You should be happy by yourself, having done it ALL. kiss
Most marriages sour after 10 years, then die for 10 years.
Too bad you will miss out of the sweeeeeeeet ressurection. The best part of marriage.

I repeat, the BEST part of married life, especially where you need an OLD friend for old age, not a gigolo who only jeeeeeeessss wanno phock ya for ya money! grin

NEW partners feel like the best, till you are familiar with their curses/baggage.

No, you cannot go back to your ex. He too has learned you do NOT quit on a marriage, but you keep working in it. kiss

Once you leave a relationship, NEVER go back. cool
Now, you will find out that there ain't no such thing as finding happiness outside YOUR own world.

A miserable married person is always less miserable than a once-married(separated/divorced) person.
No matter how bad, there is SOMETHING you are gonna miss about an ex-spouse. cool

The grass is NEVER greener on the outside. Once you are married, you STAY married! kiss
Better to remain single and NEVER get married, than get into marriage and jump out! kiss
You will regret it, for the next one is ALWAYS worse! grin

Sorry o! kiss

FamilyRe: Woman Files For Divorce Because New Hubby Bring His Mother On Their Honeymoon. by Blazay(m): 12:49pm On Mar 09, 2011
Is bringing a ill parent on your honeymoon a divorcable offence?.
Yes. He should have discussed it with his wife first.

Did the guy do the right thing by bringing his mom with them?
No. It shows he does not have an ounce of respect for his wife even where he may love his mother dearly.

providing of course that there was no other option?.
Then he should have discussed it FIRST with his wife. Why keep such a thing a secret and a surpise. Not a pleasant thing to do.

I WOULD DIVORCE HIS ARRRRZE IN A JIFFY! cheesy

Useless man!

Sorry, it is a respect and consideration thingy which are key tenets to any successfull marriage even where LOVE is absent. This man is selfish to da bone.

Kudos to the brave woman who got rid of him. Thank God she is not that desperate to stay married to such a man. She clearly read the hand-writing on the wall.

Amen!
FamilyRe: Married And Single Rivalry! by Blazay(m): 12:43pm On Mar 09, 2011
toohot4you:
Is it true that when one gets married, he or she should dissociate with his or her single friends.
Absolutely correct! Especially if they claim to be 'born-agains'. cheesy
I NEVER allow single people into my home. We really have nothing in common to discuss.
Besides, they are always whining about one failed relationship after another. grin

Some married women are actually saying,
the single lady wont understand what she is going through since se hasnt experienced it. Is that true?
Very correct! Unless she has been previously married. How do you understand the shoes of someone you have NEVER walked in? NEVER take advice from single people if you are married. That includes from PASTORS! kiss

Did the married lady suddenly become more intelligent and the single lady(her friend) suddenly turn dumb?
Not necessarily. They just have different goals and aspirations and may not be working in the best interest of each other even as friends.
Single people are usually envious of married people. . .especially when the married people relate well with each other as doing "loving-loving" in front of the single, lonely peeps. The single people do not really feel happy for them no matter how they smile and pretend to be happy for them.

Abi is it easy to find loff? cool

This is particularly the case more with women than with men. kiss

As a couple, NEVER hang out with single people. You have absolutely NOTHING in common.
FamilyRe: Advice Pls by Blazay(m): 12:33pm On Mar 09, 2011
Don't set yourself up for failure.
If it does not feel right, it ain't period.
Only a desperate woman will marry a man out of pity.

The guy is not your type, so why bother with him?
Tell him nicely that you do not feel comfortable with the relationship and advice him to look somewhere else.
He may be hurt, but he will respect you in the future and appreciate your honesty.
Please, relationships that started right have difficulties not to mention those that start off soooooooo wrong.

“We want to sanitize Nigeria,” said Hart. “We want to hand over to our children what our parents handed over to us. A child like this cannot be your child.  Our interest is in the child not you the parents. How can you remain in the midst of mother and daughter sleeping with both?” she wondered at the Ikaobasi family.
An erect pe-nis has no conscience.
