CelebritiesRe: D'banj Responds To Multiple Debt Allegation by callmenow: 7:38pm On Nov 26, 2014
The thing that gets me is that people like you expect the likes of Jonathan and the kokomaster to respond to every allegation. If it is not answered immediately, it means it is true. The brain, sense and gullibility of the average of Nigerian does not cease to amaze me. Next some woman will accuse the kokomaster of giving her a belle, then he must deny it immediately or else. You and the other so called Nigerians should get much needed employment, and stop dwelling on this energy sapping gossip. Phew!

DickDastardly:
Silence is consent!
Oga D'bang, thats not the smartest reply. If you aint broke as speculated simply say so.
Btw, nobody gives a hute if its true or not, afterall na your wahala like you insinuated in your response.

Dbanj is a big and strong brand. Dbanj brand is worth in excess of a billion dollars. All these useless allegations will not derail the kokomaster. The haters will be derailed with jealousy.
BusinessRe: Jonathan Refutes MURIC's Allegation Of Jewish Symbol On N100 Note by callmenow: 3:08pm On Nov 25, 2014
Why does the presidency refute all these scurrilous allegation I hear ask? Because the average Nigerian is gullible. Nigerians believe that except if someone vigorously refutes unfounded allegation, then there is no smoke without fire. The problem is that 98% of Nigerians can be classified as the average Nigerian. Bereft of originality. I repeat, the Nigerian people are cursed and the presidency is a poisoned chalice.
PoliticsRe: Show The World Your Proof Of My $5m APC Mansion In California - Sowore by callmenow: 4:27pm On Nov 20, 2014
Shine your eyes.

Sowore took the egunje. Trust me. I cannot detail the facts I have seen on these pages for now. The owner of this will be revealing all shortly. Sowore is a dirty man. Double dealing nonce

texazzpete:
Can you please show me were it has been 'revealed'? All I see is an unsubstantiated post from an unknown news blog, which looks suspiciously like the usual ones set up by the Government to hoodwink Nigerians (remember the embarrassing ipaidabribenaija.com?).

Sowore has thrown down the gauntlet. Can you now pick it up or provide proof or if you cannot, keep your mouth shut?

If proof does not come in the next few days, then we have no choice but to conclude that this is a deliberate attempt at character assassination by PDP agents.
PoliticsRe: Show The World Your Proof Of My $5m APC Mansion In California - Sowore by callmenow: 4:43pm On Nov 15, 2014
This Sowore must have a thin skin. After libeling virtually every politician for gain, he is frothing in the mouth that the 'egunje' (wedge) that Asiwaju bunged him has been revealed. A good journalist will keep quiet and go away like happened in 2011 with Sowore's erstwhile boss, Jonathan Elendu of elendureports.com. Sowore must fall on his sword. Cr0ok, Barawo, etc.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Army Retakes Mubi From Boko-Haram by callmenow: 7:13pm On Nov 13, 2014
The US, EU and UK, Russia and China has refused to sell any arms to Nigeria because of what Nigerian Army did at Odi, Bayelsa and Zaki Biam during OBJ's tenure under the human right abuse (It was claimed by CNN and BBC that more than 8000 people were massacred by the Nigerians Government, before Jonathan's Administration). Which is why Nigerian army went to SA (of all places) to buy weapons. The Nigerian armed forces have run out of ammunitions and serviceable equipment. Boko Haram knows this. They will know when this embargo is lifted by our so called 'friends'. The ignoramuses on this forum who refuse to see the writing on the wall should take a jump. An army without ammunition and equipment is not strictly 'armed forces'. Meanwhile Boko Haram are shipping over ammunition from Libya and Sudan unimpeded. The thing is why the buffoon CDS can not fess up to his fellow citizen about the situation.

El Rufai is suddenly bereaved. What with that death of the blood thirsty and 'virgin' defiler with the nom de guerre of Shekau. Remember their plan was drag this 'insurgency' until presidential election. The wheels has come off their devilish plans. May the 'innocent' departed Nigerians rest in peace. May El Rufai and his Boko Haram warriors roast in the hottest part of hell for the trivialising the lives of Nigerians

