Waoh. I am just hearing this. Good value abroad if well organized. I started yam export to India in 2009 with ease. Great business; done with ease. However I have not done exports of yams in the recent times. |
Cindypresh:Be careful what you say. Are there no men in your house? |
See the nose of the short foolish young woman. The nose like cow poo. The worthless boy even continued after repeated warnings. How will he fend for the woman when he”ll spend the rest of his life in jail? Ebenezer Obey sang that famous song. Eni ri nkan re, to fe ku pelu re…”. Now he can only see the woman in court, if the woman is charged at all, otherwise he wasted rest of his life. What an idiot. The same will go for the woman, who will spend the rest of her life regretting her philandering ways. |
Very sad to hear. May God preserve the lives of the driver and his friend. |
Nonsense and ingredients. They always use yeye English to confuse the unknowledgeable. Whose fault is it when meter users bypass meters? For uncountable years, it has been very well known that in the smaller country beside us called Benin Republic, it is impossible to bypass meters. You would never dare to bypass your electric and water meters. Without delay you will land in jail with a heavy fine included. How can government, knowing that there are laws against energy theft, have failed to use the laws against energy thieves? If after 62 years on independence we still have such percentage of citizens unmetered or even not connected to electricity, is it not the fault of government? Is it not the business of government to provide such services nationwide? Unfortunately corruption will not permit them. They get into positions of power and loot as much as they can, use the looted amount to perpetuate themselves in power. All through the period of military rule, we were told how NEPA had become a veritable source of corruption and stealing. The same people who tell us that government can no longer provide those services, set up companies, talk to us about privatization and finally turn up to purchase those organizations with looted public funds. Jagbajantis intete. |
yarimo:Your dubious man is better than you, a complete calamity to yourself and those around you. |
Forbidden in Awka. It is a taboo in the land to kill monkeys. The man knows that as obviously he is from there. Even if he is not from Awka, he knows that it is a taboo. That’s why he appealed for forgiveness. |
EzeChukwuIgbo:Who is more confused now? Your comment shows that you are part of those asked not to have any hope in Lagos of holding any office. Why not quietly respect yourself by relocating to your state? That is if you even know your state. |
OP no be you get warehouse. No dey do borrow pose. How can you build a warehouse of that size with no plan about the purpose of it? Abeg bros dress far. |
OP abeg, na back yard of your house be that or front house? That lylon sharp pass that place. Abeg no vex o! |
Jewessgratitud3:What’s the fellow complaining for? He can jolly well find his way to America, since he thinks the roads are all paved in gold. What does he offer others on his own? |
pfadom:With due respect to you, I see that you are very young. You may not find information about prices then on google. Prices of items were very cheap and quite affordable for people, irrespective of social class or status. The average cost for tickets on either British Airways, British Caledonian, Lufthansa, etc to London, ranged between 250 and 480 naira on the economy class. Even at that tickets were easily affordable then for those who wanted to travel. Even local fares were as cheap as 50 naira. There were restrictions on foreign exchange and so citizens were permitted only to travel with BTA of 509 naira. That encouraged smuggling of the naira because one could trade naira in the UK or other Western European countries in the BDCs on arrival there. The same went for the Lagos-New York routes, with the marginal difference because of the distance. Nigerians were much more comfortable and a greater percentage could afford their three square meal, unlike what obtains today. The salary for graduates ranged from N250 depending on the organization and one could not finish that amount during the month. People easily bought brand new cars the from CFAO, SCOA, etc. By the way, you could get a bottle of Gulder beer for 90 kobo. A bottle of coke sold for 10 kobo. A bowl of your favourite cow tail pepper soup went for one naira. You had all the money to enjoy and opportunities were everywhere for everything great to happen. We are not talking of very few Nigerians benefitting, but a greater chunk of the population. One man called Buhari, another one called IBB, another one called Abacha and their co travelers brought this nation to its knees on the 31st of Dec 1983. IBB brought the country into this foreign exchange mess in September 1986 and the rest is what the country suffers today. Cheers. |
Benwallt:No, you are the sleeping lunatic here. |
Tjra:What is the concern of the government and governor of Abia state in the matter? Government is in the business of awarding contracts to bring developments to societies. It is the standard practice worldwide. Or do they expect Otti to execute the contracts with his barehands? It is not stated anywhere that the governor/government paid any amount upfront. It is not reported anywhere that there was a kickback. It is not reported that the woman’s company stole the money to finance the projects. There is no default reported even after the demise of Wigwe and his wife. If she used her influence with her husband to secure the loan, we have not read that there was no collateral in any form. They should just let the family have some space and grieve their loss peacefully. |
Na wah. |
LegendHero:Bros please face APC. Or have you forgotten the famous Gandollar video of your chairman? What about the famous "your sins are wiped away if you join APC"? Have you forgotten that there are many famous financial sinners hiding in your own party? |
“ But of course, the idea of a Muslim-Muslim agenda, which we believe is the right of the Muslim majority in a democracy, is not, on its own, a solution to the myriad of challenges facing our country”. Just imagine the double speak. Such hypocrisy. On one hand it is not right, on the other hand it is the right of the Muslims in a democracy. How does it make sense to them please? |
pfadom:Flights were very cheap. Students got rebates. Prices were great. Life was very easy. Visas too were very easy to get to different parts of the world. Ask older people around you and you’ll get better informed. |
Konquest:My brother, those were the days Nigerians called themselves one. Everyone shared what everyone had irrespective of tribe and religion. Nostalgia is the right word. Cheers bro. |
So the fear of LP remains in the minds of APC? Na wah. |
guysbewise:And as an olodo, you think such a person does not have too many shoes? You may become one of the bodyguards to find out how well paid and how well fed they all are. |
Very harsh decision. Very painful. Now scholarship to the children by the governor’s wife. The run away father is still alive and may unite with his children in the future. The woman lost it all out of frustration. May the Lord show mercy. |
Getting messier! Round tripping and arbitrage very likely the cause. |
omoredia:Bros abeg which one be agbadorians argument? |
aswani:…”kwe kwe parties..” you call them? And yet Wike has been fighting Fubara in the name of protecting his structure? And you think the state lawmakers in Rivers state did not collapse their own structure into APC on decamping to that party? |
omoredia:That’s why you stand for hours in the sun to vote for them. Government is there to make living decent and easy for all citizens. |
yarimo:Maybe you do not have some shame. Responses to your comments here show that you are regarded as worthless and irresponsible. |
VeryWickedMan:Not so easy. The moment the payment was made and receipt issued, the property exchanged hands. They were no longer the properties of the so called seller. They became legitimately the properties of the man who paid for them. The only thing that the seller could possibly have done was charge a little amount for warehousing. Even at that, it could not be done as the buyer could only have left to bring his truck for pick up. It was absolutely illegal at that point and could be contested in court. |
aswani:LP has nothing to offer, yet you see politicians battling themselves, paying huge sums just like you find in PDP and APC, to get their ticket. Nothing to offer, yet you contradict yourself by talking about their structure? Today they have no structure, tomorrow they have a structure to collapse. Na wah! Why are those ones too not struggling to secure NNPP, APGA and YPP tickets, if I may ask? Or are they not parties with seats in the national and state assemblies? |
yarimo:Mr. Very poor English. How are you ever able to raise your agama lizard like head in the presence of reasonable people? |
Hmm. And yet some say Labour Party has nothing to offer. When the likes of Imasuagbon and Akpata fight for the ticket of LP, it shows truly that LP has a very great future in the politics of the federation. |
Emman08:Correctly said. POS operations need to end. Truthfully they help to reach the unreachable, but they aid criminal activities. |
