brownsugardr: My Landlord Is Intimidating Me And Wants To Evict Me Before My Rent Expires
I paid my house rent for one full year on 18/04/2019. My rent is due to expire on 17/04/2020.
But my Landlord is insisting it expired on 17/03/2020. Which is Eleven months. I have tried explaining to him but he wants to lock me out unless I pay immediately.
Please how do I get redress. Argue with evidence. Calculate in his presence using this calculator to clear his doubt. 365 days make one year https://www.timeanddate.com/date/durationresult.html?d1=18&m1=4&y1=2019&d2=17&m2=4&y2=2020&ti=on |

stevenchy16: How can the govt of Ogun said they "commission an isolation Centre." This shows how irresponsible this set of pple are? I mean it's an isolation Centre for crying out loud, it's not a freaky achievement that you want to use for ur 2nd term election point. We have a pandemic on our hands, a deep thinking government who has a clear idea of what the state needs, pandemic or not the health sector should have a place built ahead of time. Not convert one of your agric farm house into an isolation Centre and to make matter worse... They commissioned it. Chai. Unfortunately, politicians are using this pandemic to score cheap political points. One in Lagos shared bucket that has tap for public hand washing and was taking pictures up and down with the buckets. It is a pity |

backnbeta: Funny how you people are always envious of doctors! Only in Nigeria!!!
Is it not better to decentralize the testing so the country don't lose other probable cases to the communities? How many people can NCDC test? Are they not only testing polithiefcians and their families and a few celebrities? Is that what ya all want? Besides, how will doctors cash in on this when they are not saying let doctors test? They just want the tests decentralized so other accredited centers can help speed it up and reach more people NCDC should increase their testing centres themselves |
Health › Re: Coronavirus: NMA Asks FG To Allow Other Laboratories Run Test by Bluffly: 9:38am On Mar 28, 2020 |
They should not allow as this could lead to quick multiplication. Best practices may not be maintained at those labs and can be transmitted from there. So far it is among the elites, don't bring it to the common Nigerians as that will be the end of the case. |

Light78: The 12th pic though. Na one person go steal am go house.
I went to a pharmacy store to get some things. A hand sanitizer was placed closer to the door, and it is a must to use it.
I saw a man, after making use of it, he took out a small container and was drawing out as much as he could of the sanitizer.
I shooked my head and say," this is why people don't like helping "
I don't know why people are greedy. There are people like that all over the world and it doesn't stop anyone from helping except people who grudgingly help will stop helping. No matter what remain good and if it is bad you want remain bad. |

bigiyaro: I don't understand this kind of government o, what is "self isolate" instead of tracking down the people you say self isolate, what is the person decides to go to his village to self isolate? because he feels more comfortable there? so he's gonna spread the shit all the way from lag to wherever he came from, maybe some 10,000 km away, what if the individual is a psycho? " some one gave me, so am going to take everybody down with me" God help us all. They must self isolate before locating them. It is normal to announce as such. Drivers should always conduct parades on their vehicles and know about your tyres. Don't just buy tyres as some loose grip on dry or wet grounds and tyres have Speed limits. Check your brakes regularly and know what your mechanics are doing on your car. Nigerian Mechs have killed a lot as well.
