Canada hardly gives visa to those who apply with Hotel Reservations. An invitation letter from someone based there is your best bet. Even with 10m in your bank account, as long as you don't have an invitation letter, you will get exact same result

Got biometric correspondence letter of validity on 13th June 2019.
Got refusal on 14th June 2019...
Details of refusal : sec 179b no ties to home country and Canada..
Financial status and personal assets..
Purpose of visit..
No sure I would leave after my stay...


My application : visitor's Visa
Applied with mum's statement of account with about 4.7m
Invitation letter from my husband relative..
Have 3 kids attached birth cert each
Doc's report referring my case
Purpose ..medical treatment
Added letter of explanation
Land docs
Doc showing am undergoing a master's program
Husband's employment letter...
Am a lawyer..
Length of stay ...4months

What else should I do Should I apply again? How can I prove that I would return back to Nigeria..

Yes if not these drs that r agreeing to give appt sef will stop nd then everyone will be bk to square one cuz I know alot of drs that used to take cash patients and of recent said no ao something must have gone wrong somewhere.

Even with me, some ppl will.ask me to help them find accomodation, i will.find oo nd landlord will agree after begging only to disappointment them cuz

1. All of a sudden,these ppl now have ppl here ( so annoying)
2. they will.not even communicate again cuz they have used u nd dumped u.

So in this case, we r making things difficult for ourselves and ppl do not want to help again

Am in same situation and my deadline to submit it is on tuesday. I have an appointment with Dr Ayodele, booked through phone before i submitted my application but the secretary have refused to email it to me. I have spent so much on calling them to explain but the secretary insists they dont have an email address. I dont know what to do

Please i am a little confused about the TLS website.
I choose VI Centre
for my Biometerics was charged 55GBP each
for return courier was charged 14GBP each
for Flexi was charged 84GBP each (coz they insist applying as family must pay for flexi)
Total about 170 GBP per person (N400,000)
I am applying for 5 family members do i need to pay all these fees just for a visa?
Isn't this extortion?

This excludes 4,400GPB already paid for visa fees.
I am already thinking of cancelling the application what is the refund procedure

If I'm the VO that treat your application I will issue you 25 years visa durations so you wont disturb the embassy with your papers next time. Many applicants dey queue to attend to jare

One mom on here has CS and got discharged same day according to the post I read through , she said it was a fast and painless surgery the doctor examined and discharged her within the 24 hour time frame

Yes I get that. But it’s online application. How will they sign? Since we are not allowed to print the form and sign with pen for anything online application.
Also, they say the form can not be saved on the system. Once I save all the stuff I filled in goes away. So how Will the family representative signed on the form online ?

You are indeed lucky and highly favored. People get banned for 5yrs for misrepresentation for that mistake you made in your first application. That the refusal letter did not come with a ban is the testimony. Big congratulations to you.
