Minimum wage, Health Hazard, Consolidated salaries etc; all made to cut across, but na this one you dey take deceive yourself sey na only CONPSS go collect...

Wake up and smell the coffee mumu, it's impossible to just adjust a single salary structure like that.

Stop reasoning like a gateman that hopes FG would pay him like his boss one day...

It's called Consolidated Allowance for Conpss salary structure. It's an allowance, not an addition to basic salary structure. What I told you is something many have confirmed. Only those on Conpss are getting that allowance.

What he meant is that the increment is for those FG workers that are paid with Conpss salary structure only. Others with better salary structure are not included.

Your sister's level will b Grade 08 step 8. that step 8 will add up to ur sister's salary. Probably she has been on the level for long or she was given level 08 step 5 at point of entry. salary of grade 08 step 2 is not same as grade level 08 step 5,6 to bar. If you sister is on grade 6 then her step will b 15 or bar. so, its possible for her salary to b 60k becose of the step. ask your sister of her step. I will find out about avaition officer by monday.[

I doubt aviation use same salary scale like other ministries though, just saying

Aviation go make sense, I heard they are not on Conpss like most ministries.

In as much it is Ministry, they are all under CONPSS.

Not really, Federal ministry of Justice as an example doesn't use Conpss but Conjuss, I have seen posts that imply this two ministries also doesn't use Conpss. I just seek clarification

CONPASS is for paramilitary agencies viz NSCDC, NIS, FFS, NCorrectionalS excluding Nigeria Customs Service.
CONPSS is Consolidated Public Service Salary Structure for core Ministries excluding Justice, Petroleum and Aviation. It also includes some parastatals such as NTA, Railway, NIPOST, Population Commission, VON (although they are already proposing a salary increment) and a host of others. You may want to avail your self of information on CONSOLIDATED SALARY STRUCTURES FUNDED BY NATIONAL TREASURY. There are a lot.

We also have SPECIAL SALARY STRUCTURES FUNDED BY NATIONAL TREASURY

and then we have SELF FUNDED AGENCIES
