Are you married? Got a Masters degree? What's your IELTS score? Share all possible details so we can help. blueblood1: Congrats to those with ita and those expecting. But with a Crs score of 382, What is my hope? Feel like crying when I see guys mentioning 430 something |

Thanks vcole... almost there! vcole: Congrats to all those expecting an ita in this highly unexpected draw. With the latest trend showing a marked increase in itas, I will like to admonish all who have received ita before now to kindly do all that's possible to submit on time. It's a no brainer that processing time for applications would begin to get prolonged due to the increase in the number of applicants. Also, it's advisable to submit your application before summer when the bulk of student apps start getting priority at visa offices. This is just my subtle note of warning to some of our peeps cc: boldinc, esosa4real |

Sorry about your scores bro. How did that affect your score? up to 400? How soon did you say your ECAs would be ready again? 40manlappy: @Bimpsy99: Thanks for the encouragement. May God grant us positive testimonies soon.
Congrats @Nogen and all those who got NOI/ITA |

Well... I'm hoping so for the case of most people here... But we need to bear in mind that at some point, people with start getting PNPs and at that point, the score usually goes back up... Anything is possible. sammyacbxyz: With the current trends, scores should drop to 400 by end of April, 2017 at 2-3 draws per month and at the falling rate of 6-7 points per draw. Who also sees this coming? |

Also has anybody being able to get the bank letter in the specified format from GTB for savings account? |

That is recommended only when you can't 'easily' get reference letters from some of the companies listed. If you can get reference letters for all, you might as well upload all but if not, input details of the ones accessible only... However, IT(ARE) MUST AMOUNT TO THE REQUIRED 3 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE CUMMULATIVE. So if your current job experience for example is over 3 years, you can use that alone. You can modify the funds aspect, but make sure it is within the respective range on the CIC website. damidamsel: Hi All....pls a quick question. I have been seeing questions about taking out some employment in work history but leaving in personal history but i dont understand. I actually did put almost all the jobs i have held in the work history section and now it asks me for reference from all. Pls how do i know which isn't generating points for me to take out. Secondly is this still doable if i have started uploading some docs.
Furthermore can i modify the funds available as opposed to pre-ITA e.g For a family of 3, i put 25000CAD pre-ITA but i now wanna change it to 20000CAD (18k plus is required) so as to be rather safe than sorry though we plan on trying to show pof of funds more than that.
Thanks as all info is highly appreciated. |

I am not sure about details on uploading your documents on the OINP website, but there should be instructions on what can or can't be done. However, to be on the safe side, visit www.pdfmerge.com and merge the 4 attachments to one document. It's pretty easy and straight forward. Lemme know if this helps... Beckyhopeful: Please house help me with answers ooooo.I am currently working on my OINP.I tried scanning all pages of my 64paged passport but i am unable to do so as it comes up with an error message.Pls can i scan the passport per 12pages meaning i will have like 4 attachments.I want to know if it is allowed to break up the scanned document(passport) and attach per batch as i am unable to scan all 64pages in a single pdf file.Pls respond.
Pls someone should respond to me. |

I'm putting all necessary documents in check. Haven't started the application process yet. I just want to get all the necessary information I will be needing so I can be well informed. My wife will be taking the IELTS exam come April and if she does better, I might make her the principal applicant. Thanks BOSS!!!! I really appreciate the time you spent writing back. Cheers... |

Are you in the pool now? What is your score? You do not need an agent to get this done... Nobody here used one. What stage are you in now with this process. Share and let's see how you can be helped. bigheadday: @40Manlappy... Thanks a bunch. I'm thinking of registering the IELTS exam for my wife now since she has a Bsc and her age is 30. Also I have been getting messages from one "Migrate Expert Canada" an online agent. Do you think using an online agent helps in securing a PR? I sincerely do appreciate your input and that of BoldInc as I have gained good knowledge of the process. Thanks men... |

You can take the information out i the 'work history'... There is no harm in that. But make sure you include the details in the 'personal history' section. That way, you do not have to present a reference letter and at the same time, your details pre ITA stays consistent... steoneill: Hi all, having a slight problem with employer reference letters and was wondering if anyone could help.
In my original application I included an employer whom did not affect my score and was only an employer for a short period of time.
Upon getting an invitation to apply, I have not been able to get a reference of employment from this employer. Is it better for me to remove this employer from the application entirely and submit with other employment history I have or to include it and instead of uploading a reference letter, instead upload an explanation that I was not able to gain any reference of this employer ?
I am worried that an inconsistency between my original application and the one I submit following my invitation to apply will mean a rejection for PR ! Does anyone have any experience with this or advice on what to do, would be greatly appreciated ! |

It will be advisable to follow up with your school and get them to respond same way they did the last time. showerses: Please my good people any suggestion will be appreciated.
I am doing my ECA with WES, on 6th January WES sent me an email that my documents have been sent to my school for verification and last week Thursday my school responded to WES and WES acknowledged it and their update changed from "waiting for verification from institution" to " Document received and in progress" but yesterday to my surprise WES sent me another email that they sent mail to my school and are waiting to hear from them and the update has gone back to "waiting to hear from your institution" what will i do as my school has already responded to them. I know that WES did system upgrade or something like that last 2weeks or so, Please what do i do? |

Welcome... 1. You can show your receipt and also documents to prove you owned the ladn (copies of the original document). Also attach the contract of sale and make sure your account statement show the lumps sum paid t your account from the buyer. 2. You can use your account statement still as long as the balance has enough for your respective POF... Also state where necessary in the form that you have outstanding loans. Give the details... 3. You do not need medicals until post ITA. All the best! Moatte: Hello guys ,
I am new to nairaland altogether...good job here helping one another.
Congrats to all who got ITA so far....I have a few questions please.
1. I intend to sell a piece of land to show my POF...what docs do I have to show?
2. I have a mortgage (house loan) running...on my current account (salary account) does this affect me negatively? Rent from the house pays back the loan or can I just use a different account.
3. Do I do my medicals upfront?
Thank you guys. |

I’d like to confirm if all letters of explanation are meant to be uploaded as one pdf document in the letter of explanation section or if each letter of explanation should go with other documents in the relevant section.
Thanks in advance. |

If your score after your MSc results are out would drastically increase your score, I would advice you wait. Otherwise, you can still be in the pool as long as you have evaluated you BSc. Wanna share your score as it is? bigheadday: @Boldinc.... Thanks a lot. But my result is yet to be out.. |

You will be better off being the principal applicant cos you have an MSc... bigheadday: @49Manlappy.... You're simply the best.. Actually, I just felt since I have taken the exam twice in 2013 with a score of LSRW 8.5,6.5.6.0,6.0 Just felt I could do better than her. I'm 35 and by June will be 36. She's 30 and will be 31 in Dec. I'm done with my Msc though the result is yet to be out. We both have Bsc from Uniben and above 3 years working experience. I'm thinking of taking the test as the principal applicant even if she will write it, just to boost my point because I feel I can be more outspoken than her in the process of securing the PR that's if nominated. But on a second though I might, if she happens to do better than I, she will be the principal applicant. Sincerely speaking, I'm still finding the missing link where I'm having lower score in the CRS. What best advice would you render? Wish we could talk or chat will be really nice.
My sincere appreciations bros.... |

Like I stated, it was a wild thought really that wasn't worth considering. Discarded it since
