I welcome U all to share your spiritual experiences about seeing demons, spirits, angels or fallen angels. This would be a gift if you see these 3 all and may or may not be if U just see demons only.
The purpose of this thread is to expose the hidden works of satan & to counter attack his deceits.

I remember growing up as a child, i started to see spirits at age 11. The first spirit i saw was dressed up in a white long robe, looked so white, stood still and didn't utter a word to me. I could have taken him to be a real angel, but something didn't seem right to me, I somehow knew he wasn't real. I wasn't scared, my younger brother who was with me couldn't even see the spirit. It just stood still staring straight at me for about 3mins.. This happened at night maybe around 10pm, in my compound.

The next day while I was going to school, I fell so sick i almost died.. I was so weak it was difficult to walk and eat. I had to be brought home by one of my teachers.. Even when I told my family my story no one seemed to care or believe. And that's the problem with HSP's.. They're usually ignored.

As God would have it, almost at the brink of death, then God touched my parents and dey listened.. They prayed for me that i wud neva see such again but ever since then it's been worse (in a good way).. I even began to see spirits that looked human, ugly demons, even saw a demon inside a girl.. I began to know witches via revelations, have scary dreams, know what would happen in few minutes, hear evil thoughts from a person.. The good thing about it all is that I later knew why I was seeing and experiencing all these and also I saw an Angel and Jesus Himself, told me things about this..

Pls lets share our experiences here, You could be helping someone without knowing it. It's difficult to tell people these things in childhood or even as we grow, but it's easier to say it here, Let's edify ourselves. God bless U all

What you are going through is due to your ancestral background be it paternal or maternal.

The best way to counter the devil is to foremost give yourself personally to God. You need to be born again by accepting Jesus Christ and forsaking your sins.

You need to create time to properly read, study and meditate on His word.

You need a true Pastor( male or female) to guide you in prayers.

You need to give yourself to proper fasting and prayer combined with studying the word. Doing it with a desire and open mind and the Holy Spirit will guide you to deep secrets.

Just believe and have faith in God as you overcome.

It's good to desire such.
But to get it's full benefits is first for one to make Jesus Christ his Lord and personal Saviour by forsaking your sins.

Make it a habit of reading the Scriptures daily( giving time for study and meditation). Keep a note book by your side to jot down your thoughts as you are led by the Holy Spirit.

Make your desires towards seeking the knowledge and understanding of the word by prayers.

Attend a Church that preaches the pure word of God.

Make yourself useful by volunteering to work in the church but you should be focused about maintaining your personal relationship with God through Christ Jesus.

The best teacher of the word is the Holy Spirit though that of a man is to guide you.

Standing on the right foundation is paramount to holding on to your faith and retaining the free gift of salvation.

It's a good thing you want to build in your home town. Nevertheless on average the amount of 16M quoted by you can get the building done. On the other hand depending on some other factors you may likely to spend up to #25M ranging from size of building, nature of land, type of finishing,etc,etc.............

Because your building plans is still in the future I'll advice you just fill the land with the sand to your desired level. It's called land reclamation. Ensure the demolished building+road excavated sand has more of the excavated sand so that it can settle by itself over time. If you can bargain less for the sand it will be nice and hope it's a 10 tyre tipper that will be heaped to the top.

Road excavated sands are good and most economical for such purpose especially when they are closer to your site at a give-away price.

You should have encouraged him to start the build with available amount and continue to provide funds as the building processes progresses rather than trying to fight him.

Over designs leading to waste of money is not a good engineering construction acceptable practice.
Every good design comes with a designed safety factor. A good understanding of construction engineering goes hand in hand with a good knowledge of economics.
Building out of fear to ensure the safety of a structure is not a proper proof of acquired knowledge or experience.

I need to give some observation, read carefully.
As a silent reader I notice the trend of everyone wanting a steel tank stand, and materials suggestion keeps going on kindly notice the following.

Steel section are choose from expected load (tank size) ..but the bracing are always strategically place to reduce section at times or for stiffness purpose

If a steel section works in Lagos for example doesn't mean same will work in Abuja the wind pressure in each state in Nigeria is significantly different according to the wind isopleth data, so when assume this is always dangerous..

Section like UC, UB Angle iron etc all have minor axis and major axis meaning the direction of face are of important, reason you see people using CHS (recommended sizes) u don't have to worry about any local bending its strong all through .

The base plate need to be check like wise the HDB(hold down bolt)

The foundation this is important and done with three things put into consideration (weight of the steel ,wght of water , wind reactions on the structure ,live load of access also)

Not to bore you much your tank may be over designed (waste of money at least safe sha) or under designed (total waste of money and intending disaster waiting to happen)

A tank stand is a structural elements you should never toy with it because its failure is always a serious issues.

The bold is not acceptable in construction engineering in any part of the world. Any type of design that leads to wastage of resources(material, money, labour and time) is just to hide the in-experience of the individual.

2. What type of filling is best and economical

3. How much is a truck of filling and what size?
Someone offer 17k per tipper and the filling is from demolish house mixed with Road digged sand because they demolish some house for road expansion

Note: Reason for the filling is to avoid the land been water logged. Anytime it rain, the rain water and water from Drainage always sit on it

The answer is simple all building work need maintenance but when right person handle work with right tool and materials then coupled with professional supervision , then you don’t eed to entertain fair.

You certainly do not need that.
Since you say you are disciplined then do so by giving yourself some slack. You can start by limiting yourself to about probably three times in a week.
You can turn the rest of the time to gisting.
Also you can pay more time to studying the word of God.

A client had a 33KVA UK Perkins installed.
Building Spec:
GL.....Lounge(Void) and Dinning has 3 HP AC each, Guest room 1.5 HP, and Toilet Water heater tank that serves the kitchen, Study 1 HP.
First Floor.....Master Bedroom 1.5HP, Madam Bedroom 1.5HP, water heater, Children's room 1 HP, Mini Lounge 2 HP.
Pent House.....Lounge 1HP, Bedroom 1HP, Toilet Water heater serves the master bedroom.