PoliticsRe: Chibok: ‘it’s Very Easy To Criticize Jonathan Without All The Details’ – Fashola by callmenow: 11:23am On Sep 10, 2014
You are obviously a Jonathan hater, which you have the inalienable right to. The current CDS is from Adamawa, who is no friend of Jonathan. Jonathan being the C-in-C has given all the funds requested by the CDS and COAS. He has even changed the COAS and CDS for good effect. The 'West' meanwhile has refused to sell arms to Nigeria. A policy that has been in force since Abacha regime. The armed forces have been buying arms in black market. Those in the know (like Dr Stephen Davis, who has spoken to evil Shekau) praise Jonathan for his sterling effort, however, people like you and Lai Mohammed will only rest if Jonathan resigns or even 'dies' in office. I feel sad that instead of advancing ways to contain these bestial, inhuman vagabonds, you are bent on blaming others for a problem that has always been in Nigeria well before the present regime.

egift: The more details details you find out Jonathan has, the more you agree he deserves all the blame for this failure:
- There is no way he was not informed of the abduction few hours after it happened, yet he was in Kano dancing Skelewu with a female party agent.
- He has not visited the community months after the abduction.
- He sent out his attack dogs to convince the world it was a scam (even tarnishing our national reputation the more before the world).
- He summoned the victims to visit him instead of visiting them. He even tried to bribe them too.
- His wife made caricature of the plights of the Chibok victims with a crocodile tears on National TV.
- He turned deaf ears and played dumb to all the calls and campaigns to do something meaning and be a leader for once.
- He had people negotiate on his behave and never had the gut to finish it, pull out at the dieing minute. Even lying about it.
- Overseeing the most corrupt administration in history (where Police Pension and Security Budget are stolen with anyone getting punished.
- All the folks accused of founding, masterminding and funding terror, all have very close ties with Jonathan's administration.
- And so much more...

With the current security situation in Nigeria, Jonathan has failed morally, patriotically, politically, economically, as a father of the nation, as a leader, technically, strategically, responsively and mentally. Except when it comes to corruption (inflating security budget and demanding a Billion Dollar Loan).

Punch must be banned. This 'clueless' toilet paper continues to mislead Nigerians. Chuka Umunna cannot be the prime minister of UK in 2015, etc because he is not a leader of any political party or his party to be particular. He is currently in the shadow cabinet of the Labour Party, led by the admirable Ed Miliband. Why is it that Punch and SR do not even bother to google information and go off to publish controvertible thrash. Am out of here ...

What a speculative thrash? Let me try this one. Omoyele Sowore of Sahara Reporters is being treated at a secret location of a debilitating illness. It is alleged by 'insiders' that he is afflicted by HIV/AIDS and 'kidney failure'. His recent trip to India for the treatment of a 'headache' has not been ascertained by 'Nigerian' Journalists who has been investigating this 'human issue' story. meanwhile, Mr Omoyele Sowore is said to be comatose and 'friends' are planning to 'repatriate' him to Nigeria for anointing by TB Joshua/ and possible death.
FamilyRe: Adichie’s Feminism: Vacuums And Fallacies By A. Gonzaga by callmenow: 12:01pm On Aug 01, 2014
The OP completely misses Ms Adichie stance on Nigeria and her take on Feminism. For the avoidance of doubt, Ms Adichie does not take prisoners. She did not 'dis' Achebe. On the contrary, she stated that Achebe authored for a different time and place. She also admitted that Achebe was a pioneer. On Nigeria, she is 'angry' that we (Nigerians) are apologetic for 'disengaging' from intellectual pursuits and dwelling more on trivia and rampant consumption. On feminism, she believes that the 'black woman' especially the eboe women are too differential to the black men. That the women are often seen as an appendage of the male of the species. Essentially, she believes in unapologetic equality of men and women. She is using her 'status' as an 'International Author' to promote her activism. Ms Adichie is the epitome of 'class' and sophistication. Above all, she has grace. It is an insult to compare Ms Adichie and other 'Nigerian' women (even the blessed Dr Iweala). She is hair, head and shoulders above them all. She is not a politician, nor an entertainer, but a brilliant mirror to the 'disgusting' Nigeria (in particular eboe land) society we wish to propel to the 21st century, despite the screaming in the background

Malala is a school girl quite alright. She is still at the secondary school in Birmingham, UK as noted elsewhere. That is just about it. She is the most fearless 17 year old school girl or boy on the planet. I will also hazard a statement that she is also the most powerful 17 year old. She goes to where she likes. She also says what she feels. She cannot be censored. She has a foundation worth millions of dollars. On top of that she has addressed the UN, EU, etc. She also meets the president of whatever country she cares to visit. Yes and she is a devout Pakistani Moslem, hence her dressing and comportment. It is an honor for her to visit Jonathan whilst in Nigeria. She is very welcome. It is also good that the President, Vice President and CME spent some time with her. I also admire her advice to Nigerian Moslem, especially the Sultan, who has been duplicitous.

