This is not really about Fato. Fato will be fine. The point is that they should stop demonizing people just for daring to come forward. Ask yourself if it were your daughter or sister making these allegations would u be behaving the same way. Stop trying to destroy people for coming forward. If victims are scared into never daring to come forward the practice will continue and grow till it gets to someone close to u.

Point is, u can be a prof without being a Dr., hence Soyinka. Example, Davido may be appointed professor of popular music at a uni. That makes him a prof regardless his education level

In the past, it was possible to become a prof without PhD. Assessment was based on other criteria, like journey publications, etc. But today, to even become a senior lecturer in a Nigerian University, you must have a PhD. Some schools even insist on PhD for Lecturer 1.
