For us to develop, everyone needs to work. Taxes have to be paid. The president has to work and so too do the senators. If Buhari wants to work and the senators don't want to, nothing will work. So, whether you put Obama as president, our current system will frustrate all his efforts. Nigeria's problem is not leadership but that of structure.

What ever salaries he has earned by occupying the office illegally should be refunded.

The constitution stated "evidence of education up to school cert. level or its equivalents". That can be interpreted beyond possessing a WAEC certificate.
