pweshboi: LOL, now this is funny. Bro I appreciate your point of view but let me enlighten u as u feel it's only lazy people and people that do not like to take responsibility for their decisions and actions are the ones that pray. My brother even though you like it or not Nigeria is our own and it will never spoil rather we will continue to pray for its upliftiment and a better Nigeria. Let us remove ignorance and spirituality from this now... We both know that even those countries that uve mentioned do pray as well for a better life for themselves, we both know our leaders are the ones that are making the decisions in this country and the decisions they make up there is what is going to affect us all. What more can we do than continue to strive hard and never I repeat never stop praying for the upliftiment of this great nation called NIGERIA... You cant rule out the issue of prayer even for our leaders to make things right. Our national anthem is full of prayers and I don't think our gallant soldiers are out there playing as well... If you check the USA dollar you'll see "in God we trust" wats dat? A song or prayer? Our military officers are not being lazy rather they are fighting for a better and United Nigeria while you my dear brother should be asked what have you in ur non lazy and responsibilities taking way done for NIGERIA in order to make it great again? How has the prayers worked out for you so far? You are confusing hard work, and doing things things the right way with hoping things will be alright. When you pray, you are shirking your responsibilities. Everything wrong with Nigeria is Nigeria's own doing and no one else's. Nigerian's pray to get good leaders but most will vote based on greed and self interest. Everyone know's what the solution is but rather than roll up their sleeves to get to work in fixing it, they are on their knees praying. If i were God, do you think i would listen to people who knowingly do the wrong things but expect me to come help them out of the hole they dug for themselves? And blaming leaders for your woes is funny to say the least. Where do the leaders come from? Leaders come from the citizenry and not from the moon. Nigeria can never have good leaders because the citizenry as a whole are bad. Bad citizen = bad leaders. |

Well I am not going to be debating you over Ngozi's obvious professional and academic achievements.
She is now on the board of a regional economic bank.
Now go and drink bleach you jealous afonja zombie You are still doing it. Do you know how incoherent you sound? We are talking about Okojo Iweala, you are diverting to Buhari. What has one got to do with the other? Or what has her appointment got to do with her being called what she is not? Smh. pretydiva: hello kiddo..go tru my comment, read it slowly dis time. I did. You need to read it again and understand the ramifications of your thought process. When you say " all" beauty queens are whores, you are basically saying every woman is a who.re because the contestants are selected from different backgrounds and demographics. I could as well say all Nairalanders are thoughtless because of this one comment you made. You can't judge everyone by the standards of one person or make generalizing statement like that. Let's not even forget that being a lesbian is no one's phucking business or having sex for that matter. Or are you going to tell us you are a virgin? My wafi friend say, "all babes are virgins till they get pregnant". |

Wishing that there is some higher power that will bail or help you out of your predicament is a disaster waiting to happen and which is already happening. If God were a factor, how do you explain the successes of countries like Japan, china, switzerland, iceland, etc? Only people who are lazy and do not like to take responsibility for their decisions and actions pray. |

Health › Re: Why Do Most Nigerian Men Develop A Pot Belly Stomach So Early? by Bollinger(m): 2:31am On Oct 20, 2016 |
ianSweet: Yes, many Nigerian women develop a pot belly stomach too as soon as they start getting pregnant and giving birth. A good reason for that.
What i don't really understand is why you find many Nigerian men with protruding stomachs, the most annoying part is seeing young men who are just in their thirties and some not even yet married with such protruding bellies. Do you guys get pregnant and deliver babies too? I mean how hard is it to go to the gym regularly and ensure you keep fit? Some stark lazy ones, once they just get married, they start ordering their wives to pound yam for them every night, eating and boozing carelessly without control.
I am not excusing our women on this too, all am saying is that women have good reasons why they loose their shape after marriage, but men have no goddamn excuse. There is no good reason for a man or woman to have pot belly. It is a sign of not giving a phuck about your appearance or looks when you let yourself go physically. It is just too easy to look Good and stay healthy. All it takes is eating right and using 30 minutes of your time to exercise daily. Check out my profile. You will see a beautiful woman staring at you. My wife. She was 40 years old this year when that picture was taken and she's given birth to 3 kids. She puts in quality time everyday to ensure she keeps me interested and herself healthy. If you don't take care of something, that thing will leave you. |
