The highest you will get is 441 if single and up to 443 if married. With the current trend, you will mostly like get ITA in the next 1 or 2 draws... Ambidextrause: Congratulations to the successful applicants. This bodes well for the prospective applicants.
One thing I have noticed, upon reading the posts of successful applicants, is that without an MSc, it's almost impossible to get up to 450 in the CRS, even when you are under 30years, with very good IELTS score, 3 years working experience, but with just a BSc.
Please, let the experts here advise.

There's no option to choose a day... just months and by CIC's calculation, it's 3 years still. I'm sure there would be no problems as long as the reference letter gives the same information. I would also advice getting the reference letter to state only months and not exact date... cc: Onlineise SlowlybtSurely: They rejected a CEC candidate because of this. They will consider what your points should be when you got ITA.
Not sure if it's same for outland. |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by boldinc(m): 9:34am On Feb 09, 2017 |
Do not reject the ITA... You have 3 months to submit and before that ends, you would have completed 3 full years. So... begin to prepare all your documents and wait till the end of the 3/4weeks you need and then submit. All the best and congrats on your ITA. Onlineise: Goodmorning People,
Congratulations to everyone that got their ITA yesterday (including myself) and to the seniors with PPR status and the ancestors that have landed I hail thee all.
Quick One: My work experience for NOC 1114 is actually 2years and 11months...but while filling my profile it didn't request for actual date of the job...just month and year hence March 2014 - Feb 2017 makes it 3years on the dot but in actual date count i am short by 3weeks and some days.
The system counted it as 3years and gave me maximum points, should I go ahead and accept this ITA and run with it or reject and just wait till March or April?
Gurus please advise. |

I assume she could be younger than your are and age is a factor in earning points. Also, she might have a Masters' degree and you do not (as it was in my case). I will advice you use the link and try both ways and go with the person with the highest score. shamecurls: Thanks alot!
Can you explain "You might be better off with her being the principal applicant."

Applying with your wife is your best option... Adds more points when she writes IELTS and also gets her credentials assessed. You might be better off with her being the principal applicant. Find out how here - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.aspshamecurls: Good People of this Forum,
Is it advisable to apply with ones wife or alone? Which seems to be the surest path.

You should send in the whole 6 month statement... If it's a gift of deed, the deed itself will suffice. No need to send in the giver's statement of account. Thetherapist: Thanks. Would there be a need to attach a six month statement of account or just the month reflecting the deposit of such cash? Is there also a need to include the statement of account of the person giving the gift to show debit from his account to the receivers account? |

There's 100 USD limit on GtBank cards. Don't think you can use any Nigerian naira card to make payment. Your best option would be a dollar card or if you can get someone abroad or with an international card to help make the payment. Having a pass on your grade would not affect your score as they only need to know you graduated... However, getting a job over there might be affected, but as you said you are always lucky with regards to that and with your working experience, it might be a breeze. All the best! walejummy: pls house, I need your view and candid advice on my case, have read over 50% of this trend, I wish to apply but my concern is my university school result, I had pass as my grade, and am currently working with a microfinance, will this my university grade affect my application or obstruct me during credentials evaluation? Hey vcole, dupyshoo StS... What do you guys think please... If i send the bulk sum for POF to my wife's account and include an LOE with respect to that, would I need to send in my account statement as well? It could be done from my personal account or the company account which she is also on the board (maybe a board resolution to that effect)?
Please advice guys. Thanks |

Oh wow! I assumed you were the pool awaiting ITA soon... Sorry to hear that. 40manlappy: Congrats to the latest recipients of ITA. Gradually, the "ghost members" (courtesy dupyshoo) are gradually showing up
To borrow an expression, "when ITAs are ready, the ghost members will appear"
On a serious note, let me get this off my chest: our Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program application was not successful!
It depressed me for a few days. It also made me regret not attending the New Brunswick Information Session in Dubai to which we were invited last year.
Judging from the feedback on this thread, some of the attendees got ITA through that means. I had depended on the Manitoba PNP so much that I was not looking at other possibilities. For my mind, we were saving money for POF
Maybe we would have gotten New Brunswick's nomination now or even an ITA
Even when the Quebec application showed up last year, I didn't pursue it with much energy allowing our inability to speak French to be an excuse.
Lesson learnt: Going forward, I shall take advantage of all genuine opportunities that come our way...Atlantic Immigration Pilot, Quebec, etc |

You will need your husband to send the required funds into your personal account and then explain the reason for the lump sum with an LOE. yinyinola: Hello boldinc, oohunt, vcole, dupsyshoo.
It seems I am inthe same position as oohunt. Just to clarify, will I need to submit my husband's account statement with the LOE? Just to show his source of funds and to avoid any doubts as to how the funds got to his account? Thanks |
