Dumbs. Did you see the purchase receipt to conclude that he bought it for 250m. Appreciated value is not same as purchase amount or do you also know what year the land was bought. First to comment generations
Nigeria is about your brain and sixth sense. Even if the light shows you green, use your sixth sense before moving as you are not sure of what has shown at the other end
Bose is an outgoing and sexually active young lady of 26, she got married to her hubby in November, 2018, they are now blessed with a big baby boy.
She was my student and very close to me and my family during her ND and HND days. She is just like a member of my family. I know that she was involved with two guys then, one a student in the same school during her ND and the other, a businessman in town during her HND days. Her affair with the businessman didn't materialise into marriage because the man wanted her to get pregnant first, a proposal she vehemently opposed because its like a taboo in her family and her religious organization.
That relationship broke and she met another guy who I didn't really know in 2017. She told me that the guy was easygoing and fun loving too so I didn't really had much advise to give other than the normal talks about being of good behaviour etc.
They got married in November 2018, she relocated to live with her hubby in Abuja, now they're blessed with a very big baby boy.
She visited me with her baby last weekend when she came to attend the funeral of her uncle here in Ondo State. She stayed in my place. It was then we really had time to talk. She told me that her husband believes so much in some archaic things that is affecting her badly.
For instance, he doesn't believe in the use of Air Conditioner because it is carcinogenic, he had sex with her last the day he realised she was pregnant in January. She said her hubby believed having sex with a pregnant woman will hurt the baby. She put to bed in August and since then nothing has happened because the hubby said no sex until breast feeding is over so that the breast milk will not be contaminated with semen.
I have been laughing since then but its not a laughing matter. She said this guy is so serious with these wrong facts and is not willing to let it go for anything and that she had engaged him in discussions over this many times with the guy sticking to his points. She said the guy is so caring and the way he dots on her and the baby is out of this world. He hired a nanny for her. the nanny followed her to Ondo State for the funeral and stayed with her in my place.
Honestly, I haven't heard this kind of thing before. I told her I'll post it on Nairaland and she said I should go ahead and that she will be interested in reading people's comments. I actually admonished her not to look the way of any other guy or be involved in extramarital affairs as that could lead to problems she won't be able to handle. She said that is almost impossible in the environment she lives in Abuja and the way her husband dots on the family. Good people, kindly advise please.
When you came here for agberos to advise, are you drumming support for her to cross the line. I don't get it. Let her carry her cross or be crucified
Daviddson: Very good! Nigerians envy the likes of US, UK, Germany, etc, but they're not ready to do half of what those countries citizens did or are doing that make their country so prosperous - a big irony! What's ₦50 that educated youths have been complaining about for months now? Do you think if French people don't pay taxes, VAT, etc, they'll be where they are today? In most developed countries, almost everything you buy or sell is taxed, so why the fuss here over a mere N50?
Oga, the countries you are talking about are seeing what they are paying for, but Nigerians are not. The countries you are talking about did not wait to tax citizens before putting up infrastructures as they sought out a way and they then maintain the standard with tax which can further develop other aspects but here government go for loan, they will embezzle it and keep increasing tax left and right and yet embezzle it. So is it the fault of the citizens or those in political leadership capacity.

Very myopic and idiotic guys. These are the ones been referred to by Trump all they want is to eat and Bleep hence they are greedy. They can't think and get a genuine source of living. Law must catch up with them
0monnak0da: There is no traffic problem in London,New York, Tokyo
Because they were built pedestrian friendly unlike our unplanned environs. There are trams and alternative intra city transport where you don't have to drive a car.
You are not planning neighborhoods, not maintaining best practices in market development, among many infrastructures that are not in place and you are signing a bill to do what
Sunisonflex39: I met this girl two years ago, to cut long story short, she told me that she is in a relationship. I respected the fact that she has a guy and I stopped making advance as a gentleman. But I call as much as possible just to check on her.
Then one night, her boyfriend chatted me up on Whatsapp and as gentlemen, we talked about it like matured people and I told him I am not gonna stick around that he should talk to his girlfriend.
I asked how he got my number, he said he secretly took it from her phone because of the many calls and most times I call, both of them are together.
I asked him what has the girl been telling him about me, he told me she is saying we are just friends and nothing much.
II apologized to him and said I will watch my limits that he should talk to the girl himself about it.
Two days passed, I have stopped calling the girl like I used to, then on the third day she called and asked me why did I change all of a sudden that I no longer chat her up or call like I used to, she was being emotional, and as a good friend, I love her and wouldn't want to see her sad.
I opened up to her about what transpired between me and her guy and I begged her not to confront him. She was so mad at the guy for chatting me up after she has told him many times that I am "just a friend".
I told the girl that for the sake of her relationship, I don't want to stick around and I don't want to be the guy that breaks people's relationships.
The girl started crying and said I should not leave her, that I should at least be her best friend that she can't loss me..
I agreed to be the bestfriend so as to make her feel happy..
Fast forward to this week, the girl said she loves me so much and didn't know how to tell me before and she is kind of confused to chose between her guy and me. I told her that I love her too but she should not leave anybody for me that we should just continue being friends and see what the future holds because no one knows tomorrow.
Few days ago, the girl said she wants to have sex with me.. and even going as far as telling me the style she wants..
I respect the fact that she is in a relationship and I even told her about it, but she was having non of it.
Please nairalanders, what should I do.
Look here, your game plan is to have her do your bidding over time. What the heck are you checking on her for? Are you her father? Can you accept that if someone is doing that for you GF. Your game plan is coming to light and you are here asking us stupid questions. You better Bleep off. You even betrayed the sensible BF with your devilish nature. Spit on you.
GeniusWannabe: You said he confronted you gentlemanly, and you both reached terms of agreement. With this, you shouldn't have opened up to the lady, giving her the benefit of the doubt that she wouldn't confront her partner.
To be honest, you have destroyed that relationship, even though you don't realize it. Trying to fix it might be ineffective but you have to try anyway, so you only have two options. You either cut all ties with the lady and go your way, and let things naturally fall into place, or stick with her as a friend and maybe become her man later on. Remember one thing however, what goes around comes around.
On point. Firstly why is he calling her regularly? For what. Obviously the guy was subtly working to break that relationship up. The girl telling her BF that he is just a friend and he calls regularly when he isn't her father or broker or uncle, even this family members don't call regularly. The Op deserves to be jailed as he is actualizing his dreams. So he shouldn't come here nd paint mr nice.
Law less country. Politicians that hate the massesare the same talking about death penalty for hate speech. With this video, INEC should cancel the election and disqualify the two parties with high votes.
There is crime all over the world. Home attacks, shops etc. But something must always be done. We should be vigilant and battle ready always as NPF is not ready for shit.
You can have daggers, whatever for self defence at home. Safeguard your homes with whatever you can. Defend to arrest and expose.
And let's commit our strategies unto God almighty and that we should not experience such because it can be awful.
I pray our governments wake up to real developments over budget developments. Good road development and network, town planning will aid security.

Guy academic result isn't same as day to day intelligence. Ladies only have their brain to task. While men task both brain and muscle

Potholes is not just our problem. We have a lot of undeveloped neighbourhoods that are still clays and spoils out car day in day out. We have a lot of densely populated Neighboorhoods that have their streets untarred for decades with no hope of not passing same to generations yet unborn. These neighbourhoods kept voting for Presidents, Governors, legislatures etc with no hope of being attended to
