ObiOmaMu: Ray is a Nigerian 'big boy' based in Malaysia. Versace debuted its Palazzo Empire bag back in February this year, here is Hushpuppi with three of the bags, each is worth about N1million, at Versace Piazza Duomo.
Actress Anita Joseph was among followers who were asking him for a piece. Meanwhile, Ray moved over to Gucci after his purchase at Versace and shared more pics below.
http://www.lailasblog.com/2016/04/nigerian-big-boy-spends-n3million-on-3.html This is pure nonsense. What is the big boy in spending money of designer luxuries. Nobody cares to ask what he does for a living and he now earns a bragging right to be called a big boy and should be respected because he is pictured with bags. I wonder what kind of society we live in. The next thing we read is the same big boy with cocaine stuff up his butthole |

HornyTiwa: The man made a mistake by becoming jobless. He was never jobless. He just spent more than he earned. Tiwa should never had been his only client if he was a serious person. He should be looking out for talent and managing their careers. Chasing endorsement deals and shows for these clients and getting his commission. People are mistaken that Tiwa was the breadwinner. Probably he allowed it. Tiwa is the product and he manages the product and should earn for providing services. I think the couple made a mess with the arrangement. I don't know how is being done in Nigeria, but it is the management company that looks for business for these celebrities, who just sit around and wait for the call to come in. Even payments are made to the management company, they take their cut and credit the artiste/actor/book writers etc |

More dirt. There is more to this story. I recall watching her said she want to meet one of her big bros to ask for N45 million. I don't know the big bros and I don't want to speculate, but you don't approach people to beg for N45million as free cake if there is nothing on the side.
N45million is not N10 or N100,000.
A lot of people are claiming that Tiwa is hurting, but I don't think so. She moved out of the house for two months and kept quiet about it. The husband could not take it anymore because of financial troubles and decided to spill the beans.
Both of them are just crazy people. Fame got into Tiwa's head, stupidity got into the husband's head. I also don't understand why people keep stressing on him being broke. He was her manager and earns a certain percentage of the income. I just think they messed up their affairs, business and marital affairs. |

jeytee: You and I both know the whole solar panel ish is not so true, fine it works for some but the same time its rubbish for some...inverters no matter powerful need electricity either from Nepa or a gen to charge them plus the battery lifespan is also another issue to consider,I've had numerous battery issues, the latest was when one of them exploded, the inverter is good but lets stop painting it as an alternative to generators or Nepa outrightly I don't know why you are pessimistic. At least I can share my bitter experience with inverters because I have used over 5. I even currently have a 5kva inverter laying idle. I have a solar panel and I am guaranteed of light once the sun is up. My only issue is with my batteries which have caused me pains like previous inverters used. I don't want to change them yet because I am tired. If I don't put on some much load on my inverter and with my weak 4 batteries I am guaranteed of 24 hours power supply plus solar power. If you don't load your inverter and you have good batteries, I believe it can last you better. Recall, he has a 1.5kva and uses four 200amp batteries. I believe it should last him for 3 days if the batteries are fully charged and working well. Except he overloads the inverter. |

DMerciful: That mercury inverter is good but has poor charging that will ruin your batteries in 6 months. Do not mislead people with substandard inverter cos of cost that they'll surely regret and I know cos I have used that mercury inverter and I still have it somewhere in my house. Had to buy this mopower when my batteries start discharging too quickly and my batteries were restored What did you use to restore your batteries. My batteries are draining too. |
Science/Technology › Re: How my inverter is saving me in this poor power supply and no-fuel situation by Boss13: 8:01am On Apr 25, 2016 |
oyb: the lies these inverter hustlers tell . .
1) you require power to charge the inverter - at least 16 hours for 8 hours supply.
the inverter is a supplement to power supply. it is NOT a replacement
2) the batteries will last at most 2 years. and that is not guaranteed since there seems to be a repackaged battery racket, or maybe its just the usual low quality for the nigerian market
3) 90% of the inverters sold are piece-of-sheet that fail in under 6 months. after this the looong story with the seller starts.
my advice is to go for a mercury 2.5kva inverter, (modified sine wave) direct from coscharis - it is 22-25K . it is RUGGED. nepa fluctuation, overload, all of that, it will work with those. DO NOT BUY THE PURE SINE WAVE inverter. [a friend bought one and it failed in a week] all these pure sine wave are chock full of electronics that cannot be properly maintained locally.
batteries [coscharis] are 50k
all these sukam , mopower , luminous etc are overpriced
due to bad advice, i bought luminous batteries December last year at 56k . imagine how pissed i was when i went to coscharis and found their batteries were 48k [at the time] .
a 2.5kva inverter does not need more than 2 12v batteries [preferably 200ah]
you wont even need a rack. just put the batteries on the foam packaging, put the inverter on the batteries and you're good to go. you can opt for rewiring, but you need a COMPETENT ELECTRICIAN if you want to go that route.
a lot of the inverter sellers will cut corners and install the cheapest wiring you can find. i know because i recommended one to a friend some years back. i was so ashamed when i went visiting and saw the rubbish job the guy had done. cables looking as if they would catch fire any minute.
anyway, like i said, go to coscharis VI. they also have a warehouse in computer village.
anyone who tells you you need less than 8 hours to fully charge standard inverter batteries is lying. You have a point my brother. Battery is key. I am suffering from bad batteries. Though I intend to manage them till it packs up finally. Please don't buy batteries from Alaba even if the supplier gets it directly from manufacturer. As long as it is Alaba, don't buy. In short don't buy inverter from Alaba as well. |

Inverter is very good. I have not bought fuel for my generator since this month, even with my bad batteries, the fuel I previously had I decided to turn it into my car. If one can have enough money to buy an Telsa X model vehicle, no need to worry about fuel scarcity in this country.
It truly saves money. |

Nigeria is a lawless country and people have even forgotten that the law exists, that's why instead of taking up the issues maturely and lawfully, some foolish people will be threatening physical abuse.

From what I heard from reliable source, it was IFEANYI UBA (CAPITAL OIL) that single handedly initiated and made sure the idea was implemented by Buhari. He said he was ready to risk his investment if the idea did not work.
I think he should appoint Ifeanyi Uba as one of his special adviser especially on economic issues thats if he will accept it. He did brilliantly with the advise.