What do you mean by innocent people? Are you ignorant of the bombing in Abuja and elsewhere lately? The bombers are'innocent' till today. Is it 'right' for people to be killed because of the right of the 'innocent'? How do you determine who is 'innocent'? Your OP was discussing their travails in eboe land. While I do not support harassment or abuse ordinarily and demand the 'rule of law' at all times. Nigeria has changed suddenly. We must adapt to these new changes in the polity

NYSCRe: Muslim Corps Members Harassed In Abia State Over Bokoharam Issues by callmenow: 5:02pm On Jul 09, 2014
It is right for the residents of Abia, Imo and Enugu to be wary of 'strangers'. It is also right for the residents of Chibok to be wary of 'strangers'. The Executive President of Nigeria must declare that people must carry their ID cards at all times. Then he must also instruct the Police and Army to implement a 'SUS' law. This law will mean that Police or 'law enforcements' can stop and search anyone who acts suspiciously at any time. These are dangerous times to be a resident Nigerian. It is pointless and very wrong for the Corpers to pretend that they are unaware of the movement of 'terrorists' in our midst. Wish you a safe sojourn wherever and whenever you live your place of abode. If you do not like it, then stay put where you are and refuse to serve in other location. It is not by force after all
PoliticsRe: North Has More Resources Than Niger Delta - Goodluck Jonathan by callmenow: 10:44pm On Jan 10, 2014
Jonathan has to be careful. Our plan has always been for him to start this campaign in 6 months time when the 'opposition' is busted. Buhari and Tinubu are not good bed fellows. So their uneasy alliance will crumble in time. Our prediction has always been third quarter of this year for the parting of ways. My northern brothers are like 'siberian prostitutes'. They always flock to whomever will provide warmth. The opposition have been rattled by our sereneness. We must continue to be serene. These are oil block mongers. We must not use the language of 'we will win'. The opposition will soon start screaming 'rigging' with fanaticism even before the event, using that as the 'casus belli'. They have developed form all of sudden. Leakages and open letter will continue to undermine their potency. Tinubu has been enfeebled by illness. Buhari is yet to have his surgery, which require serious and probably lengthy convalescence. Nigerians vote with their stomach. The so called governors are only but toothless bulldogs. This will not change any time soon. Let us remain serene. PDP with Jonathan or another northern PDP stalwart.
PoliticsRe: Sanusi Erases Scheduled Leave, Dares Jonathan by callmenow: 3:16pm On Jan 10, 2014
The grounds under which the Governor, Deputy Governor or Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria can be removed from office are spelt out in Section 11 of the Central Bank of Nigeria (Establishment Act0, 2004. Section 1 of the Central Bank of Nigeria (Establishment Act) provide thus:

(1) A person shall not remain a Governor, Deputy Governor or Director of the Bank if he is-

(a) a member of any Federal or State legislative house; or

(b) a Director, officer or employee of any bank licensed under the Banks and Other Financial Institutions

Act.(2) The Governor, Deputy Governor or Director shall cease to hold office in the Bank if he-

(a) becomes of unsound mind or, owing to ill-health, is incapable of carrying out his duties;

(b) is convicted of any criminal offence by a court of competent jurisdiction except for traffic offences or contempt proceedings arising in connection with the execution or intended execution of any power or duty conferred under this Act or the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act;

(c) is guilty of a serious misconduct in relation to his duties under this Act ;

(d) is disqualified or suspended from practising his profession in Nigeria by order of a competent authority made in respect of him personally;

(e) becomes bankrupt;

(f) is removed by the President : Provided that the removal of the Governor shall be supported by two-thirds majority of the Senate praying that he be so removed .It is clear that by Section 11 subsection 2 (f) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (Establishment) Act that the president can remove the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria provided the removal is supported by two thirds majority of the Senate praying that he be so removed. In other words, the President can remove Sanusi Lamido if he is supported by 72 Senators that represents two-thirds majority in the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It follows that Sanusi Lamido refusal to heed to the request of President Jonathan that he resign his appointment as the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria is proper.

The president is spoiled for choice. Options a or b above are plausible grounds for dismissals. Jonathan needs his attorney general to earn his pay. I can intervene here he does not know how to apply this clauses. This is in keeping with Jonathan's beholding to the 'rule of law'

I do advance ideas. Perhaps you can familiarise yourself with my previous posts. However, unlike some tribalist in these forums, I strongly object to tribalistic rantings, speculations and hate. We must always aspire to attain a civilised view on issues. I cannot comment on fraudulent speculations and mindless nonsense. I try to be the voice of reason always. Think before you comment. Why, where and when are these online agencies getting these 'news'. As you can see, I have also written to SR and Sowore to back up their 'investigation'. But they are serene. Yet others are advancing irrelevant opinion on speculative punts by the like of SR because of their hate of their hate for everything JONATHAN. Haters die early.

linearity: @Callmenow, you do not advance your view by not taking time to suggest reasons why your position is accurate, name calling and blank statements do not really advance discuss.

I backed my positions, agreed they might be faulty and I will accept that they are not absolute but it would have helped if you also backed up your position.

Since, I last post, I have done further research and found out that though, the Senator's wikipedia page was edited several within the page week but there is nothing to suggest that the edit was to remove any reference to St. Paul in the US as cited by some online blog. I used the services of web archiving machine and was able to see the screen shot of the Senator's wikipedia page as it was on October 23, 2013 & January 1, 2014; the old screen shot are identical to what wikiepedia is saying today and those old screen shots did not make any reference to St. Paul.

If thisday editorial is true, the president can invoke the 'doctrine' of necessity and sack him and explain to the NASS why it was expedient for him to act. You can not have two sovereign 'presidents' in a country. Sanusi is one of the people that have been doing all they can to sabotage this presidency. Sanusi is truly shameless. What is he still doing there? I predict that he is trying to cover his tracks. It has been said that EFCC will pick him up for all the frauds he has been perpetrating at CBN, running into billions. I am sure another competent banker could be raised from the sector to work with the economic team. The tribalists on these forums and elsewhere and their SR cohorts should pause and reflect what our humble servant is going through in the name of due process/rule of law. I urge Jonathan to remain serene. I will look at the ways and means to expedite the ejection of Sanusi from CBN. His action are affecting the nations emergence as a global economic behemoth (MINT)

Perhaps NLs has unwittingly been used by slanderers to get away with 'murder'. The so called opposition wasted everyone's time arguing about a non issue. I stated earlier that SR is a fraudulent organisation. A hatchet website. Can SR come out and tell NLs or show us the correspondence between them and St Pauls college administrators. @agbameta and others are not focussed on the fact that SR has done it again. Fabricated information, disseminated the same information wilfully without let. Perhaps you should all audit your selves. Question>>>
Is she talking about the fake honorary MBA degree or the one from where we don't know and obviously not from St Paul.
linearity: Sometimes, we fail to use common and sense and end up running circles around ourselves.
What the St. Pauls President said can be truth without contradicting what Sahara Report ran. The basic of Sahara report was not St Paul College, Virginia - (http://saintpaulsnet.com/) does not offer Master degree in Business Administration and the Honorable Senator CV during confirmation contain such a degree alleged to have been obtained from St. Paul.
Since, the question of if St. Paul College offer a Masters degree or not is a public information, one does not need a court order to obtain that information from the President of St. Paul, in fact that information readily available to member of the public on the college's website. Anyone can put a call to the register or President of any School and ask such a question, they will never require you to bring a court order.
Since, we know and it is a public knowledge that St. Paul's College, Lawrenceville, Virginia does not offer Master's degree in Business Administration, is it true that in additional to listing her BSc as coming from St. Paul College, did the Honorable Senator also indicate in her CV that she obtained a Masters degree from St. Paul?
So far the Senator have not responded, all we have is some facebook profile which can be edited.
The Honorable Senator's Wikipedia page indicates that she receives and I quote.."...her Bachelors and Masters Degree (in Accounting and Business Administration respectively) in the United States.

Everything in Nigeria is handled unprofessionally, no wonder we are yet to achieve our potential as a nation. In a sane clime, when an allegation of this magnitude is made against a public official, it becomes imperative that the accused comes forward to provide explanations regardless of the source. So far, we have not heard anything from the office of Stella Oduah apart from a press release that they would not be commenting on the issue.
This is not only an affront to the sensibilities of Nigerians but it goes to show the level of moral decadence that has enveloped the nation, especially when you consider that some illiterates on this forum are still justifying what is an obvious case of falsification of educational qualifications.
